Needs updating. Tried to check in 30 min early, they sent me away. Came back at 3:55 and he said "check in isnt until 4 usually but its close enough". Just seemed odd. The restaurant by the pool is only open on the weekends- but it doesnt look like its been open for a long time. My husband killed a huge wasp nest on our balcony.Overall the place just needs some minor cleaning and some paint and would be much better. The outdoor pools had so many leaves and bugs floating in it- could just use a vacuum and would be so much nicer! A little TLC goes a long way. Not a bad place to stay and for the price it worked for us.

Check in staff were nice. Waterpark was fun, but there was barely any towels for people to use. Public restrooms at waterpark were not well stocked. Room was decent, got upgraded last minute. There was no second door lock on the door- it was broken. Bathroom & shower had hair in it. The TV did not have local channels. The other guests were questionable at times and didn’t feel 100% safe- one morning someone was sleeping on the front steps of the hotel.

My family and I stayed here for three nights and found all areas of this hotel to be dirty. The room was dirty, no maid service, No pool towels available. The balcony had old donuts and cigarette butts on it. The room itself had juice packets and was dirty. The outdoor pool had floating debris and not just a little bit. Even if you are on a budget, please don’t stay here. We’re not a very picky family as far as hotels go, but this place was beyond acceptable. The only good thing about this hotel was that the beds were decent to sleep on.

Towels in bathroom had black hairs folded in them. They won't answer the front dest after over 10 tries. Tons of ants in indoor pool area. Cloudy water. Dirty facility. Disgusting bathrooms by pool. Dirty diaper in front of our "patio". Room has patio with chairs but door is bolted shut so you can't even use it!!

Very old hotel which is fine but very dirty. Not sure if rooms were even cleaned. Blood on the bathroom light switch, ritz crackers in the vent, hair in the beds. Smelled bad. Nowhere to sit outside of the room.

The rooms were very dirty and had a musty smell. The bathroom and shower were unacceptably dirty. The hotel room safe did not work and we returned to find our hotel room door ajar. Luckily nothing seemed to be missing. The hotel held $70 on our credit card for incidentals and only credited back $30. We are still working to get the remaining deposit back. I would strongly recommend to stay away.

The place is outdated & dirty. Pool area was dirty & paint was chipped on the water slides. It’s a maze to get to your room if you go through any door. Wouldn’t stay here again.. only good thing is that’s it’s by a lot of restaurants.

Not a great experience over all. Firstly, upon loading our bags in, the halls smelled vaguely of weed and stale cigarette smoke. In our room we found dried blood stains on our fitted sheet and black mold around the top of the shower. The plumbing hummed when in use, and the carpet in the rooms felt slightly damp in the morning. Thin walls/floors (?) and people thumping up and down the halls and floors meant we didn't get to sleep till almost 3am. The indoor pools were cloudy and kinda gross looking. We ended up canceling our second night there, we just couldn't do it another day. Front desk staff was very helpful on that end. I didn't see custodians or room cleaning staff till the morning, which meant that bags of garbage in the hallway stayed there all day and over night, as did the pizza and garbage on the floor by the pool.

On Expedia where I booked it said there was a 20-25$ resort fee. When I checked into the hotel they said it was an additional 66$ this is almost what the room cost. Very disappointing that there was this extra hidden fee without any notice. Staff tried saying it was because it was out of season. It is especially disappointing when it wasn’t the cleanest resort.

This is an older hotel, but they have made some upgrades. We stayed in a suite with 3 beds and it was a lot of space. Overall, our room was clean. We come to the Dells often and we will continue to stay here. Front desk was very nice. They made sure we got to our room ok and called to see if we needed anything half way through our stay. Indoor pools were nice size. For the price and size, definitely a good choice.

Due to snow storm, lack of plowing made it unsafe. I understand that was hard to control. Got in the room and the heat was not on. It was freezing. I got extra blankets but it didn’t warm up until the next day. Once the heat worked it got so hot we couldn’t cool it down without opening the patio door!

A weekend getaway. Close to the attractions. Family friendly but need to vacuum. It was a bit dirty. It was a bit noisy in the mornings when the kids get up but to be expected at a family attending hotel.

The phone did not work. And I was told there’s nothing that we can do about it because the hotel is in the Process of eliminating phones. The bathroom door would not shut all the way. Had to have someone come and fix the TVs because there’s a generic hotel remote that won’t do it for you so they send someone in with a Vizio TV remote that easily connect the TV back to the Internet. I stayed in the room with the whirlpool and the whirlpool was great

Staff was great for the most part and we were able to check in at noon! However, one of our queen beds felt like the box spring was broken, as when we went to go to lay on it, it was completely sunken in and unusable. We brought it to the staff’s attention but they said they didn’t have another room to switch us to, although their sign outside said they had vacancies. The 4th floor pool was amazing for our 3 year old and was nice and warm. It was outdated but still very enjoyable and we had a blast. The game room was fun for him too. The outdoor pool was ice cold and the waterfall features were not on for the duration of our stay. A lot of rough housing in the outdoor pool as well as the pool next to the lobby. Location was great, although it is next to Bigfoot zipline which has stadium-type lighting on all night which was directly facing our balcony, so that was bothersome. The balcony door was almost unusable. The balcony was carpeted, which was stained and very sticky. The bathroom had black spots of mold on the ceiling above the shower. Hallways smelled of weed. The noise level coming from upstairs was so loud, and the signal on the tv kept cutting out. Overall, we still had a great time but if it weren’t for the 4th floor pool we wouldn’t have stayed.

The motel could certainly use an update. We had a room with 2 queens in one room, king in main room and a pull out sofa. Smoke alarm beeped most of one night for low battery, lock was broken on bathroom door and had trouble adjusting heater/air. We had to ask for more towels both nights we were there. The location was good. Price was high for quality of room.

The room was small and one bed was right up against the ac unit so it blew on you all night. The patio door slid very hard and did not lock and the balcony floor was very dirty. The pool was very cold for being "heated". On the good side the room was cheap.

The Wifi was terrible, i had to buy a 70$ wifi booster so that we could use our wireless devices. Hotel staff was unable to help with selecting alternate input on the television so we could use streaming device, so i had to buy a 15$ universal remote and do it myself. So i was 85$ out of pocket, just to use wifi and tv, which should be minimum expectation. Pool bar closed. Obvious that there is minimum investment in upkeep and improvements all around the property. Peeling paint, huge holes in blacktop parking lot, etc. Door security is bypassed by employees placing duct tape on the door latches. Not managed well.

We realized that our TV didn't work when we got back to the room after a long day out and about We tried calling the front desk and my husband was met with a staff member who seemed inconvenienced that we were put out. She said she had no maintenance and that we would have to wait until the morning to have it fixed. I'm sorry but when you get back you want to turn on the TV to relax. That is unacceptable. So we went to the front desk to speak to this woman and she again was very annoyed by our presents, and said there was nothing she could do. She could not move us to another room and there was no maintenance so she couldn't do anything. We were supposed to stay another night but said we were not going to because this was unacceptable and she said we needed to call Expedia to get the next night refunded. She also said she was going to partially refund the current night due to no TV, but I have not seen that. It so I am just never going back. Meanwhile, we booked a room at the Best Western premiere in Madison, Wisconsin as we have stayed for 4 years now and it was amazing. Customer service was awesome. Stay was awesome. Environment was awesome. Five stars definitely recommend that place!

Called 2 days before for early check in @ 12pm got there at 12:30 rooms still not ready had to wait another hour to be done. No one wanted to take responsibility all she said is I sent someone there to clean them as soon as you got here....like she was doing us a favor.. NOPE BIG FAIL ESPECIALLY I CALLED 2 DAYS BEFORE. BIG mistake gave us time to walk around the hotel, hot tub really dirty! Along with pool had dirt and sand at the bottom. The walls had green on them, bathroom by pool not very clean and when you flushed the toilet it sprayed water on my leg.....ugh. Did not stay and fighting for my money they still wanted to charge me even though we didn't stay. Has pools and hot tub that we wouldn't use, no other amenities. Will not recommend to any age group, when you can go anywhere else for the same price including Waterpark!

Our room wasn’t ready and we checked in three hours late. We waited in line for 45 mins to check in. Then we went to our and it wasn’t ready even thigh they said it was. The beds had no sheets or covers and they didn’t give us pillow cases until later that night. The pool was nice on the upside and my kids had a decent time.

We had one of their "Themed Suites" The room showed the hotles age. (Built in the 1970s) The whirlpool tub in the room was so tall it made it hard to get in and out of. Hotel maintenance could not even open the rooms safe. There was a large pile of frozen vomit out on the Balcony. As well as the floor on the balcony was rotted out. They advertized having 3 indoor water parks. They had no water parks. They had 2 swimming pools, a kiddie pool. (Which the 2 slides water did not work). And the Hotub did not work. They also call you at 9:45 am to ask you if everything is ok. Not good if you are sleeping and you have the Do Not Disturb sign on your door.

It was amazing. They worked with us when Hotels.com messed up our reservation and refused to fix or let the hotel fix it. After 1.5 hours on the phone back and forth with hotels.com saying that they would help and change it since it was their fault they than decided that they would not. the hotel luckily had 1 room left and we got it for the price we would have through hotel.com. They were kind not rude or judgmental, they were really trying to make it work

I like that there was multiple pools. The air conditioner was extremely cold which was great. It was also very close to many attractions and restaurants. Unfortunately they did not have enough staff so check in took a while. Also they do not have someone at the desk 24 hours so we couldn't get any towels or washcloths until after 8am. Our 2nd day I asked for towels and they never brought them so I had to go directly to the laundry room and ask for them. There was never any pool towels available either.

Great location! Central location and easily walkable to noahs ark and mt.olympus. close to decent restaurants and other activities. Property could use some maintenance. Hotel doors were held unlocked with duct tape room hallways and lobby had a real funky smell like old cigarettes. No housekeeping service at all (4 nights and zero maid) had to ask a few times for clean towels (they will come by and give you a bag full of them but wont take the old ones) room was spacious and the jacuzzi tub worked. Rooms have a dehumidifier that need emptying every few hours (thats on you) Nothing special but we didnt spend a large amount of time in the room anyway.

We've been coming for years here. It's a perfect small hotel with 4 pools. We wish the bar/snack shop was opened again at inside pool area. Also, the complimentary breakfast would be great to have opened finally too since pandemics over. The mattresses definitely need to be replaced along with the brown blankets. They have too many old stains. The staff was fantastic and always very helpful. Looking forward to going again.

Amazing kid splash pad with slides and a pool. Location directly across from my olympus access. Very friendly workers and excellent pool hours 8 a.m.-11p.m. definitely coming back. Only downside was no breakfast but i would be willing to pay more if they had a free breakfast. Room had plenty of towels and a good amount of space. Refrigerator was extra deep to store gallon milks and gallon water.

No continental breakfast ..with kids had to go out not good.. Long line to check in only 1 person working. Got ther about 1 hr early wouldn’t let us check in until 3 thus the long lines could of let us check in but not go to our room yet would have helped a lot with line and wait. it was over an hour to finally get to our room.we stayed a few years ago and had a great experience that’s why we booked again but was very disappointed this time

The property was laid out weird, dirty and very outdated. No breakfast on site, no coffee cups in rooms, service people hard to understand, carpets tore and dirty. The water park was nice but crowded which is expected at times. But wont return if in area.
