Well price great location great , pool Not open :( it was 90 outside also hallways very dark ooor lighting in rooms tear in carpets and shower rod not great and slider glass all foggy

Hotel is big and has plenty ammenemties but they all have really neglected faults No ventalation or real ac in the gym , it was 78 in the gym with ac full blast and a tiny fan , couldn’t workout as well cause I was overheating really quickly, Pool was dirty , broken chairs smelled like electrical fire near where the pools electrical area is , the paint and pool sealing is cracking and chipping making it a hazard for scrapes and cuts Beds were comfy but the pillows are literally like sleeping on lumpy rocks . Horrible bring your own pillows, fitted sheets didn’t fit bed. The cheap rate is the only reason I’ll come back. And the fact it’s a large hotel and don’t have to deal with too many people being loud or anything

Property is run down and in need of lots of maintenance and updating. Pool was closed - with no mention of said closure on website. Staff was the bright point - service was excellent.

The beds are great. Had to request fixing the sliding glass door, pool was dirty the 1st day there. The blow dryer did not work. They did bring us one.

Spacious room, quiet, convenient location, restaurant and bar on site. Doors in and out of the building don't lock.

I had no issues with the hotel itself, i enjoyed my stay. Big room, very nice bed and tv. AC worked fantastic, and the bar was nice with good staff. My issue is parking outside, had multiple things stolen out of my truck in the parking lot. At check in i was told not to park out back at night. So i parked out from and still had stuff stolen. Parking lot lacks exterior illumination.

Well the pool was closed and it was 90.degrees outside, lighting in rooms and hallways very dark , light between beds didn't work there was torn carpet upon entering and's for the $ I think it was a bit much for me booking two rooms for a total of 5 nights a

The check in clerk was very helpful and friendly. Clean room. The bar had a broken air conditioner so although the bartender was very friendly and service oriented the environment was hot.

Carpet was very dirty and ripped. The bedifn was clean but over all it was not clean.

Wow Red Lion y'all really don't care. Has that old weird smell. Dark and gloomy. Holes in the walls paint peeling off the ceiling. Mold in the bathroom. Stains on the carpet. Refrigerator looked like it fell down a flight of stairs. I wish I was joking...lol

Extremely dirty bathtub/faucets and showerheads. The room smelled of burning hair/fur anytime the heater was turned on. Upon arrival-- the room was 80 degrees Fahrenheit inside. There was no channel guide in room, or any kind of directory for on site services-- internet etc The exterior of the hotel is poorly taken care of and or marked. The sign is nearly a full block and half away, yet all the signs on building do not signify it is a hotel at all.

Facility is very much in need of a remodel, also room was very dirty, carpet was gross as well as furniture. Office chair was very very worn.

Checked in to room 2110 which was listed as a premium room but the carpet was super damaged with major fraying near the bathroom. It was as if at some point the carpet was patched but coming apart. There were dirty black mens underwear found when we closed the curtain of the patio. It was too late to repack and request to be moved. The picture frame on the wall fell off the wall randomly, bathroom fan was super loud and was woken up by the hotel room alarm going off that we didnt set. Brought it up in the morning before checking out and the front desk personnel didnt apologize just simply said ok. Wont be staying here or recommending this location.

The hotel just feels dirty. Walks in the hallways looked dirty. Could smell weed from rooms. No smoking allowed but my room smelled like cigarettes. If I wasn’t in a pinch I wouldn’t stay here. Hotel needs a significant facelift.

The photos of this property are so deceiving. They look all new and renovated but in reality the rooms and other parts of hotel were dingy, old, not cleaned well and smoke penetrated. It needs a definite upkeep for a lack of words and space here.

Went to the room, seen the condition,dirty, smelled like mold and had bugs in the bed, turned around and asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else. This place shouldn’t even be open

It’s not the hotel I remember growing up by and staying in before. It’s old out dated and need of a maintenance crew that does their job

Upon check in we were told we had an excellent room with sliding doors to the court yard and pool entrance, yay! We were excited. Walked into our room, eh it was ok. Carpet was ripped up near the bathroom/ door. Sliding doors you couldn't even see through. It was so water or sun damaged that it was cloudy and you couldn't see through the glass, also difficult to open and close. Pillows were tiny, towels barely wrapped around my average size body. Slept decent in the bed though. On the day we were going to leave, our daughter wanted to swim in the pool. We got there right when they opened. The pool had TONS! Of flying ant things in it. They didn't even attempt to clean it prior to opening. I had grabbed the net and cleaned the pool my self the best that i could. Property you can tell used to be nice neck in the day, but is now soooo outdated and old. Sent to check out the gym, one of the treadmills belt had a huge rip in it that could/ would trip someone. All equipment was outdated. Went to the water bottle refill station to fill my water bottle. The water filter light was on and it read maintenance needed. Would i stay here again, yes. But i think they should come down on price a little for how old it is

This would be a great property if they would update the carpet and wall paper. I think it has been there since the 70's.

This is an old property. Seemed a little rundown. Certain areas are nice like the lounge, dining room and outside lounging area but the room was very small. Very low water pressure in the shower.

Breakfast had like two items and sadly they weren't warm. Every single coffee pot was empty so getting coffee in the morning was impossible. Everyone that worked there was nice. Overall location is great and it's a huge hotel it's just old and needs some TLC

The room was spacious, has comfortable beds and was clean. The pool was nicely sized and the sitting area just past the lobby was cute. The whole hotel was dark though, the halls, rooms even the lobby. There is no central overhead light in the room so even With vanity light by the door, lamps and corner light on it was dark. Hotel needs more outlets and nightstands.

I really appreciate that rooms were clean. The air conditioning was working very well in our rooms. However, it is a hotel that is in need of updating, lots of evidence of old, worn furniture and the most inconvenient were the beds. The pillows lumpy, and the beds were sagging.

Windows were very very dirty. But bed was comfortable. Air conditioning unit was very noisy.

The rooms are very outdated and need to be remodeled. Our shower head was bad and there was a loose tile on the bathroom floor.

Checking in the staff wasn’t unfriendly but not talkative at all. I didn’t get the rim toe I booked. The room wasn’t very clean overall. I found multiple things on the floor that should have been caught

Front desk needs to work on their customer service. Rude at check in, no one there and check out so I got no receipt. No room service but they should have given clean towels and not have to go to the front desk to get them.

Avoid at all costs. See to be great and my go-to. But, they have clearly had a staff or management turn around and they have asinine policies and terrible customer service. I am appalled to have been treated as I was considering my years of stays multiple times a year.

The service is fantastic, especially the front desk people. I appreciate the noon check out. The pool was hazy this visit so we did not use it, but everything else was great.

Parking available right by our room, Summer and Joe (and everyone) took great care of us, and the bed was the MOST comfortable. Room clean and exactly as advertised.

Staff went above and beyond for everything I asked. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

I have stayed here many times. Never had an issue until last night when I showed up and they had over booked the hotel. Luckily the front desk man was amazing and was able to get a room that was checked out early and cleaned, got it ready for me. I just have never had a hotel overbook when I had paid already. Overall was crappy situation BUT the front desk (night shift worker) was fantastic.

Very nice, clean and quiet. Waking distance to the big mall. Good restaurant on site.

Friendly staff. Good location, close to a lot of shopping. Plenty of parking. It was quite busy the weekend we stayed, but I didn’t hear anyone running up and down halls or making a bunch of noise. I also like that it had a nice view of the courtyard. We didn’t use the pool while we were there, but there’s a nice restaurant and lounge area I didn’t explore either. Definitely a good place to stay, whether with family, on business, or just passing through!

Right in the middle of town. All the shops and restaurants around us. We stay here every year we come out.

It is a fairly pleasant place to stay and the rates are great. Location is why we choose to stay at the Red Lion it's next to a mall, plenty of restaurants all in a short walking distance. The staff is great, especially the gentleman at the front desk.

For the $7 breakfast buffet they advertised i was expecting more than a basic breakfast you can get for free at just about any other hotel chain - and they have a bigger selection

Not going back there again. Room chair was broken, had to turn off heater as fan sounded like a truck fan in bathroom screeched. Breakfast was a buffet and charged for what every where else is included. Whole place is simply old and not maintained. Pitiful simply pitiful

I cannot believe you pay for what used to be a Continental Breakfast and the food is crappy at best. There wasn’t even a tub for the dirty dishes . People scrape their food in the garbage and leave the plates and utensils flat on a table . Tacky and filthy looking .

The siding glass door in our room was very difficult to open. The restaurants did not have air conditioning while we were there so we ended up going off property to eat.

Awesome service, clean and great breakfast

The parking was wide open. Ample for number of rooms. The breakfast and staff in dining were very engaged.

Enjoyed our stay. Good location with dining options nearby. Breakfast is not included with your stay unless you have booked a package that specifically includes it. The food available is well varied and delicious. They use real eggs! The pool area is nice and clean. Overall a good value.
