Super 8 by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells

This is our 5th time staying at this hotel for a yearly event. We've always had a good stay. This time wasn't the best. Our big bath towels were dirty. The others were stained horribly! They should have been tossed! Only 4 outlets in the entire room worked! We needed the TV and a light plugged in so that left only 2 for anything else! The hair dryer didn't work! Bathroom outlets didn't work. No coffee pot in room and I called ahead of time to check and was told there would be. Breakfast was horrible. Room temperature hard boiled eggs. Toast. But all the PB & jelly pkts were old and hard as a rock! Waffles were good though. No meat at all! Expired yogurt. Noone wiped off the tables until after breakfast. They were bad! Watered down OJ. Luggage carts were absolutely disgusting!! The whole place needed a serious good vacuum!! Ceiling was paper thin!! The people in the room above us sounded like they had a heard of elephants with them! We could hear every single step!! All night long!! Staff was friendly. An older gentleman cleaning rooms was very friendly and very nice! Arcade was decent but the games were priced way too high! Didn't use pool but it looked nice. Parking was ok. Lots of space. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Very unfriendly front desk staff gave no info at all. The hard boiled eggs were kept in a steam tray. Two of the three types os juice were empty at 6:30 am. Room was okay be loud heat/ac.
