Great they had the flexibility to have the outdoor pool open! Nice layout in lobby fir breakfast.

Nice clean hotel. Phone in room didn’t work and the hotel only has one elevator.

Everything was fine….pool water was very cold and hot tub was not very warm.

The pool area was amazing. There is an outdoor and indoor pool which is great. It wasn’t too cold and everyone seemed to be very respectful of everyone’s space. The first room we had there was a stain on the mattress and a dirty rag behind the bathroom door. When we brought it to the staffs attention they gave us a different room and apologized. Check in was smooth and there was definitely enough parking. We had breakfast in the morning and it seemed they had a little trouble keeping up with how busy it was but had a nice variety. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the dells!

The indoor pools, slide & hot tub were perfect for a less chaotic indoor Waterpark experience over Spring Break. We ended up paying for day passes 1 day at Mt Olympus and only ended up staying there a couple hours because it was way too crowded and not enjoyable. My 6 & 8 year old nieces honestly had more fun at the Holiday Inn Express. Good location. Free hot breakfast was very good. The room was nice except some wear showing in the bathroom along the floor tiles and shower staining in Room 124 but honestly overall, we were very happy with our stay, price point and facilities.we would definitely stay here again!

The indoor pools with waterslides was a super hit with my kids. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. The fitness center has several machines and free weights. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The hotel feels very safe with all doors always locked. The breakfast had a good amount of choices. Overall a really nice place for families.

Good clean room. Asked several times for bath sink to be fixed as it was draining slowly, not fixed during 2 night stay. Carpet in room filthy and stained. Asked about stains and was told owners know but won't replace. Overall nice place, great pool and pancake machine.

Front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was quite good with lots of options and plenty of seating. The pools were good and our kids had lots of fun (ages 9 and 11). They maybe were on the older end of the age range to enjoy these pool features but still had fun. We were on the top floor and near the stairwell with a heavy door but it ended up being very quiet! I was surprised how quiet it was in fact. The only down side was the upkeep of the rooms and hallways. Our room did not look like a vacuum had run through it at all and there were lots of carpet stains and a few sticky spots. The tub was very clean but again, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped. The toilet wasn't secured properly and felt like it was going to tip. Hallways weren't cleaned well either. All in all, it was a fine stay but I'm not sure we would be back.

We were drawn to this location due to many positive reviews, many mention being clean, and also not having pets allowed. Having a clean place is important to us, and the pets things helps as some of us have allergies. So we were drawn to that. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was our main source of disappointment. In our first room, there were bits of food along the bed, dirt and hair by the fridge, suggesting the room hadn't even been vacuumed. Then remnants of "stuff" in the toilet showed that it must not have been cleaned either, and led us to ask for another room. The second room appeared in better shape overall. But as we got our kids in bed, pulled back the sheets, found dirt and hair down by the feet suggesting that bedding hadn't been all washed. Super frustrated at this point, but all were exhausted. We asked for a new set of sheets to change it ourselves and just dealt with it. The other bed was ok. Along the same lines for the place as a whole, we often took the stairs and there was junk on nearly every step that wasn't ever cleaned over our two nights. All windows had dirt along them so hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned either. Their best attribute was that the staff I dealt with was very kind...front desk both shifts, and the guy brining towels and replacement sheets, were also kind. So well done on the people front, we appreciated that. But please someone train the cleaning crew! Also the good deal on Noah's Ark tickets was a plus.

The carpet in rooms very dirty and the room smelled really bad.

When we checked in, the room they gave us, smelt like body odor. So they gave us a different room, and it had cookie crumbs on the counter.. When we left for the day, I told the housekeeper to change sheets and towels. We didn't have toilet paper and the rim under the toilet was black. Filthy. I told the front desk where we checked out.

Nice and clean

I booked the room on Expedia. A king sized bed with pull out couch. When we got to the hotel, they only had a room with 2 queens. Our room was dirty. Nail clippings (fingernail or toenail) on the floor between the beds, so obviously no vacuuming! Yuck!! The breakfast was good but the whole area was filthy. Hated to sit down! Management needs to step up and get after their cleaning staff!

A decent hotel. The room itself was fine. What was not fine is that the hotel seems built as a wooden structure and not concrete. Could hear every step from the people staying above us - imagine being in an old home with someone walking in the attic above you. If you are going to stay I would highly recommend top floor to avoid this. The morning breakfast is simply awesome. Good hot and cold selections, and plenty to choose from,

My bf and I stayed here for a 3 day weekend trip. We didn't want to stay at a resort but still wanted the hot tub/pool. This place was clean, quiet, and convenient. Just a few minutes away from the "strip" and right across the street fast food restaurants, knuckleheads & outlet mall. Bed was comfortable and I have a bad back so I can tell after the 1st night if it's good or not and this bed did not hurt my back one bit! Everyone that we interacted with was nice. The only down falls were minor things like the microwave in our room didn't work & they only had 1 roll of toilet paper in the room. Other than that, it was great! Would recommend for sure!

The hotel is very noisy, our room was by the pool and the main entrance, it made it very hard to sleep. Seemed like it was clean and staff were nice. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning.

We stayed on the first floor. The room above us was so loud and the cieling was shaking from the continuous commotion above. No one got any sleep.

Check in was very bad. I tried to check early at around 2pm but the front desk clerk told me to come back at 4pm bec our room was not ready yet. That time, I filled up the paper works so that it will be easier when I return at 4pm. I went back at 4pm and found out that we don’t have room available for us. The room I payed in advance was given to another customer. They offered me a downgraded room which gave us no choice but to take it, since we were tired from a long drive and needed to rest badly (payed the same amount). I’m very disappointed …they treated Expedia clients very poorly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast crew was amazing, they kept a close eye on the food so they could refill as needed, and the food was fantastic. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

I liked the friendly service. Mataeus the front desk person was very accommodating and pleasant. That's your first impression of anywhere you stay and that was a 10! The good ratings continued for cleanliness in the rooms,pool areas and breakfast area. You couldn't have asked for more choices at the breakfast including fresh coffee from ground beans! We had a really nice stay.

It was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, nice pool, great breakfast service and close to things to do for kids. It is right across from Knuckleheads, restaurants, outlet mall, etc.

Front desk mateus was superb. Friendly efficient.only issue is toliet in 210 drips. Pool was really nice. Plenty if towels good hot tub. Best breakfast ever!!! Fresh ground coffee and everything else imaginable.Healthy options and lots of goodies too.

Breakfast was great

We were there for 4 nights, every day for breakfast there was an item less. By the end of the stay they were out of all juice, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bananas (for 2days).

Friendly staff they attend to you right away if you need something. Breakfast was amazing so many options. Rooms were very clean. We had a great stay! Pools were awesome!

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The pool area was a blast for our toddler. The room towels and toilet paper were awful quality. The bed wasn’t the greatest. The breakfast area was not equipped to handle a full hotel on a holiday weekend. There was no where to sit either day we were there and they ran out of food both times. Other hotel visitors were also very rude. For this reason we will not be back.

We stopped here for a night while traveling through the area. Unfortunately it wasnt a great experience. Our check in was wonderful. The room was okay but when we pulled out the sofa there was change and dirt and it was messy. The mattress cover had holes in it and was stained. The next morning we needed to head out by 7 am. We went down to the breakfast at 6:40 to find about 10 people waiting and nothing out for breakfast. We waited about 5 minutes and then needed to head out. We had to go purchase breakfast somewhere else which was not what we expected.

Breakfast daily was great especially if you have kids / family. Convenient location, and clean amenities. Would definitely recommend them, and I will be staying again next time I’m in the area.
