The room was clean. The TV didn’t work properly. Water pressure good, bed was comfortable. But parking was a nightmare. A large portion of the lot has been leased or sold to a fast food drive through next door; all that remained was very small spaces, many of which were on steep slopes. The smoking area is right outside the door next to handicap parking; it was filthy, with so much smoke and so many people in the way smoking we could not get to the door. Cigarette butts all over the ground and several still burning in the ashtray. The manager was rude at check-in. Obsequious when we checked out. Trash around the parking lot out of view of the street. Cigarette burn on the floor of our non smoking room and smoke in the hall from the smoking area being too close. Breakfast was ok except the small space doesn’t have enough seating by far. I don’t recommend.

Stayed 2 nights prior to taking a cruise. No elevator and had lots of luggage! The building is apparently wood frame and lower floor rooms hear creaking of floors when people walk around. The second floor is ground level. Breakfast buffet was excellent!

The pool and spa were out of service with no word on when they would be back in service. The parking spaces are ridiculously small and the property shares a driveway with a very crowded Chik Fil A that makes it hard to get in and out at times. One of the lamps that I wanted to used in my room was unplugged and there was no place to plug it in. The faucet on the tub was broken. Toilet ran constantly. Very cheaply framed building as it sounded like there were hippos on the floor above me any time someone walked across the room. Price was not exactly cheap. I didn't realize Comfort was so low-end.

Pool was “closed for maintenance” & the hotel had a musty smell to the room, plus the hallway smelt like burnt candle. But the room was clean and the hotel as a whole was quiet. Not horrible, but not anything to write home about.

The pool and hottub were a nice surprise. But the rooms are extremely outdated. There is mold on the bottom floor. It was seeping from the mattress on to the sheets. The room smelled terrible. Everything in the room was wet. The walls, the bed, the floor, the table. I didnt like that a manager (housekeeping or front desk, im not sure) knocked on the door even with a privacy sign. They could have called or left a note. They had a question but im not even sure what she asked. Housekeeping is great and i dont want to say this is their fault but the walls were peeling, the walls had food stains. But they did have fresh towels, sheets and bedding in the room and they helped me with my bags on the way out. They were extremely kind. This place needs an extreme makeover. I couldve stayed somewhere cheaper for better quality. It was the mold and bed that i was really disappointed with. And the hair dryer did not work. I stayed 4 days. I should have switched rooms but it was a hassle becquse i had so much stuff with me so i dealt with it. Do not stay in room 117 and try to stay away from the bottom floor. There is mold and ants. Its none of the workers fault, and more so whoever owns the place.

Check out time on-line sez 11:00, on the door it states 12:00. False fire alarm at 9 pm, guest stated "same thing happened 2 weeks ago". Room desk chair off kilter, desk not wiped, and a musty smell in the room...but not anywhere else in the hotel. Breakfast sign warned about the egg shortage...is that still a thing?

Staff was very welcoming upon check in. Breakfast was actually pretty good! However, the walls of the rooms are paper thin. I could hear every step stomping from the room above us and all the conversations from the room next to us. Beds are neatly made and room is clean overall. Price is decent especially it’s including breakfast.

Late check-in, yet the front desk help was very cordial and helpful, which was refreshing. She was pleasantly willing to change our room to the main floor since my wife is recovering from hip surgery. The mattress, sheets and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever experienced in any hotel stay! Amazing! Had a wonderful stay. Price was worth it, and affordable.

I don't think it's a lot to ask in 2025 to have a TV that works in the room nor is it too much to ask to have the clock actually displaying the time and not flashing like someone unplugged it and was too lazy to reset it.

No Wi-Fi in my room, as Wi-Fi was out through out the hotel. Had to go to the lobby to acquire the service for wok. Would have been nice to know of this issue prior to booking. There was guest who was on the phone so loudly that I could hear her in my room!

No elevator. Hot water in shower suddenly becoming cold, and alternating 2-3 times in a 5 minute shower. Internet was so slow that it could not be used. Older deteriorated space. I know inflation has gotten bad, but $215 tax for this quality is not right.

This was a great stay for my child’s soccer tournament. Staff were friendly, especially Billy! Good breakfast, comfortable beds. It would be soft from a remodel or new carpets as the rooms are a little musty but overall, it was a great stay!

The afternoon guy at the front desk is top 3 worst hospitality people I’ve ever come across. Monotone, hides in the back, isn’t helpful when asking a legitimate question (I got the tiniest room in the hotel after paying 50$ extra for a room with more sq footage). Second time in two weeks I’ve stayed there and gotten the same treatment.

No offense, but it's a Comfort Inn. We know we're not going to be staying at the edgewater. So it was the average, decent room for a decent price kind of stay. The staff though. Not impressive. No one at the front counter. When they are at the front office, they hide in the backroom and don't watch for anyone, listen for anyone, and are just really not engaging with anyone. When I finally got someone to show up at the front desk when I was trying to check in, the girl found my reservation, got the paperwork almost done, and suddenly said to me "I have to go, I'll be back in a little while." Odd, but okay. I ended up walking off after 15 minutes as she had not returned and I was completely in the dark as to what was happening. I walked around, finally sat down in the lobby, and after a good half hour, the lady finally walked on into the lobby. With another woman who, as best as I could tell, she was trying to sell her car to. 15 seconds after that she had me checked in and I was on the way to our room. We all have lives, I get it, but to wait in the lobby for an unknown amount of time with no information for a half an hour because the check in lady was too busy taking care of her own personal business? I'm a pretty easy going guy but she could've just as easily spent another 15 seconds checking me into my room and then went about her business.

There was a mix up with the front desk & the Hotels app. The app showed I had prepaid, with a receipt & confirmation #. The hotels computer showed I had not paid. The front desk clerk called my room at 6AM & asked me to come to the front to pay. After 2 hours, multiple calls to customer support from me & even having customer support talk to her themselves to confirm my payment, she saw a post it on her computer from her boss explaining the miscommunication between them & the app & confirmed I was paid up & no further payment would be required. She didn't even apologize, she just said "oh, i see this has been cleared up, you can go back to your room" 0/10 stars for customer service.

This property is near the 405, easy off and on, in Kirkland. The area is light up at night and shares the private road with a chicken filet restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the place very clean. There is a coffee maker, refer and coffee maker in the room. Each room has its own heater / ac which works great and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very nice, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, cold and hot cereals. Juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Biscuits and gravy and assorted breads and muffins and yogurts. It is very quiet at night. The only complaint I had was that the pillows were small squares, not a standard size pillow. It took two squares to equal the size of a standard pillow, which would move from under your head when you moved. Other than that, this is a great place to stay.

I've stayed here a few times, and the quality of your stay will depend on the kind of room you book. Some rooms are really well kept, while other are serviceable but could use some updates. Free breakfast options are good, I love the waffle maker. This motel is located right across the street from a big shopping center (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, etc.) and is within a comfortable walking distance. I think for a max of about 3 nights, the rates are excellent with all of the perks.
