Very nice, clean property. Staff is very friendly. It is a smaller prompt. I Wish I would’ve known that somethings are limited due to remodeling, wast stated on website. Also even for a Friday evening almost all water slides were closed. But despite that lots of activities for kids to do.

This property was so extremely crowded and like a literal playground with blaring noise from 6am to after 1am. The pools are all patched on the floor surface looking like they need repairs, not to mention the stench of chlorine is so incredibly strong your eyes start burning when before you enter the swimming areas. Crazy loud activities right next to check in desk in front lobby making it very hard to check in because you cannot hear a thing. We left a day early because it was so bad with kids running, jumping and screaming through hallways day and night. Impossible to sleep even after four calls to complain about noise. We will NEVER return to this waterpark or recommend!!!

It had a large waterpark, but it was outdated and rusted and dirty and under construction. Also, very few of the attractions were open. They had a white board listing all of the closings for waterpark features.... which were many. Food, coffee, treats in the giftshops were OUTRAGEOUS. $15.00 for a small cup of jelly beans, $5.00 for a cup of black coffee, $5.00 per video game in the arcade. Just blatant price gouging.

The price for the stay was definitely overpriced for the outdated rooms and facility. We attempted the indoor waterpark, but that only lasted a few minutes because the chemicals burned our eyes just walking through. If I was to do this trip over again, I would just book a regular hotel, we spent most of our stay exploring the tourist attractions anyway.

The only thing I have to say is make sure you get there early as the lines are ridiculous, also getting out of the building if you had to use the elevators is the worst. (we had a stroller and ended up taking it down the stairs because the elevators became basically un-useable too many people trying to use them at once.) they should upgrade the elevators putting more than one in to keep up with the amount of people that use them. Overall my kids had a great time and there is plenty for the kids to do, we got our kids the paw passes, which came with their choice of a build a bear stuffed animal, they got a mining bag with various gems and rocks in it, they were given game credits, an ice cream, a wand and free play for our stay at the magi quest, and a cup of candy. We also got the birthday package for my daughters 13th birthday she had a blast with the balloons and loved her cake, even got to keep the door decorations.

Cleanliness left a LOT to be desired. Towels had not been switched, just left and refolded. One was full of yellow stains, another covered in hair. You can tell the difference in how a towel feels-washed vs. used. Over half of ours were very clearly used and left hanging. How disgusting. Checking in, asking questions, and checking out is extremely difficult as everything takes long and you cannot hear well nor be heard by the employees.

We had a lovely staycation, the very first room had a terrible smell and one of the bed covers was dirty, I talked to the manager and the manager was able to accommodate us to a clean room which was awesome. Thank you! Definitely recommended!

I thought the room was great and we loved sitting at the pool. However, the first day we got there we saw a bug running on the floor of our room and killed it only to find out it was a cockroach. While at the property the staff reassured us they would take care of it and we would get a refund. However, over a month later they have not refunded me anything and they are ignoring my emails. Highly unprofessional. I wouldn’t stay there again.

As soon as I arrived I knew it was not going to be a good stay. The facility overall was very outdated. The room felt muggy and had a bad smell like dampness, urine, smoke and dirty. The refrigerator had hair in it and the carpet felt damp. It was extremely noisy at night. I only ended up staying one out of the two nights I booked because it was so bad. Also, when I arrived I was charged a parking fee which came out of nowhere! I’ve been to many places in the dells and nowhere have I been charged a parking fee at a resort or hotel! Please save your hard earned money and go someplace else. This was ghetto.

Nice and clean stay despite the fact that we found some dried up gums on the walls around the kids cabin. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Water park is clean and fun with no long lines.

Overall fun for the kids . Although the shower was dirty- had the last persons long brunette hair stuck to the wall. The pool / Play area walkways were coated with smashed in food like chips and lettuce- pretty much made you want to walk with your sandals on intern pools. In the kiddie areas most of the water features cannons / squirters were broken or disconnected . Seemed like everywhere you turn they wanted to upcharge you- from the drinks to the arcades . The property in sure was beautiful when it was built but there’s some peeling paint and carpet stains that are hideous . Also $15 to park ? Um I just paid 450 for the room ( wolf den ) and 83$ in other charges . I mean the kids had fun but it ended up being about $800 for the stay with food and drink - and parking .

Love it here. Waterpark is always so much fun and it’s warm. Rooms are starting g to look a bit dated…but they are still nice and spacious. The only complaint I have is you have to pay $15 to park in an outdoor lot.

I would take my 4 year old daughter when she was older. Not a ton for little kids. Wouldn’t go anytime near spring break. It was the noisiest hotel until 1030pm I have ever stayed at.

The location was great, and the room was a little dated, but overall comfortable. They charge you $15/day to park, and guests have to wear an armband to get into your room and the water park. The armband isn't removable and terribly annoying to sleep/shower in. You can hear absolutely everything in the hallway and the floor above you.

We were in a room next to a maintenance room and a loud air compressor noise went off every half hour all night long both nights when I told the front desk they didn’t seem to care they said we were above laundry and it shouldn’t be noisy after 11 pm but it ran 24hrs every half hour

Check person was rude and not helpful. Everywhere it says that it’s a no cash and to use your arm band but did she activate this no she did not. When we went back another gal helped us to activate bands and she was very nice. Called ahead for pack and play and had to call again on arrival. Room was nice water park was ok

Stay was fine, but check-in was awful… 50 minutes in line while my kids waited in the car! It was ridiculous! Check in was at 4, we got here at 3:30 hoping our room would be ready. It took until 4:20 to get through the line. Other than that, stay was fine, but fix this issue please!!!

We stayed in this resort in 2020 and had a fantastic stay. We decided to stay here again because we liked it so well. This experience was not as good. The waterpark was great. They offer food there, but it is very pricy- even when you go in knowing you are going to be paying more than normal. There was hair in one of the beds. They are charging for parking your car in the parking lot. That was not disclosed (at least that I saw) when booking on Expedia. They charged my card upfront for the two nights we stayed there. They then turned and billed my card for the two nights individually. I called them to dispute the double charge and was on hold for 41 minutes before customer service picked up the call. They stated that they would dispute the double billing. I will not be staying in another Great Wolf Lodge. That is unfortunate because it has been my "go to" place to stay.

I had called ahead to ask if our family could have adjacent rooms and they said no problem. When we arrived, our rooms were spread all over and it took about 45 minutes to get checked in. This place has major issues and needs to review their procedures to eliminate this situation. In addition, to be charged an additional $15 for parking and not have the water park open until 10:00 am with checkout at 11:00 am is crazy. They could easily have opened an hour earlier to give guests a chance to use the facilities once more before departing. And the room rates are high enough without adding an additional parking fee.

So had an issue with checking in, paid on Expedia but when i checked in they had no record of it. Glad i remembered and was able to show that i paid. It made things longer to check in but staff was great. No issues with our room it was super nice, overall had a great time.

We had a great time and found it to be very clean, super nice staff, fun activities throughout the day for kids, well kept/clean swimming area. We saw managers doing safety checks with staff by surprise to log their response time and they all did really well. My only two issues were the ceilings/floor aren’t well insulated so you hear people running around above you (not a hotel issue, more rudeness of others) and dining options. For dinner you only have a pizza place and a restaurant but neither have tons of options. Other than that, we had a great time!

The place was great for families with small kids handy to the interstate food and activities other than the waterpark, however there are so many things that they sell that you'll wind up spending more on those things than your stay. It also cashless so before you know it you've spent a ton of $$. Also, in Expedia write up they say the price you see is the price you pay including taxes and fees not so. Had to spend an additional $101 on parking 5 days. I can see paying for parking in a garage or downtown location but not for a suburban location just a lot! I don't mind spending but there is nothing more I hate than the additional fees where they nickel and dime you. Just give me the bottom-line price for the package. If I want to spend more when I'm there that's on me

It was definitely a great time with my 1 year old child. He absolutely loved the kids activities and the place was exactly for him. If you are going to go make sure you take children because its more of a family & childrens place. Dinning areas are so close just like a few minutes walking and good shopping area an outlet mall next to it. Staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Pools are clean and water slides are fun as well. Overall, i definitely recommend bring my child again later in time.

This was my daughter and I's first stay at Great Wolf. We are happy with our stay. We chose a kid cabin room with me staying in the cabin so we could share a room without her having to listen to me snore. The beds in the kid cabin are a bit difficult to get out of easily if one chooses this option, but it can help save money over getting a couple rooms next to one another. Food options were awesome. The bedding could have been a bit cleaner. Unfortunately my daughter didn't have the energy to explore the Waterpark but we plan on doing that the next time around. Great activities for kids!

I stayed at kalahari last time but was disappointed by the cleanliness so decided to try great wolf this time , first the check in took so much time. There was a long line so had to wait half an hour to check in. The rooms were nice , spacious and clean. But the downside is the indoor pool was small as compared to Kalahari , the breakfast was bad , and $15/day for parking is just insane. I won’t be staying here again. My suggestion would be , stay at kalahari for better Indoor pool, free parking and better breakfast.

Be prepared to pay to park. It’s $15 a night. We stayed in the cozy room with a couple of bunk beds for kids. My child found numerous things left behind in the bed from a previous person. The carpet had stains and the pull out bed was broken. The queen bed sunk in the middle. The restaurant the lodge wasn’t good. We paid 20% gratuities for mediocre service. The steak I received was half raw half medium. It wasn’t busy either. The pool closes at 8. The water was luke warm. You can only use the pool towels in that area or you will be charged $15 per towel. The kids and I were freezing walking back to our room. The activities were nice but very short. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again.
