Stay was just a New Year’s Eve fun night. Kids could swim and we could just relax. My kids have swam in the river and never complain about the coolness but they swam in the pool and said the water was way too cold. Breakfast was 6-9 because it was a weekday but people were up late and a bunch came down when we did at about eight thirty. They ran out of sausage, didn’t refill it. They refilled the hard boiled eggs and cheese in the fridge, that was important. Lots of people waiting for food. I feel they could have left breakfast going until ten instead of closing it at nine.

the property and hotel was amazing. but the hot tub was extremely dirty, it looked like someone had an accident in it. it had floaties and was slimy mossy green. my family and I wanted to swim and relax in the hot tub, that of course didn't happen. also the 2 side doors were propped open with deck chairs and wet footprints led to another motel. we closed and locked the doors. no-one was at the front desk, it was at night (the pool was open 24 hours) at check out the next day, we reported both incidents to the front desk clerk. hopefully they can keep better security and clean & sanitize the hot tub

It's a nice property, clean and a very good breakfast. We have been traveling from Alaska and had a load of clothes to wash. The washer and dryer were right off the hall from the elevators and worked great!

Everything was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was delicious! Room was clean and cozy. Given the proximity to the highway the room even had a white noise machine. The only reason they lost points was due to the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. There was brown foam in the hot tub and the chloramines from swimmers were so strong it was difficult to breathe. So, if you are NOT using the pool, this hotel is INCREDIBLE! Just avoid the pool area!

I was impressed with the lobby and dining area, but the pool area was a big disappointment. It looked mildewy and discolored, so I didn’t even let our kids go swimming. I’m glad I didn’t, because the next morning there was a sign saying the pool was closed due to chemicals, and the hot tub was out of order for our entire stay. Everything else about the hotel was great, but it was disappointing for the kids not to be able to swim because of the pool’s condition.

Well there was poop in the toilet handle when we checked in. They deliver fresh clean towels and leave them on the hallway floor unprotected. Gross. We will never stay at this chain again. If i could get a refund, i would demand one

The room could have been cleaner, dust evident on many surfaces. The floor by the sink was sticky. The shower curtain was too small for the tub/ shower combo thus flooding the corner of bathroom. Breakfast was good and the bed was super comfortable. The price was right!

We’ve stayed here multiple times. It is new and seems “clean” however, the room we stayed in had bed bugs. We have bites all over and after a trip to the doctor. It has been confirmed. I called to let the on duty manager know and I don’t think she could’ve cared less. It seemed like a clean property but very clearly isn’t.

All the king bed rooms are on the highway side. Ours was the last in the row right next to the highway which was VERY noisy after 0500. You may want to consider this in chosing a room here. Otherwise, it was fine.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff were all do nice and helpful. Our housekeeping staff members were especially helpful and kind. Thank you so much! We had a baby with us, and another one born during our stay and the hotel was great in support. Definitely glad we got the XL room!

Great property, have stayed here multiple times before. The beds are comfortable, it’s quiet, updated and has great amenities. Great food options in walking distance. WiFi works great for business travelers. Breakfast is wonderful and has great options. I would recommend this location to solo travelers and to families. We upgraded to one of the larger 2 bed rooms, and the extra space was great for my family

Several things stood out: 1. The bed was actually the size promised. Many properties claim a size and provide a bed that is somewhat smaller. 2. The bed was unusually comfortable. 3. The room was adequately insulated on all sides. Many properties do not have sufficient (or ANY!) insulation to dampen the noise made by other guests.

Room was nice size. Convenient location with several food options nearby. The sheets were super soft - a nice treat from the usual Hôtel sandpaper. Only issue was the noise. A bit of highway noise not too bad, very noisy heat and thin walls. Very loud group next door with several adults and screaming children

I would of gave a 10 star but our room 204 was right by the highway & was noisy all night long and especially in the early hours. Very hard to fall asleep. When I checked out the receptionist said the king beds are on that end of the hotel. Just a heads up, ask for a room farthest from the Highway!

Hotel was clean staff was nice except the lady who checked us in she was not friendly didn’t greet us acted like we were bothering her. She had an injured leg and she seemed like she should not have been working but she made us feel like an inconvenience I asked about breakfast times and she was very short with me. The pool was very small and very busy most of the time. The one time we wanted to use it it was full of kids eating Taco Bell and swimming so we decided it wasn’t a good idea to swim. The service upon arrival was very unprofessional 4/9 9pm ish (I called and let them know we would be late) when I was about to run my card for deposit it appeared as a double charge this is their cost for incidental apparently. She also claimed per her we hadn’t paid for our room. When I had actually called and did it over the phone that morning. She was all over the place with how she spoke none of it made sense. She was nice but didn’t seem to have an understanding on how to explain things. Tired from our moving ready for a shower we find there was NO SHAMPOO!!! Exhausted and already frustrated we didn’t even bother asking for samples. Thankfully our daughter had travel size for us to use. Next morning 4/10 6:15am as I walked to speak to the lady at the counter regarding the charges in hopes for a better explanation, she looked up and looked back down at her computer. I stood there waiting for her to say something and when she does she has this look like she can’t stand I’m there. Her attitude was poor, and annoyed. Yet she leaves her station and chats it up with the young man in the breakfast station who seemed a coworker- extremely friendly. I was just hoping for a greeting. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY.

The check in process was horrible. No customer service or welcoming vibe. We were double charged for our room without any remedy upon arrival with refusal from the front staff to look in to. Sunday morning, Jocelyn refunded the amount which still hasnt deposited back in to my bank account. (Im assuming it will take a few business days). Over all the cleanliness and room and hotel was wonderful but proper front end procedure should be re-evaluated.

GFI in room tripped lights off Sat nite. Desk clerk inable to help. Called GM who said to reset GFI behind coffee pot. Lights on again. Good location. Good breakfast. Need more staff in btkfst room. Tables needed cleaned. Ran out of diff foods with hrs to go. Trash cans overflowing. Hire more staff.

I actually really liked this property. It was a good location for where I was needing to be, and everything was super clean. The gym was perfect for what I needed to do, and the breakfast buffet each morning was amazing. My only complaint would be that it's hit or miss if someone is at the front desk. I attempted to call the front desk a few times, and no one answered.
