This is a budget hotel, and a very good deal for that. The pool area is clean and had a hot tub in good repair (would have been nice to have some towels there); the rooms were spotless and the beds comfortable. No complaints! Would stay again.

Keeping pool and jacuzzi open till 3am would be great. Towels in pool area or near by closer to pool room. Rooms could feel more comfy and outlets could be higher.

A good place to stay if in the Dells and need someplace to lay your head after a long day out exploring the area! Check in was fast and friendly! We were in a room on the 3rd floor which was quiet, clean and updated. Pool/hot tub were perfect for our needs, but must have been chlorinating on our second day. Hot tub was closed which was a bummer, but were able to use the pool. Check out was fast and friendly as well! Thank you Motel 6!

Hotel was a great value, for the price. Front desk lady was very nice. Room was clean & very acceptable. Pool was nice, although the lights were off when we entered. They said the timer was broken & was on order. Just needed to be turned on manually, by the employee.

We got to our room and there was ants completely covering the floor, they did give us another room that one had chewed pieces of gum on the floor. Very dirty.

Incredibly disappointed. Booked for 2 nights and upon walking into the bathroom, there was a used wash cloth hanging in the shower. Hair in the tub and hanging from the shower handle. Wooden headboard was very clearly not wiped down and had disgusting looking stains. I asked for a new room and was told they could move me but it wouldn’t be as nice of a room as I was in since this one was remodeled. I then asked to just clean it myself. At that point, they sent a very nice man to come clean and he did a great job. The floor we stayed on had a nasty smell. Would not recommend.

This is the best motel 6 I have ever stayed at. I have stayed at more expensive hotels that where not as clean and updated as here. The room was clean, bed comfortable, shower updated. Area quiet and clean, employees friendly and helpful.

Great place, but if you have back or neck problems this is not the place for you. Pillows are not great. Very flat. Mattress has no real cushion at all. However the stay was great and worth the cost. I’d stay again but bring my own pillows.

Clean and convenient location. I don’t usually stay at 2 star hotels, but they do it better than most 3 star hotels out there! Nicely maintained. Friendly staff; from the ladies I talked to on the phone, to maintenance. Room is small, but all I expected/needed- and comfortable place to sleep. My key didn’t work at first - but that’s just what happens with electronic keys at first! I got swift assistance with getting a key that worked. I had a room closest to the elevator on top floor and it was still really quiet and cozy. Bathroom features were newer and nice mini fridge. Don’t expect toiletries or coffee in room, but I don’t care for these! I believe you can ask for some basic items from front desk (if need blow dryer, shampoo etc). Only 2 pillows for a bed (to keep in mind). Still Superb quality for 2 star :) (actually stayed 2 nights instead of one as I originally planned)!

It's an older hotel that needs updating and repairs. The TV didn't seem to work on any channel and the screen and sound kept freezing and was mostly pixilated. in our room the tub and shower was crammed in on and angle and you had to stand aside from the shower head or you were almost outside the tub itself. AC/Heating unit was old and noisy. Our window had chipped pain and plaster as well. I don't think I would stay there again.

It was clean and affordable and quiet but the beds are full of springs and about 10" thick so it hurts the back and made sleeping impossible. My family and I paid for two nights but checked out after just one because the beds were hard as a concrete slab. Of course no refund for the trouble. If you like sleeping on a rock-like super hard bed then this is the place for you. My family and I could barely walk the next day due to the back pain. Sucked!!!!

Great cheap hotel. We stayed here for two nights to visit family in the area and wanted to be close to the Casino. The beds were comfortable, and room was clean. Very basic amenities like just soap in the bathroom. Shampoo is available at the front desk though. The Wifi worked great for streaming on phone. We were too busy and never enjoyed the pool or whirlpool. We would stay here again.

It was an overnight on a longer trip. Reception seldomly had anyone available, I had to fetch my own pool towels behind reception because there was no one there and I could not wait any longer. The restroom in reception was very dirty, like it has not been cleaned in days.

When we checked in the lady in front was rude. After i made my reservation i call the hotel to ask if we can have a room on the 1st floor. Needless to say we did not get a room on the first floor after i had asked for one and the guy i talked to on phone told me i would have a first floor. When i asked her about it she rolled her eyes and looked at me and said no. Im putting you on the 3rd floor. The room smell like really bad body odor when we ealked in and there was hair in the tube. I dont think i will be staying at any motel 6 ever again.

Exactly what we needed for a really affordable price! We were hoping for early check in but were told no rooms were available and to come back at 3:00. At 3:15 we were still told no rooms but then the front desk clerk found one and said we were lucky. It would have been really inconvenient if we would have been turned away again so I’m glad it was sorted out. Room was small but like I said, had everything and was the cheapest room in the area!

Absolutely horrible experience with this hotel! I have stayed here multiple times over the past 2 years. I will never book a stay here, or any Motel 6 again! The staff is extremely rude. I made a mistake while booking. When I called to change the dates less than 30 minutes later, I was told that I could not change, nor could I get a refund. I will take my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service!

Clean towels upon request as well as housekeeping. I requested both, two days in a row and no one came over to do either. Very dissatisfied. I will not recommend it.

This is one of the cheapest options with an indoor pool in the Dells, but you do get what you pay for. Very limited amenities to cut costs. If you want a new towel, you need to turn in your dirty towel. If you want a pool towel, you need to ask for one, as they are not available in the pool area. If you want a tiny packet of shampoo, you need to ask for it. Basic coffee is available during the small window in the morning. Our view out the window was of a trailer park. I did find the front desk staff responsive. Bed was ok. Plugs were very limited in the rooms.

This was a fabulous stay for the price. It provided very clean accommodations. Luxuries such as shampoo were available upon request. The location is about a 15 min drive from restaurants and some attractions, super convenient. Area was right off the highway, east to see and find, and the area seemed quiet. Liked the experience enough, we booked here again on our way back through town.

It was clean and staff was friendly, there was a couple of issues...first is no coffee pot in the room. I dont want to walk from the 3rd floor to the front desk to get a hot cup of coffee then walk back to my 3rd floor room. Ice maker was also broke on the 3rd floor.

I booked the room on Expedia but reached out to the hotel to ask for an early check in and to go over other small matters. While talking to the Hotel 6 employee I mentioned that our small party was going to be in town to go to the Great Wolf Lodge nearby. I mentioned I’d be bringing my doggo and the employee mentioned that the hotel didn’t charge a pet fee and had poop bags available by where we were allowed to take our pets to the restroom. What they didn’t mention was that my doggo wouldn’t be able to stay in the room while we went to GWL. Had they mentioned that, I’d have made other accommodations. Instead, I wasted hundreds of dollars on non-refundable tickets to a water park that we didn’t get to use. Also worth knowing before you check in: coffee is only available in the lobby from 6-10am and every light switch in our room was disgust dirty. Thankfully I travel with wipes so I cleaned them shortly after checking in.

The room was dirty, floors were dusty and had hair all over. Walls had nicks and dings in it. No coffee machine in the room. Tv was tiny. They gave shampoo and conditioner upon request in tiny packets. The swimming pool was cloudy looking. Side doors didnt need card to enter, how safe is that? No breakfast, which we knew ahead of time but if im paying that much and the room looks like that, what am I paying for? The only good part is we didnt see bugs or wake up with bites.When our uber driver dropped us off she said druggies stay here. The staff was nice but I wont ever stay again. We paid 120$ for a 60$ room.

I like that it is please pet friendly. Bathroom was better than most places. Beds are kind of small compared to most places, but it was OK. There’s no place to sit outside to wait for your cab. During the day we wanted to use the chairs we were told no they are the owners we look forward to coffee in the morning, no coffee maker would work. The price is good for the money and pet friendly that’s why we chose this place.
