We had a nice stay at Hampton Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good, fresh and a welcome amenity. The pool was quite small and mostly just for young kids. The hotel is just a short drive to everything we wanted to do in Wisconsin Dells.

Very clean property. Excellent and filling breakfast. Very disppointed in the pool which is strictly for kids. The deepest part of the pool was barely 3 feet.

There is no inside restaurant, breakfast was included but it was super crowded , no seating , the area is so mall that we decide to have breakfast outside the hotel and rather pay for it. Hotel was clean.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and our friends needed it. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern it was. Had a great time with our friends, they accommodated our request for rooms next to eachother, quick check in, kids had funn at the inside pool, breakfast was ok. Right across the street from the outlet mall, close to Kalahari and 20 minutes from Devils Lake State Park which was our destination for the weekend. Recommend 👍

Beds are uncomfortable. Rooms are tiny. No microwave. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. They closed the pool “for cleaning “ at 8 pm on a SATURDAY NIGHT with no communication to guests and the woman working during that time was so rude, she made my 6 year old cry from her nasty attitude and tone of voice. Horrible.

We got the king suite and it was a nice big space. It was perfect that it wasn’t right downtown, but just a short drive to get to the parks and shopping. The pool is small and designed for children, but it was clean. Overall experience was positive and will use this hotel for the next trip do the Dells.

After entering the room I noticed the bedding had several stains. Also the pool was very small and ice cold. It was more equivalent to a cold plunge bath than a swimming pool unfortunately.

The room seemed clean but then we found a used bath towel in the bathroom before we used it. The fridge didnt seem to cool very quickly. The breakfast dining room wasnt very clean, the carpet had debris in it that was not just from breakfast. The pool area seemed clean but is only deep enough for young children. Our room was quiet and the exterior of the building seemed clean. The breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Our room was very clean. My only issue was with the bathroom. The sliding door wouldn’t stay closed and there were no plugs to plug in a hairdryer…unless I’m blind and I completely missed it, which is possible lol. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Newer property but the beds weren’t that comfortable. Both Queen beds in my room seemed to have a groove worn into them that made it felt like a hump was in the middle of the bed. I think the majority of guests sleep closer to the night stand side of the bed causing uneven wear on the mattresses. I stay in a lot of hotels and don’t usually see this kind of wear in a newer property. Might be a cheaper brand of mattress, I’m not sure. My TV would somehow come on with the wrong input and I couldn’t get programming unless I unplugged the HDMI cord and manually switched the input. Aside from these oddities this is a newer well maintained hotel convenient to the highway and attractions in the Dells.

Honestly, I had higher expectations for this based on the other reviews. We arrived after a reasonably long driver through the snow to find uncomfortable beds, a room that smelled like vomit to me, that was a bit outdated. The staff did not walk the halls or enforce quite hours so we were awake well past midnight (son included) as jumping and what not was happening on the floors above.

There was a tornado wRning as we were checking in. The manager offered an inside conference room to wait out the storm, since we weren't in our room yet. It was above and beyond for service.

I found the hotel to be very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very nice. I'd like to add that when I had car trouble, Jason at the front desk went out of his way to call a locksmith for me. Excellent service! Thank you Jason!

Super clean, great staff, yummy breakfast! We were in Rm 126 (the closest room to the lobby area) - we did hear the music in the lobby playing all night but it didn’t really keep us from sleeping at all. We enjoyed this hotel and would totally stay here again!

This hotel was clean, beds were comfy, and lots of options for breakfast. The shower was hot, had consistent pressure and the bath towels were soft (for hotel towels). My only complaints were that the pillows were a bit flat and the pool was cold, but overall a great place to stay!

Visited Dells and enjoyed our stay here. Front desk staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Coffee and tea always available in lobby. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Convenient location to everything in Dells. Would definitely recommend.

This was by far one of the nicest properties I have recently visited. The staff was very accommodating and answered all my questions. The Breakfast could have had a few more menu options such as English Muffins, bacon, etc. Only 1 egg option, which was scrambled. I like raisin toast and it looked like they only had white and wheat bread. I didn't see anyone checking the area to see if any more food needed to be brought out.
