Stayed 3 nights

The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greeted us with a smile. Upon arrival we were told where to park by an entrance close to our room which was very convenient. It was also plenty parking space available. The location of the hotel was no more than a 5 to 8 min drive to almost everything we attended. The free breakfast was very good! There was a nice variety of food, everything was fresh and tasty. The room was very clean, comfortable. Everything was neat and in order when we arrived, which made our stay very pleasant and relaxing. The pool area was clean, neat, and well-maintained. It was a simple and peaceful space where we could relax and enjoy the pool. Everything was kept in good condition and the area felt comfortable and inviting. My husband and I enjoyed our 12th year anniversary stay at this hotel for sure.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with 2 kids, but I would not stay here again. There was not a single working ice machine (one on each floor and they were all broken). There were malfunctioning fire alarms that initially went off 3 times while we were at the pool on our first day. Then they went off 5 times in one night. My kids were terrified. Our door also stuck badly and made an awful noise when opened and closed. The shower made a loud ringing noise when turned on. Something I did not realize when I booked (and was not depicted in photos) is that the sink and counter are not inside the bathroom. They are out in the main part of the hotel room. This is such a downside when traveling with kids. The breakfast was satisfactory. The pools and waterslides were great for the kids (the only positive).

Check-in was fast, quick, and efficient. Breakfast was mediocre. It was made fresh every day. Not as many options as last year. The outdoor pool was clean and maintained. The indoor pool needs some cleanup, at least cleaned every night from the littles and possible floating dirt and things. Overall, the pools were fine. We liked that they had 4 pools for the kids to choose from and play. They also have a hot tub for the adults if needed. This year we were assigned to the second floor. Unfortunately, we had very noisy neighbors above check in. The floor between floors is not insulated; you will hear bumping and thumping. It is not very relaxing if you come for a (woo saaah) moment. The room was not clean, such as in the tub and sink. I cleaned the sink, counter, bathroom floor, and tub with the products I brought. There was a stain on the carpet. Last year's stay it was a stain by one of the beds. So I used Microban on the carpet and comforters. I had to get a new comforter because mine had a stain. Staff came and brought a new one. I used Clorox antibacterial wipes on the handles, light switches, headboard, and remote. 2/3 nights the fire alarm went off in the middle of early morning 12-2 am due to steam from the pool, was what we were told. So this family will not be booking with them anymore. We will pay extra for a resort or premium hotel. I think it will be worth it for peace of mind and a RELAXING stay. We only take 1 vacation a year, and this was terrible for us.

Stayed 4 nights

This was my families 2nd trip to the dells in 3 years. This hotel was very conveniently located close to the many things to do in the dells yet far enough away that it was not right in the middle of the tourist attractions. The hotel was clean and nice. The pool was phenomenal. It has a very larger indoor pool with slide and smaller kids pool with castle. On top of that it has a very large outdoor pool with waterfall and water slide and a kids pool with a dragon. It was much cheaper than the water park hotels and much less busy and still allowed us to get to do all the fun things that the dells has to offer. My kids had a lot of fun swimming each day. The breakfast was also delicious with many different options and things were well stocked and would be replenished when they got low. I bookmarked this hotel for our next visit to the dells as this experience was better than the first experience of staying at one of the larger resort/waterpark hotels 3 years prior.
