The parking lot was full we had a long bed pickup that was difficult to find a place to park. Other than that the beds were comfortable the room was clean and not much road noise.

There was lots of things right around hotel. Very convenient. They do advertise breakfast and there was none which was part of the reason I got this hotel. They need some updates but the staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Parking lot is a little small with small spaces.

the willingness and help of the front desk people made the stay more appreciative of the motel and will stay there again. also having a small refrigerator and microwave helped save some money.

Great hotel for the price I loved being on the bottom floor and getting a draft that runs through the hallway it naturally kept my room nice and cool. Internet wasn't working the morning of my stay but my hotspot did the trick. The water is loud even just a flushing toilet from a neighboring room. But other than that it was nice stay

Hotel is old and a bit ramshackle. That said the rooms were kept very clean, check-in was efficient. If you prefer not getting overcharged for nice aesthetics and just want a nice bed to sleep in, a good tv, a fridge and microwave, desk and lots of easy access plugs, this is your place. Good location. I appreciated the housekeeping which for me is important. Don't let the wear and tear fool you. Very decent for the price.

This place is not worth your time or money. The rooms are dirty. The tv was broken. There was black mold in the bathroom. Most of the furniture is falling apart. We had to plug the tv in to find out it was broken. Weed wrappers and beer bottle caps behind were the tv plugs in. Smelled like bleach and weed when you walk in. All night i could smell the weed and the smell of a dirty ashtray. The pillows were so flat. For price we paid it was like be taken advantage of. We rented two rooms. One for the parents. There room it looked like blood spots on the wall. The paint is coming off the walls everywhere. I didnt even really sleep it was so bad. You would think they would take better care and want it to look better. I have pictues and plan to get ahold of corporate.

Very poor cleanliness , mold growing , bathroom super dirty , overall bad condition

The property looked run down from the outside and it didn’t make any difference inside. Walls were peeling. Everything looked dirty from chairs, to floors, to countertops. Our sheets had stains and cigarette burns. When we asked for a new set, the blanket provided had an even bigger burn mark so we just set it aside and used the sheets. When we asked for the manager to discuss our check out time the front desk said they didn’t know who that was but he did seem young so it didn’t seem like he was properly trained. Overall I could’ve used my payment and paid a little extra for better services and a cleaner environment. This is just a lesson learned.

Dirty, homeless everywhere, door did not seal could see light through it, loud all night people walking around outside room in middle of night Smelt like mildew

The curtains had holes in them, the room smelled like smoke, there was spiders and flies everywhere, broken drawers. It was okay, staff was friendly, area isn’t the best but it has a lot of food and shopping centers sorrounding,

I didn't like anything about the hotel, it didn't look like the pictures, it smelled horrible very outdated holes in the wall insects flying in the room and bad water pressure

I was not impressed that our room was not cleaned when we returned in the afternoon. When we requested new towels the attendant gave us a pile of random items. We were also missing shelving for one of the dressers. We will not be returning.

This hotel is in need of a major renovation and repairs. The pillows were like rags, chairs falling apart, holes in the bedspread. The room absolutely stunk of cleaning or deodorizing chemicals. I would never stay here again

There was food left behind and didn’t seem like our room got cleaned very well. It was old and had a funky smell I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower because it looked gross and I didn’t make coffee in the morning because all the other gross things I found. The beds weren’t clean, they had spots on them and hair in the bed. The tv worked but had a distorted picture throughout. The fridge was very loud and seemed as if it were about to die. There was only 2 extra outlets available to use and were so old they wouldn’t hold anything in them. I had me, my wife, and our 3 kids and 15 minutes after getting there to turn in for the night we had a noise complaint. They wernt being loud there we’re just talking and walking around getting ready for bed but we were also put on the top floor. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

It's an older property so it was as good as it could be I think. It could use some updating but overall, for the price it was fine. The parking lot is too small for guests because I believe there are guests who actually "live" there.

Door didn’t feel secure at all, lock didn’t latch and you can see outside all the way around. Noisy all night long. Didn’t feel safe. Beds were clean towels were good. Furniture very outdated

The room had cracked and broken funiture and TV was barely mounted but the beds were comfortable and room was surprisingly clean just well used. The breakfast includes a breakfast sandwich for the microwave, a granola bar and fruit cup with a juice. Our corner room was quiet and the AC worked great. The pullows were very thin and they had no more available when i asked.

I booked a room with two queen beds for five adults, but they turned out to be two full size beds & it was extremely uncomfortable. Other than that & the place being a little outdated, it was fine. Price & location were definitely good.

This place needs significant updates. The bathroom locks do not unlock, and the walls of the rooms are very thin.

Rooms were dated but adequate. Bed was comfortable. Noise from area and other guests made sleeping a challenge. Easy freeway access.

even though the room was in the furthest building from the main road, the endless loud cars and trucks was relentless. and then there was the squawking baby next door with the paper thin walls. thankfully I was prepared with my youtube brown noise and speaker to drown out all the noise

The front desk staff were excellent! Very friendly, and the even provided me with a toothbrush because I had forgotten mine

This hotel would be a "last resort option" if we were to ever stay here again. The front desk attendant at check-in was great and super friendly which is why the score for service is a 3. There was a large sign that said a $150 deposit (cash or check) was required but we didn't receive any verbal information about this policy and it created confusion at check out when the morning attendant asked if we paid cash for the deposit and I informed her that I wasnt aware of paying any form of deposit. Now I am watching my credit card statements like a hawk. We got two rooms, one for me and my husband and one for my parents. Upon entering the rooms we were happy to see that the rooms we not carpeted but the walls, door, and furniture were dingy, dented, banged up and overall in bad condition. Both entry doors had horrible seals and we could see full daylight around the edge of both doors. The toilet in our bathroom leaned towards the left and didn't sit flat while the toilet in my parents room wiggled and felt like it was going to fall over when being used. Turns out, that toilet was missing a bolt and all of the caulking was cracked and the toilet was separated from the floor. The bathroom caulk in our bathroom was visibly cracking. Additionally, I had to assist my parents with turning on their TV because the 2 remotes in their room didn't turn their TV on and off and didn't control the volume. I had to manually adjust the TV for them using the single button on the back of the TV.

The front desk agent was so accommodating. I had booked at a previous hotel that was terrible they got me in at their hotel way before check-in and helped more than she will know. She was friendly and I would go back every time.

Good service

The staff were great. The lady at the front desk was friendly and greeted me upon arrival to checkin. The young man that works overnights was friendly and helpful when I asked questions about the area or when my friend from the city was visiting and asked him some questions. He was a bit less friendly when I checked out, but still friendly overall. I think he was just tired. Which I completely understand as it was 5:30am and even I was tired and regretting booking a morning flight home. The cleaning staff were awesome! I tried to make sure I had everything ready to be cleaned before leaving. I hope they had an easy and quick time cleaning the room I stayed in as I know from friends who’ve worked such jobs that there are some guests which like to leave messes that take longer to cleanup. So I hope that you didn’t have any such rooms the day I left, but if you did I hope the added time from my efforts to ease your job at cleaning my room were helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I like that the AC can be controlled via a wall thermostat. I have wanted more hotels and motels to do that because I often am either too hot or too cold with the A/Cs where the control is on the unit itself. So appreciated that upgrade. Overall I definitely recommend staying here. It’s a great place to stay!!!!

This location was very central for my visit. I could get everywhere I needed in a small amount of time. And had enough food choices for my friends and I to choose from without repeating.

A clean, comfortable stay with good highway access. The room and bathroom were very clean and fresh. And, if you're in a hurry to get on with your trip, a conveniently packed breakfast is yours for the asking. The manager, Maheshi, was the perfect host from check in to check out.

The motel was ok. It was a clean place to stay and what we needed for the night. Just very outdated. The area outside didn’t feel safe. Pretty sure people were renting rooms by the month. Not the motels fault though

Clean and comfortable for the most part. Wish the "Grab and Go" was healthier. Location is convenient for both North Tacoma and Federal Way.

My room smelled strongly of mildew, to the point where I considered taking the financial hit and staying somewhere else. After being dropped off in the parking lot on the first night of my stay, a transient man followed me to my room. I strongly encourage anyone considering this place to look elsewhere.

It is nothing like advertised. It states they have a light breakfast that includes cinamon rolls, waffles, cereal, etc.... went to get our breakfast and was handed a brown bag with a prepackaged frozen yet half melted egg and sausage sadwhich granola bar and a sunny D. The people next door to us where smoking weed right at there door while my kids and i had to walk in our door smoke went all in my kids face. People in and out all hours of the night and not because of work or anything alot of drug activity. And was pretty noisey all night. Lots of things dont work. Bathroom fan was going out blowdryer didnt work, My family and i struggled to sleep. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

About what you’d expect for the price. Was clean but definitely needs some repairs, shower was falling apart with no pressure and the rooms have the 80s smoke smell. Staff was decent and the area is convenient right off the highway with food and stores around. “Breakfast” was a to go sack of microwave food that wasn’t worth eating. Overall served the purpose.

All good! Clean and as nice as motels get, really. Breakfast was in a bag but still decent enough.
