This property has two buildings, we've stayed in old one, the rooms are spacious and generally clean, but they and the whole building needs work, it's pretty outdated, with masking tape around air vents, missing thermostats and not closing doors. They've started to upgrade bathrooms though, which was nice. If you want to visit a small swimming pool (no hot tub), it's in another building, as well as breakfast area, and you have to walk outside. On good side, the staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and they offer good breakfast, also we really enjoyed nearby restaurant (Huckleberry's) for dinner. It seems that high ratings for this property are for a new building, but the old one is definitely in need of upgrade.

Pool is WAY OVER CHLORINATED. All 3 of my kids had horrible near doctors visit chemical burns and I literally had the hair stripped off of my body where I came in contact with the water.

This property has two buildings. The pictures do not reflect this nor the rooms. One must go from one to the other to enjoy the pool, breakfast, or talk to staff. Our building was unlocked! There is no elevator to the second story. Our expectations went from a 10 to a 1. We left, lost our money since they would not refund us as my wife couldn't do the stairs. Worst experience for us :(

While our room was decent and clean the pool and the pool area were unsafe, dirty, and cold. There was chunks *larger than the size of a hand* of cement that was busted off the ground and just freely scattered around. The pool itself was chipping away causing a ton of cement rocks to be in the water tearing skin off. The one entire side of the pool area was piles of trash, random old furniture, and just a mess. The only table in the room was infested with ants. And the pool water was ICE cold. We picked the hotel for the use of the pool and it was never used. The majority of the staff was extremely kind but Saturday evening when I asked the staff if there was any more k cups for coffee she completely blew me off. Told me she did not know and went right back to ignoring me. Since there is not coffee available in the room we were told the Kuerig was available for use 24/7 which she made it out to not be the case.

The only thing is there are 2 hotels in this property and to check into the Windsor place in you have to go to the second building and there is no elevator. However the breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

Melissa at the front desk was fabulous!!! It definitely could use some deep cleaning and updating. Breakfast was adequate for us. We enjoyed the picnic tables outside. We had bar soap but no shampoo or conditioner. These fall on the room cleaning staff and only 1 washcloth and hand towel. It they had enough staff a lot of these issues could be addressed.

It’s definitely a budget hotel. Room was musty and the condition is sub par. We turned on the heater for a few seconds and it smelled like it was burning. We shut it off so it wouldn’t stink up the room and just went without. The chairs were filthy and in need of a refresh, broken items were fixed with tape, and the bathroom ceiling was growing mold. It’s a bed and a place to sleep, not much else going for it.

Entrance was nice. Modern & clean. When opened door to our room, smelt super musky & damp. I was handed febreeze to spray by front desk lady Woke up at 3 am my daughter & I soaked. Had to blow dry hair it was so bad. Couldn’t go back to sleep. Air cond was set at 70 but obviously didn’t keep up. Even our clothes were damp In suitcases. Good location, not much else positive to say. Heater REEKED of mold!! I couldn’t breathe! Gag! Bought some spray disinfectant and sprayed the unit inside and OUTSIDE 3 times, waiting about 15-30 minutes between dousing. Improved slightly. Awful stay here for 6 days.

Good room for the price. Hot breakfast was also good. We really enjoyed the breakfast potatoes. Room door didn’t shut on its own. We had to forcefully pull or push shut when going in and out. But all in all a great place to stay for the night.

Our room was extremely well equipped, considering it was affordibe. Ironing board and iron, hair blower, shampoo etc. Refrigerator, microwave, nice TV, large computer desk with plug-ins and jacks. Closet space and long mirror, drawers. Two nice comfortable beds. The room looks and smells clean, A/C is excellent (looks new.) Amenities include a pop & snacks store, nice pool, big breakfast. The only negative (which honestly doesn't matter to us considering ALL of the positives) is that some things show their age: stains on lampshades & walls, 2 faulty dresser drawers taped closed, significant chips on wood furniture. Like I said, we really didn't care! I'm just fishing for negatives. :)

Broken down and disused looking. Sits right on a major intersection in town. Could hear person above clomping around. I requested a different room but was told there wasn’t to be a person above another night. Either someone came after my request or the building has a ghost. Pool and breakfast was in a different building. My air conditioner was erratically noisy. So much so that when I awoke one of the mornings, I thought it was raining outside. It did keep the room cool though. The bed spread was stiff and felt like it should have been hanging over the window rather than on my bed. One of the beds was comfortable. The other was a little lumpy. The carpeting had a 2 inch hole down to the underlayment in front of the closet. Because it sits on a major intersection, there was a family restaurant (Huckleberry) across the street as well as a gas station and a small strip mall with a Piggly Wiggly. I will not be returning to this hotel.

We've stayed here before and it was really nice. But this time, we were put into their "2nd building" which I didn't know they had. Looks like was a former Super 8. This was rather run down and not very nice. If I had known we would be there, I wouldn't have made reservations here. I didn't bring a hairdryer because it said they had one but it was non-functioning. Also, the wi-fi did not work.

PRO: The Inn is conveniently located, easily accessible and reasonable priced. The staff are friendly and proficient. The inn provides an excellent complimentary breakfast and 24/7 fresh coffee. A large "family" restaurant, gas station and convenience store are located across the street from the inn. My room was clean and spacious and it included air conditioning, a refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was very comfortable. CON: The TV was bolted to the wall and didn't swivel which essentially restricted viewing to the bed. The only table was a desk, bolted to the wall, which made it impractical to eat while watching TV. A couple of TV trays would solve that problem. There was an elaborate audio-video panel on the desk, which apparently connects to the TV for use with laptops and other personal electronics, but no instructions were provided for this panel nor for the elaborate DirectTV Universal remote. The bathroom facilities were clean but dated, with a high-wall tub that was not access-friendly and a low-rider toilet. The deadbolt on the room door couldn't be latched.

Booked a room and specifically asked for disability able room for my disabled husband .... and it was confirmed (months ago) ............... We get there on on scheduled day and NO ELEVATOR (they had our room on 2nd floor) and "fix" was a non disability room with 2 double beds (and add that the pool heater is out ) Even worst was the rude front desk help they had working ..... hotel needs to invest in some better customer service training or just bulldoze entire building an make a better parking lot Whatever happens im soooooo happy with how expiedia handled everything (Its in a really crap location too so save your money and get a tent im sure youll have a way more enjoyable experience than going to this trash hotel)

Broken down and disused looking. Sits right on a major intersection in town. Could hear person above clomping around. I requested a different room but was told there wasn’t to be a person above another night. Either someone came after my request or the building has a ghost. Pool and breakfast was in a different building. My air conditioner was erratically noisy. So much so that when I awoke one of the mornings, I thought it was raining outside. It did keep the room cool though. The bed spread was stiff and felt like it should have been hanging over the window rather than on my bed. One of the beds was comfortable. The other was a little lumpy. The carpeting had a 2 inch hole down to the underlayment in front of the closet. Because it sits on a major intersection, there was a family restaurant (Huckleberry) across the street as well as a gas station and a small strip mall with a Piggly Wiggly. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Have been coming here for years during apple season.Close to our relatives ,great restaurant across the the street.Staff always friendly and accomodating even when we had mom with us who was disabled.Beds are comfortable and morning breakfast goodHighly recommend,we've stayed other places close by at other times but now choose to just stay here.

PRO: The Inn is conveniently located, easily accessible and reasonable priced. The staff are friendly and proficient. The inn provides an excellent complimentary breakfast and 24/7 fresh coffee. A large "family" restaurant, gas station and convenience store are located across the street from the inn. My room was clean and spacious and it included air conditioning, a refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was very comfortable. CON: The TV was bolted to the wall and didn't swivel which essentially restricted viewing to the bed. The only table was a desk, bolted to the wall, which made it impractical to eat while watching TV. A couple of TV trays would solve that problem. There was an elaborate audio-video panel on the desk, which apparently connects to the TV for use with laptops and other personal electronics, but no instructions were provided for this panel nor for the elaborate DirectTV Universal remote. The bathroom facilities were clean but dated, with a high-wall tub that was not access-friendly and a low-rider toilet. The deadbolt on the room door couldn't be latched.

Good room for the price. Hot breakfast was also good. We really enjoyed the breakfast potatoes. Room door didn’t shut on its own. We had to forcefully pull or push shut when going in and out. But all in all a great place to stay for the night.

The staff was fantastic and so helpful. My 93 year old father traveled with us and everyone did their best to make him comfortable. The breakfast was awesome with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy among other things.

Staff was nice, breakfast was OK (although they don't have a lot of space for people to sit given the size of the hotel). Shower didn't have a shower curtain (which is dangerous because water can get on the floor and you can slip when you get out of the shower -- shower floor mat was soaked when I took a shower basically). Beyond that room was OK and hotel was quiet (I did check in late, like around 11pm).

This is a nice hotel! The bath towels were nice and big, not those almost hand towels they expect you to dry on. The breakfasts were really nice. Scrambled eggs on the week days and omelettes on the weekend with waffles and side meat. Plus yogurt and a great coffee maker!!

A group of family stayed at the hotel. Dawn was exceeding helpful, informative,and above all KIND.We had a Celebration of Life for our family member and the stress of that was certainly eased by the staff. They accommodated our group in giving excellent above regular service. They even took a group photo when asked. The staff is great. Give Dawn and Saber raises! Customer service in an age that it seems non- existent and geared with AI we hit the jackpot! No complaints and an atmosphere that was super great by caring employees. You are fortunate to have them.
