My wife and I are in town to watch our daughter’s hockey games and to celebrate my birthday. All week long we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and pool facilities, only to find out when we checked in, that they were closed for maintenance. Had we known that ahead of time, we would have stayed somewhere else. Not happy and very disappointed!

The slide was not in use as the lifeguard called in. That was the main reason for booking. Our room was not clean. The floors were sticky, the dresser drawer was broken, the bathroom door did not lock, and the room keys did not work. We have stayed there a few times over the years but the cleanliness and amenities have gone downhill. We will not be returning

The pool was freezing cold the hot tub was out of commission the sauna was broke the room the heat didn’t work it just blew cool air with kids birthday party kids want to swim and couldn’t because it was ice cold the room was also cool because heat not working the shower had no pressure it had potential to be a nice place but no breakfast and all the above problems we will never be back and we checked out at 7pm and left hoping we can get a refund because we left and went somewhere else

The swimming pool area is nice with 2 pools, one with a slide, a whirlpool, an open pool & splash pad. Down side to that is if you have a room facing the pool area it’s very noisy as everything echos in the pool room.

It was a busy day and night at the hotel due to family night at Lambeau. They were very accommodating with early check in. We were on the second floor with our room lookin go to the pool area. The kids loved the pools and slide. The regular pool without the slide was cold! Expedias website says there’s free parking. However we were charged a $5.20 parking fee per night.

When we got to our room this past Saturday we found a very ugly- disgusting piece of food in our fridge. I could not tell you what it was. This is more of a note more than anything - that the cleaners should double-check all corners and crevices. Thank you, Kelly

We were in town for a fundraiser we were hosting and stayed here two nights. The entrances very beautiful. Customer service wasn’t really great lots of unknown answers to questions. Our room was nice size bathroom was small. However wallpaper was falling off walls and there was some black stuff around the AC unit.. Friday night the hotel was nice and quiet Saturday night was a different story. Seemed to be a birthday party going on lots of kids running up and down the halls.

The hotel is our favorite when we are in the area. The only complaint we had was the questionable cleanliness of the room. Not that it was dirt by any means but when we opened the fridge there was left over take out left from one of the previous people to stay in the room. It was in there a while because it was frozen to the fridge. The front desk was very helpful and came to remove it and gave a couple candy bars for the trouble. A couple days later when we were checking out we usually check the whole room to se of stuff was left behind. And we found a receipt from August 19 on the floor. So it makes me wonder how has the cleaning crew has to go to clean it and if some short cuts are taken. Don’t get me wrong. We love the hotel and will stay again. Just think cleaning shouldn’t be rushed.

Although the location was very good for us, the hotel was tired. Our room had dirty carpeting, counters and furniture that hadn't been wiped off, and showed a lot of signs of wear. The hotel is quite large for a single elevator as well, which made navigating the hotel a lengthy process. I expected a much higher standard for the price we paid for our room.

Rooms are outdated. Rooms next to the pool are incredibly noisy. There was a water slide right outside my window. Could be fun for families, but not ideal for someone trying to relax.

Wifi was awful- almost unusable. Smart tvs are available but when we signed in it was buffering the whole time and we were unable to watch. We were put in a room with a pool view and it was incredibly loud up until a little past 10 pm. We have small children so this was not great. Then, I had a charge on my card after we left. We did get a drink at the bar so that was fine but they double charged me for taxes (state and occupancy) and there was a $5 Parking lot maintenace fee- which I was unaware of. It's apparently on their website but when we checked in the lady said my card would be used for incidentals or anything charged to the room. No mention of the parking lot fee. After a run around I did get reimbursed for the taxes and parking lot fee. I don’t see us returning to this hotel. Our kids did like the slide and that pool was warm.

I tried checking in early and was told my room wouldn't be ready until 230. No problem, I took the kids and played games for an hour. When I returned at 230 I was told it would be another 1/2 hour, no problem because check in wasn't until 3 anyway. Well we ended up waiting in the lobby until 4pm before we could get in our room. When we got to the room it was ok, you could tell it was cleaned up in hurry, still hair in the shower, something sticky on the sink. The attendant at the front desk was apologetic about the wait stating they were cleaning the rooms by the order of people trying to check in because everyone wanted an early check in...if that was the case wouldn't I have been one of the first to check in? There was another family trying to check in when I was finally able to go to my room and they were told it would be another hour for their room to be ready.

After driving 4 1/2 hours and arriving after 1am, we were greeted by a front desk employee (by no fault of his own) with a letter saying that they had overbooked the hotel and were putting us up in a different hotel. We drove to the other hotel (down the street) to find the other hotel was subpar to say the least. Uncomfortable with the other hotel, we had to find another room in a separate hotel that ended up costing us over $230 (Luckily, they had ONE room left) We never got a phone call or communication regarding the oversell and while the front desk employee was nice and friendly, we were completely caught off guard by the fact that we in fact DID NOT have a room . Absolutely disgusting experience that I hope to never duplicate.

Stayed because we went to PACKER game. There is a Starbucks spot in the hotel….WHAT! That was awesome!!! The bar staff were friendly and put up with my husband and his buddy being obnoxious! The check in staff were very friendly. Check in was smooth and easy!

This was our first time staying here. Could not have been more satisfied. The hotel was modern and clean, staff was very courteous, food at the restaurant was fantastic, and the pool was amazing! We were the only ones in the restaurant. The bartender, Phas, said it was an unusual night because of the holidays. He convinced us to invite our kids down and enjoy dinner there instead of taking it to go back up to the room. I’m so glad he did! Had a wonderful conversation. We look forward to our next opportunity to stay here when we come back to Green Bay!

For being a relatively close to the airport hotel this ranks up there is one of the best value for the money I personally have ever stayed at. The front desk reception was extremely friendly, explained everything, showed us where the pool was, gave us an option for what floor we wanted our room on, showed us the restaurant, etc. I would highly recommend of the handful of hotels near Green Bay airport is this being the top one.

Overall the condition of the hotel was fine. However there were many individual items lacking. Our bathtub was clogged when we tried to use it. Room service/ housekeeping was only so so. They continually forgot individual items, like we ran out of toilet paper with no replacement. We tried to use the bar lounge and each time we're told they were closing early and were unable to serve us. One night we were able to use the bar as other people were there and complaining as well. Whenever we try to call the front desk we were constantly put on hold with no answer.

I prepaid for a night online. Showed up late in the night and was told they had no booking for me then I was completely ignored. My children in the car were crying when we had to keep driving to find another place to sleep at least 20 more minutes down the road.

Easy stay for a Packers game. check in was quick & the room was clean, with comfortable beds. The workout room looked great. I liked the flavor water boosters. We appreciated the fact that we could leave our car at the hotel for the game! big bonus

Clean, awesome pool & hot tub big area, parking included and free and plenty of parking(area surrounding seemed very safe) food with in walking distance , super close to the statium, loved Starbucks in the morning, we also ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was delicious and very reasonably priced! Will definitely stay again great experience and wonderful price compared to other hotels

Great hotel, in a nice location. The kids loved the pool! Only issue was with check-in, we arrived at 4:25 pm and had to wait for another hour to check-in. But overall we enjoyed our stay after we got a room.

The worst bed I’ve ever slept in. The comforter was so thin we had to ask for another one. The most uncomfortable mattress. The good things were the pool, in house Starbucks, and it was quiet. The restaurant was over priced and the food was so bland. Not staying here again.

Hotel was great! Very modern. It was very busy. There was only one elevator it seemed which didn’t seem to be enough to handle the amount of people the hotel can hold and the amount of business being done at one time. The pool was busy and even the lobby. Which didn’t bother us any, just nice to see! The restaurant was not what you’d expect at a family friendly hotel. It was beautiful but not a lot of options for kids. And there is not continental breakfast. You have to pay for breakfast and it’s just what you’d recieve free at other hotels. ((Only downside was how disappointing the restaurant was)) The Starbucks also wasn’t open. Overall there are better options to eat close by. But great location to the rest of the items around to do.

Nice, clean rooms and great staff. Make sure you read the amenities, no free breakfast. They have A breakfast buffet but, nothing special or homemade. Lots of restaurants around in walking distance. I highly suggest calling the front desk and asking if they have any sports teams staying at the same time as your stay, if so, the pool and hot tub will most likely be crowded and loud. But, the hotel itself is wonderful.
