Although when I checked in and I was told I was upgraded to a junior suite, I wasn't impressed. Over all, the hotel was old, the elevator was sketchy. I came down to the breakfast in the morning, 7:00 am, the garbage by the entrance to the hotel and dining area was over flowing, It makes me wonder what is done in the over night time. I spoke to the desk clerk who was at a table eating and seemed annoyed by me standing at the counter to talk with him. Lastly the other topic I wanted to discuss with him, although being in a so called junior suite, the water in the shower never got hot, it was basically a luke warm at best shower. Truthfully, I would not recommend this Quality Inn at all. NO Stars rating!

I observed the manager in the mornings repeatedly to kitchen staff to replenish breakfast dishes there were several times coffee and orange juice were not available. Additionally, staff appeared to have their coffee time in the morning and visitations among each other during breakfast time with some a little disappointed.

I saw the hotel isn’t horribly dirty, but it’s not clean either. There’s not enough towels in the rooms to take more than one person shower so one person would shower and we have to go down to the front to get more towels. There are no backup blankets or pillows in the bedroom. The pool was never open for us to use. The gym was not open for us to use so the amenities were useless, but if you just need a place to sleep, it’s not bad.

It was very basic ok for a pit stop but I would not stay here for more than one sleep. The bed was horrible it dipped in the middle very deeply. The toilet didn’t flush. I had to take the tank cover off and manually pull each time. Staff was great. Free breakfast was actually good as they served real eggs sausage toast waffles various fruit and yogurts very pleased. Also no elevator
