Super 8 by Wyndham Kennewick

There were bags of garbage left out in the hallways after the housekeepers were done cleaning. The pool and hot tub were gross and had leaves floating in them because people kept leaving the outside door open and the wind was blowing.

Although the location and outside appearance is decent, after checking into the room, it had significant issues. The upstairs guests were extremely loud- yelling and shouting until late into the night. The outlets on the lamp were falling out of the lamps and had gone bad- they didn't hold a cord inside any longer and are a fire risk. I could not get hot water for a significant amount of time until I realized the faucet was reversed. The toilet would barely flush and acted as if it was clogged without using any toilet paper. The furniture was older but appeared okay. The bed was very uncomfortable and I could feel springs pushing on me through the mattress. I did not use the TV, or breakfast.

The room was clean. Property looked really rundown. I stayed there about six years ago and it was much nicer. Shower was nice, but the bed was the hardest !!!!

This was the worst super 8 we’ve ever stayed at. The front desk lady at check in was grumpy and unhelpful. She didn’t seem like she wanted to do her job but just watch her show that she had on. The blankets were worn thin and basically nonexistent. There were holes in the towels provided. The pool was filthy with floaters and hair in it. The breakfast did not have as much selection as most either. We will never stay at this hotel again.
