I would have given it 5 stars but the hot tub was not working … my number 1 reason for booking Comfort Inn. :-( Other wise room was very nice, really comfortable bef!comfortable bed and delicious cheese omelet

We had to call the front desk to get someone to come out and check us in, stained floor, hard bed, no breakfast meat, nasty runny eggs, out of waffle mix, juice machine out of order, hot tub and pool closed. Those are all of the reasons that we chose this hotel.

We had a wonderful time. The pool was smaller than it appeared in photos, but the kids loved it. There were some things that made you realize it was an older building (like the whistling shower), but it was overall a great visit!

The hotel was ok, but the pool wasn't clean, the tiles in the hot tub were broken, and I had to get rid of bugs several times. The area was right across the street from a homeless encampment.

Our stay there was good. We just wish the Spa had not had a problem with the heater, but that is unavoidable. Breakfast was good, and we recommend staying there.

It was perfect for our needs. The pool and hot tub was very much enjoyed. Towels were alway available, Breakfast had a nice variety. They were very kind for all our needs. Check in and out was very easy

Bathroom was a little dirty looked like used toiletries that they didn’t toss. Plus hair in the bathroom and bathtub. Room was very spacious pull out bed the cushion was ripped up and falling apart.

It was just ok. The free breakfast was ok at best. The shower head leaked the tub creaking as you shower some of the wall paper was peeling in the bathroom. We notice a black insect in the room. It was just ok . I would go else where is elsewhere hadn’t been sold out.

This is one of the cleanest and nicest hotels we've ever stayed at. Staff is friendly and the cost is reasonable. Highly recommend this hotel. Whoever manages this hotel should go to others to teach them how to have a great hotel.

Wife and I stayed for a concert. Checked in about 4 pm after driving 5+ hours. Woman and male bearded manager were there when I checked in. Put us in room on top floor. We had to get dinner before concert so we dropped our bags and left. Didn't realize until we got back from concert there was masking tape on main door frame inside and out. Same with bathroom door frame. Paint was still tacky. The carpet was dirty with stains and vent in bathroom was not sitting properly. In morning after coming back from breakfast a man was painting the outside door even though DO NOT DISTURB sign on handle. He said he didnt realize the room was occupied. I said the sign on the handle should have been a clue. We showered and.room became hot and humid due to no ventilation even w fan on. When checking out I asked mgr if hotel was fully booked. He.said no. I asked why then did they put us in room w wet paint. Said he "blocked" the room from.being occupied. Clearly not as he was right there when it was assigned. MGR said because I booked through 3rd party Hotels.com there was nothing he could do, but realized guests behind me offered small amount of Choice Privileges points whuch was a insult. He bumped it up and saod he make s note to add. Still no points On way home.bith wife and I developed headaches coughing amd sore throat...signs of paint VOC Missed day of work.

AC in our room didn't work. The temperature outside was 102, it was hotter in the room. They offered another room for $130 more than the $230 already paid. Refused and went to a better hotel. Refused refund and had to contact BBB to get my money back. You'd be better off with a pay by the hour hotel. This is not what I expect from a choice hotel.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room was so big and had a nice comfortable chair and a big desk. The check in was easy. The bed was comfortable and there was a big vanity in the bathroom so there was plenty of room for all my things. The included breakfast was a full breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bread and muffins - plenty and all very good. The refrigerator in the room wasn't working and I told the clerk on my way to breakfast. When I got back to my room there was a knock on the door and it was maintenance. He had already replaced my refrigerator with a new one and just wanted to be sure it was cold. Such service! And I enjoyed their nice and warm pool and hot tub. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there if a I visit again.

Over all acceptable for the price. Only downside----the toilet seat in our room (224) was cracked all the way through and pinched my butt! I left a note for the maid and informed the front desk of the issue. Otherwise, I'll stay there again.

I checked in later at night and the night staff person was very helpful. Breakfast the first two days was about average for a hotel stay. Saturday breakfast, not so good. Coffee in the lobby tasted burnt. One lady tried to make tea but the water in the "Hot Water" carafe was cold. What was supposed to be gravy was more like sausage and milk soup. Stirred it and it kept going around in the crock pot for awhile. I'm not sure what it was or where it was coming from, but there was a frequent "thump" audible in my room in the early morning hours that made sleeping in almost impossible. Had trouble keeping the shower water temperature consistent. The first morning, it seem like I ran out of hot water the was almost scalded when it came back after I adjusted to more hot water in the mix. And then there was the early morning back-up alarm on whatever vehicle was outside my room window. If it was the hotel shuttle (not sure they had one)- bad on them; otherwise, it was out of there control and just a clueless guest.... I needed to stay longer in the area than originally booked, but moved to a property not far away run by a different hotel company..... Bottom line, okay place to use for a quick overnight stay, but longer than one night, I would suggest looking elsewhere!

Stayed here three nights. Staff were super friendly and check in was nice. The beds are super uncomfortable and outdated. I asked for room service after our second day. I just needed towels and toilet paper. I came back after a long day and it hadn’t been done. My kids didn’t want to get in the pool because of how dirty it looked. The breakfast was really good. Both my wife and I were asleep, when a couple came into the room, the front desk gave them the same key to our room! Not their fault, but shook us both up. Talked to the desk next morning, Clerk said “ it wasn’t me “! I’ll talk to the person who worked last night” Big deal huh ? Like comfort inns, but leery now. You’d think for 150.00 you could expect more.

It would've been really nice if the staff checking in customers, gave customers information like breakfast and times if there's a fitness room and pool and times for those. I was in town for a few days for work. I didn't even know that the hotel even had ANY of these amenities until morning when I was heading to work and saw people eating breakfast. Had I known I would've taken advantage of it. But since i didn't know or the times, I ended up just eating microwave food in my room.

$180 mistake - For the price, the room wasn’t worth it. The appliances were outdated so the fridge made a humming noise the entire night. But aside from the rundown condition of the hotel - housekeeping entered our room before checkout without announcing it was them! We were in bed asleep when we heard the keycard sound on our door and it slowing started opening. Luckily whoever it was closed the door when the realized there were still people inside. I called down to the front desk and all the could say was “I’m sorry, I’ll ask them not to enter your room until checkout time” which was still 1.5 hours away and the damage was already done. I’m not sure why they don’t have a process in place to make sure housekeeping isn’t entering rooms that guests are still checked in to but it was very scary and the lack of empathy from the front desk staff when it was brought to her attention was disappointing. I have never had something like this happen with all my other stays ay other hotels and we will never be back.

The hotel was exactly as expected. There was some need for maintenance as, for example, the furniture the TV was set on had a lower band of wood that was unaffixed and created a tripping hazard. However, I had originally booked through Expedia and only needed to stay Saturday rather than as booked on Friday and Saturday. I called the hotel on the Monday before, and advised I would not be using Friday but I wanted to stay Saturday. I was worried my reservation would be cancelled as a no show. I was assured this would not happen, and emailed with a new confirmation # that was supposed to reflect this arrangement. When I arrived on Saturday, my reservation had been cancelled. I had to wait about 20 minutes for this to be rectified with about 4 guests waiting behind me to check in.

We did have difficulty getting to the property from the road. Not the fault of the hotel, but the city and how the roads are layed out. The moment we walked in we were welcomed by a very friendly lady at the front desk. She was great! Check in was a breeze and we found our room to be very clean and comfortable. We were happy to have stayed there and will return again. Hopefully we will navigate that stupid road to the entrance better. Shame on the City of Kennewick.

Overall good stay for convenience, location is right by mall and lots of dining. There’s no gym which was unfortunate but my fault for not noticing prior to booking. The run around the block was nice anyway.

The hotel was ok, but the pool wasn't clean, the tiles in the hot tub were broken, and I had to get rid of bugs several times. The area was right across the street from a homeless encampment.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room was so big and had a nice comfortable chair and a big desk. The check in was easy. The bed was comfortable and there was a big vanity in the bathroom so there was plenty of room for all my things. The included breakfast was a full breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bread and muffins - plenty and all very good. The refrigerator in the room wasn't working and I told the clerk on my way to breakfast. When I got back to my room there was a knock on the door and it was maintenance. He had already replaced my refrigerator with a new one and just wanted to be sure it was cold. Such service! And I enjoyed their nice and warm pool and hot tub. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there if a I visit again.

The breakfast buffet was horrible. The eggs were overcooked and stone cold, there was no bacon or sausage, and we had to wait 15 minutes to receive a milk refill. The afternoon clerk did not come to the room to assist with the Wi-Fi password as promised. My COPD makes walking difficult.

The place is a total wreck no pool broken machines in the hallway. Breakfast service is a Zero No Coffee!! Just excuse after excuse. The people are beyond simple minded. They have had time to perfect their way of unsatisfactory accommodation. They are so calm about it it's like they have been doing this a very long time. You know how you can read people.

Staff was great! Breakfast was ok. Room and property were clean, staff defiputs in an effort to keep it clean. However, there were some drugged out people nodding in the parking lot more than once in our 6 days there. Found drug baggies with white residue twice on our way to the car. Overall, I would not stay there again.
