The rooms and hotel are very nice. Comfy beds, clean rooms. The pool is very nice also, but the fumes from the chlorine in the pool and spa burned our eyes and made the kids cough. We opened the door, but that did little help. I complained to the front desk, but she said they couldnt do anything about it, even after mutiple complaints for months.

Good place to stop over. Cookies in the late afternoon! Other than that it’s maybe a bit pricey for an overnight stay. Lots of noisy cars racing up the highway at night. Pool is open 24 hours, but it’s a little bit grungy and the hot tub jets didn’t seem to be working…possibly plugged.

Entire place felt like it needed one huge cleaning . Our carpet was sticky, unbearable barefoot. Only one set of thick blinds, room was very bright through the night. Bathroom was at least clean. Staff was friendly.

We will be back. We were comfortable, felt safe and enjoyed the pool and breakfast. We needed maintenance to come 2 times, but they were great and resolved the issues quickly. The table next to the bed was not very clean there are spots on the ceiling.

It was a good place to stay, close to where our friends and family were staying for the weekend. The room was very clean. The hostess was great to talk with and deal with. The bed was tough, so sleeping was difficult.

Absolutely terrible. Complete scam. I've stayed a few times and had no complaints.this time I reserve on line and pay . Go to check in and I'm told that I am on DNR list. With no explanation and no return of my money. Deposit, room etc.was just stolen from me.

My wife and I checked in and the front office staff was very nice and informative. Room was clean and found no hidden surprises that sometimes you find. TV was out, so I called down to the desk and they sent a guy right up to fix it. Bed was firm which I like, overall it was great for a quick overnight stay. Would stay there again and recommend.

I had a great stay at Quality Inn Oakwood in Spokane from May 12 to May 13 while on a work trip. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable—everything I needed for a productive and restful visit. A couple big things : The front desk clerk was beyond helpful. She had us all checked in, made note when we were going to arrive late. I called later with some pizza place recommendations and she was quick with her list. She also called up shortly after check in to make sure the room was all ok and of course it was. Also, we were so late arriving because we were detoured by wildfires in the area. When the air quality became hazardous we needed to cancel the second day of our reservation so that we could get closer to home. I called Expedia who called the hotel who graciously allowed us to do that with a full refund for the cancelled night. It was a very nice hotel, nice grounds, nice fresh parking lots. Every staff member we passed held the door open or said hello. The breakfast was also good and they were great about refilling stations quickly. All in all, a good solid hotel with a great staff who obviously care about guest experience and that earns 5/5 from us!

I was not given a handicapped room, yet I was told one was available when I reserved. Thankfully I had my walker and I used it to showered with and use the toilet. Fridge did not work, bed height was 3 inches above my waist. I’m old and handicapped no way I could jump. The front desk person was argumentative, rude, the guy that replaced the fridge was very nice and got the job done. The breakfast buffet was very good.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. My only complaint was the wasteful practice of using plastic dishes, silverware, cups. It did not appear to be very environmentally friendly.
