Great bfast options and comfy rooms! Pool was clean. No hot tub unfortunately but the breakfast made up for it! Comfy beds too.

A designated parking area for towing vehicles is convenient, as it allows us to easily inspect our equipment. However, the breakfast experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite having stayed at numerous hotels, the quality of the food was noticeably poor. The bread and bagels were stale, and the biscuits were cold. Additionally, the absence of gloves during the preparation process was concerning.

Bigger turn off was that there was no hot tub and it says it has one. Our neighbor next room over both nights had the loudest speaker I have ever heard in a hotel!! Other than that it’s alright!!

Liked the cleanliness and disliked that the pool was closed

Parking lot was being repaved so was a little tricky the first night but was fine after that.

Good lap pool and good exercise room. Close to highway, so has excellent access, but I can also here the traffic.

The pool was out of order

Pool was warm but no towels available and my kids slipped multiple times from the water leading through the elevator. Nice spacious rooms and comfy bed. Would stay again just would love to see pool towels stocked

I checked in very late. The first room I checked into was dirty. The front desk quickly changed my room and when I went back up that room had a do not disturb sign on the door. Front desk went up with me and knocked on the door and opened the door. It was a great room and very comfortable.

Frustrated that the website said free crib use. Then when we requested it prior to our arrival we were told it was not available with our room, that we needed to upgrade to fit a crib. WE brought our own and it fit easily. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom needs updating. The grout had lots of mold growing around it. Breakfast had a great selection.

The employees were very nice. The property is a bit older. Our bathroom door was dirty. We didn't get our room cleaned or new towels during our stay until we asked for them.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room and public areas were very clean and smelled clean. The sound-proofing between rooms was great. The room, carpet, bathtub, and furniture were clean, but a bit tired.

Room had boogers and blood and writing on the wall. Pool towels never restocked. Breakfast doesn’t start u til 7 which is inconvenient when you’re located right next to a baseball field that holds tournaments all spring and summer and the kids have to be there at 7.

Hotel was well kept except the stairwell had a lot of stains which almost looked like blood or Kool aide and carpets on second floor needing cleaning.

This property has been around for awhile and it shows it. Staff was very nice! Bed was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately our AC did not work properly so I woke up too warm in the night a few times, but honestly 1st world problems! A little deep cleaning and a little more variety at the breakfast and it be a solid contender for my business!!

The bed was comfortable the room was clean it was quiet the breakfast was good the staff was courteous. The only thing that could use some attention was the corridor carpet could use some cleaning.

The facility was nice but in need of some TLC Lots of noise from doors slamming due to worn out door closers. Lots of light coming in around the main entrance door. (No seals) Clean and comfortable rooms and bed.

Nice, clean, and comfortable. The only thing that could use improvement was the water pressure in the shower..it was barely adequate and made rinsing shampoo out of hair difficult.

The check in was a little slow but otherwise good. The room seems to be missing some furniture as there was a large empty space probably where a dresser might have been. Our rooms faced the road which was quite noisy. Overall would book agsin but would request a room not facing the road.

We could hear traffic noise all night from our room on the second floor facing the street. The bathroom was very small but clean. Hallway carpets were a little dirty. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good but the coffee was horrible!

Recently stayed overnight in a room with a king size bed. Check-in: This was a breeze! I didn't get the gal's name that checked me in but she was very sweet and informative. Provided my ID and debit card and was on my way soon after. ROOM: Bed was VERY comfortable. I'd describe it as plush more than firm. Pillows were comfortable as well. Blanket was a thin one, but it worked for me. Bathroom had basic amenities provided. Showered had low to medium pressure-but again, it worked for me. Bathroom sink did not drain well. I had to hold the plug up. The wall a/c unit was HORRIBLE! I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. You have to turn a dial and even then, it doesn't alert when it's FULLY off. It continued to make really loud noises throughout the night that quite frankly, disrupted my sleep. If you're a light sleeper-consider this. That's how obnoxious it was. FREE BREAKFAST! although I didn't get to try it (checked out before then), this is always a plus. Customer Service The gal that checked me in was AWESOME! I had planned to stay overnight on Friday but that quickly changed when I spoke with Stephanie on the day I was set to arrive. I asked her to confirm some information provided by the previous front desk gal regarding price matching. She could've just clarified and called it a day. Not only did she bad mouth the front desk lady, she was condescending in her response. Due to this interaction, I ended up staying elsewhere and will not stay at La Quinta again.

Evrything was really good, the only thing was small bathrooms. Besides that good and pleasant stay.

Very convenient to find and in safe area. Front desk girls were very unfriendly and hide behind the front desk. Had to wait for one to come out when leaving and when we did she had a mouth full of food and couldn’t talk. Very unprofessional! Breakfast had good options and food was cold and hot. Coffee bar had great options too. The customer service was the disappointment at this hotel.

The front desk agent was super accommodating. I had come in earlier than 3pm to let her know that we won’t be able to check in until after midnight. We were going to Spokane for my son’s championship basketball game. She said she could check me in early this way I would already have my room key so we could just be checked in when we come that late. This was very helpful to us since we anticipated a long night. It was perfect for us. And the room was clean. No complaints specially for a one night stay it served our purpose. Will stay here again for my sons upcoming baseball tournament

Needed to stay for husbands surgery. Front desk went out of their way to make it accommodating for us.

Arrived at 8:30 PM to find a sign asking me to call a number to check in. Called the number but got no answer for 2 minutes. Called the number again and after a couple more minutes, an employee came from the back pushing a laundry cart. She just stared at me so I asked her if I should terminate the call. Her response was, “obviously since I am here now.” She offered no greeting nor any apology for making me wait to check in. She asked for my name - instead of answering, I dropped my head ID and credit card on the counter to which she scolded me saying, “don’t be rude to me sir.” Her attitude was completely snarky and unprofessional and it frankly pissed me off. There are plenty of places to stay in Kennewick - this La Quinta should not be your choice so long as “Stephanie” (if that is her name) is working the front desk. This employee either needs to be retrained on company standards or terminated before she drives off any more customers.

Arrived early, but Sarah helped us secure a ground floor room, check with housekeeping for time room would be available. As we had an hour or less I asked for dining establishments around and she told us of those that were near and good. When we arrived back she had all our paperwork ready, and check in was fast and great.

Easy to find right off main road, but far enough so no noise.

Great place. Easy walking distance to coffee shops and fast food places.

Convenient and quiet, we especially liked that we could walk to shopping and restaurants.

The room was very clean. Greatly convenient location with a gas station, coffee hut, and restaurant all in the same lot.

Nothing to complain. Just stayed for a single night. Was a bit noisy during the evening as it close to a freeway, bit quieterin the night.

The property was fine. The beds was comfortable. Everything was clean. I loved seeing staff around cleaning everything. The biggest thing that made my rating "average" is because the remodel was done half ***. The doors were primed but not painted. The door frame was the original color, with some rust showing. Things like that. Also, the breakfast was pretty bad. We ate there one morning and went out to breakfast after that.

The staff was very helpful. Wish we were able to stream to the TV but there was a good selection of channels. The main lamp in our room was burnt out (I think) and they didn't have any maintenance staff o. Hand during the weekend but the other bed lamps were sufficient. Breakfast isn't served until 7am and that was too late for our appointments but overall I'd stay here again. Top marks for the staff and cleanliness.
