The pool area was not in a clean state. Hot tub had significant scum around interior edges. The entire pool room had hair all over the floor. The pool filtration and pump system needs maintenance due to clumps of hair were floating around. Staff can do a better job keeping towels available.

Wonderful! Softest sheets, comfortable bed, clean beautiful room, clean property. And breakfast perfect - had everything even hot waffles and juice! Hot tub and pool open! Kudos to the staff and owners! I would highly recommend this renovated hotel.

Fine.. breakfast was sub par and service wasn’t amazing because they only have 1-2 employees in the building and it seemed anytime we were in a space some guy from Pizza Ranch trying to do business with the hotel would rudely cut in front of people or butt in line while we were checking in and the staff allowed him to start a conversation mid check in. Beds are comfortable. Pool had algae and hot tub was full of foam.

When we arrived, they were just finishing filling the pool because they fixed it. So the pool was open, but you couldn’t go in it because it was so cold till the next day. There needs to be a way with all this technology that you can send off an email or a text to people letting them know this?

Curly black hair absolutely everywhere in the room. Dirty sheets, dirty toilet, dirty shower, dirty floor - it was disgusting. Literally found an entire clump of hair on the floor. Unfortunately no other rooms available so staff came and just wiped things down for us (still found lots of hair) and left us clean sheets (which we had to put on ourselves). Staff was friendly and apologetic but we just couldn’t get past how dirty it was.

Stayed for two nights, chose this hotel for its proximity to the concert venue ( its within walking distance). The price was right, but everything else was lacking. The breakfast was bad, the only good thing was the cereal. The water pressure in the bathroom was lacking and we ran out of shampoo. Room itself was dingy and not cleaned properly. Happy meal box left under the dresser from a previous guest was tucked under the t.v stand, juice wrapper under the sink, and to top it all off pink mold in the shower in 3 different locations.... you've been warned.

I loved the convenient location, price of the room and free breakfast. I did not like the cleanliness of the bathtub. I could see black spots/mold. There were also fruit flies flying around in the bathroom. We also experienced a long wait on arrival for someone to come to the front desk. It also would have been helpful to see how to adjust the temperature in the room.

The room was disgusting with used soap from someone else’s stay, mold in the shower, a red splatter on the shower floor and someone hair tie on a cabinet surface. I told the front desk about it and all they said was sorry. I am trying to get a refund through hotels.com and the hotel is lying and saying I that I never checked in so they don’t lose their money. I took photos of the room so I have proof.

Decent room, the bathroom was small and the grout in the shower was pretty gross. The sheets on the bed would not stay on and fell off every night. The pool and hottub were nice. The breakfast was pretty small. It was eggs, a not great looking tray of sausage patties, cereal, breads, stale muffins, yogurt, and very bland tasting waffles. Overall it was worth it for the price but next time I’d spend the $25 more for a nicer place.

It was newly remodeled so it didn’t look ancient. Modern look. Mostly used to get a nights sleep and shower. It was a bit noisy on part of people in the next room and the walls are pretty thin, therefore I did not get a good nights sleep but the bed and pillows were comfortable. Overall for the price it was good value.

This property was renovated last year and it is obvious because it is all new and clean. I was happy with the facility, but I was unhappy about all the noise. I could easily hear the people on each side of me as well as the extreme noise from the lobby around midnight. I go to bed late, so it really didn’t bother me, but at midnight I’d expect quiet. In the morning, I spoke on the phone with the person at the front desk. We had a difficult time communicating because of language differences. He didn’t understand me, and I didn’t understand him which caused some confusion but in the end, it is all good.

Tv didn't have enough channel options. Casting from phone to tv never worked. Rooms are too small. No laundry room available. Strong smell of humidity. We stayed one night so it worked out. But i would.not recommend for longer stays.

booked 3 rooms and did pay at property trying to split it 3 ways and ended up getting all 3 charged my card, they did send through a refund but my trip is over and I’m still waiting to receive the refund, otherwise it was a nice hotel with a nice staff and a good free breakfast and I would stay again if the money situation didn’t happen.

Nick did a great job taking care of me with an early early check in. Way to go! Won the service award. The renovation doesn’t seem complete, that or maybe rushed. Good price. So would recommend if you just need a place to crash on a bachelor weekend

The person at the front desk was more was constantly on there phone. When we checked in the guy who was working was almost dismissive because he had a phone call to get back to... very unprofessional. And my other complaint would be the continental breakfast was the same everyday, not a whole lot to choose from. They need to switch it up and add new stuff each day.

Liked the updates. Continental Breakfast was good. It's very convenient being next to the Crystal Grand Music Theatre, we enjoy going to concerts there and will definitely stay here again, since we can walk right over.

Great stay. The hotel is right next door to the Crystal Grand Theater so we just walked over and saved the cost of parking. Beds were super comfortable, property was neat and clean. This is the place to stay if you’re attending a concert at Crystal Grand. We’ll be back!

Very clean with nice staff and is a vety good value. Near to Dells without all the crowds and crazy traffic. Also close to Baraboo which has a very quaint downtown area with winery , shopping and antiquing.

Our stay was good. Don’t stay for the breakfast. My husband got sick the first breakfast and second. Went out for the third. Hot tub had dirt in the one corner. Everything else was good.
