We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the frost desk attendant was helpful and welcoming. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was also good, about 15 minutes from Downtown Madison. Our only issue was that my wife wore a ring into the hot tub, in the pool area, one evening. After we got out, we noticed her previously silver ring had taken on a dark gray tone. The chlorine levels were so strong, the polish on the ring was eroded away. We alerted the manager on duty when we checked out. He apologized for that issue and said he would look into it.

Awesome hotel, so glad we found it. Clean rooms, great location, and the pool area is open until midnight which is amazing. Definitely planning on staying here again on the next trip to the Madison area.

The entire facility was very clean and well-maintained. Room was extremely comfortable. Very nice pool/spa area, and we appreciated it being open till midnight. Breakfast included the typical fare, and there was no shortage of items. Coffee was good - exactly what was needed. Would stay here again.

Exactly what I needed. I stayed here particularly for the jetted tub room, pool, hot tub and location. The price was a little steeper than I would have like to pay. But I decided to splurge since I won’t be having this again for some time now. The cleanliness of the room was pretty good. There are spot of not sure what it is on the ceilings and walls -dirt, mold, old bugs. But the cleanliness of the rest of the place ruled out that those spots could be so bothersome. The bed was very clean and comfortable -I do prefer when I see the whole bed zipped protectors on the mattresses and box sets. This makes me feel so much safer from the dreaded bed bugs. I love the generousness of the towels and pillows - abd so clean! Thank you!

Everything was well maintained and very clean. The pillows are abnormally small, which was a challenge. The thermostat is older and finicky… but that’s a small thing. Overall a great, convenient property to stay at in Madison!

They gave us a room with a balcony and it was flithy. So many spider webs and spiders. Killed 12 to 15 spiders first night and more and more just kept coming.. every night killed atleast 8 during the day you were just swarmed by wasps.. they would go into the wood of our door so clearly there was a nest inside... the toilet in our bathroom bad some sort of red splatter under the toilet seat.. the outside of the pool was filthy as well the garbage was full and had the thickest spiderweb ive ever seen.. clearly it hadnt been changed in quite awhile ..

I wish i would have taken photos. The room was immaculate. The bathroom (including shower) was the cleanest I have seen for a hotel room in quite some time. I travel often and stay in varied hotel brands. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the pool was clean. Access was easy to get to and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the microwave and fridge. Blackout shades were awesome. Breakfast was fine. Love the waffle makers! Out of the three containers in the shower only the shampoo had product, body wash and conditioner were empty. Elevator had a hand sanitizer dispenser but it was empty. Those are just minor things. If traveling this way again I would stay there. (Also liked restaurants adjacent to the property.)

So disappointed about this property. The room smelled like an old hotel, was dark some lights did not work, refrigerator was unplugged with towels in it someone did come take out the towels and plugged it in but did not work, the A/C unit woke us up every time it turned on actually vibrated the bed closest to it. The desk person at checkout was totally unconcerned about my feed back. I would never had stayed once I saw the condition except I had two grandkids who were extremely tired.

The Fire alarm system went off at 3:00 in the morning and staff had no clue what was going on and if it was a real emergency. I pretty much evacuated the 1st floor and everyone had to wait outside for 45minutes while the alarm continued to go off. A fire truck did arrive and we could see through the window they were checking the building, but at no time did staff evacuate everyone or communicate that building was ok to re-enter. People just waited until the alarm quite sounding and re-entered the hotel. At no time did staff make an announcement or communicate what happened and nothing was even mentioned at check out. Had it been an acctual fire, people would have died as not everyone was told to leave the building, several people stayed in their rooms!!!

The room was fine, but the people at the front desk need customer service training. No one greeted me or asked me anything when I went up to the front desk to check in. I had to initiate things. And when I checked out, I wasn't asked how my stay was, and I didn't get a thank you for staying.

Easy location to get to outside of the downtown campus area. Great rate. The room was clean, the TV and water worked. The breakfast area wasn't impressive, but it had what I needed. The staff wasn't particularly warm, but I have no complaints. This was a great deal and a totally acceptable stay, which is exactly what I was looking for. Would book here again.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and our child enjoyed the pool. The Continental breakfast was also well stocked during our stay (Fri-Sun). The only hiccup was loud music from the bar located between the hotel.

Great value & location. Attended a wedding in Madison. The hotel was a mere 15mins from all the action. Cost a great deal less than the downtown hotels. Beds were comfy, shower was strong & hot, free breakfast was delicious & well attended.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Very nice dining options literally sharing the same parking lot. The only issue I had was the breakfast options. Plain bagels, kiddie cereals and microwavable breakfast sandwiches were the highlights. It is otherwise a great place to stay.
