Basic room, toilet paper had clearly been saturated with something and left to dry and be reused, gross! One of two elevators broke. And couldn’t shut blinds so had to see lights from parking lot all night.

Our room was clean & comfortable. Our favorite part was coffee was available 24/7. The people at the front desk were very friendly & welcoming. The breakfast lady was extra special - she kept it spotless & the food fresh. She was so nice - she really made our visit.

The rooms had a very musty, moldy smell. We figured out that it was most likely due to the fact that the bathrooms did NOT have exhaust fans to pull moisture out so the dampness caused a bad odor in the carpets. I would think that exhaust fans are mandatory requirements by the health department. if mold spores are present that is very unsafe. ? The elevator and halls were in need of repairs and upkeep. The website states "pet friendly" but puts the $75 NONREFUNDABLE fee in very small print so it is not realized until after reservations are made. Perhaps there should be a dropdown menu added for pets within the # of rooms/guest registration page. The location is good, close to interstate access, mall and restaurants. The breakfast was average, items were not refilled as frequently as needed.

We visit the area a lot and had stayed at another hotel every time. Now that we have stayed here we will not stay anywhere else. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the rooms, lobby and commons areas are very clean.

Rings from drinks on night tables. A big stain on sitting couch, mold on shower tray in the shower, refrigerator made a noise, room didnt look cleaned i cleaned it be unpacking...we ran out of shower gel guest services brought us a bottle immediately ...we have stayed here many times first time disappointed ....we did like the text messages on availability of stay need anything we felt the room had a lot of wear and needed a update, also the bed was not level and there was a stain on the comforter ...at the price we oaid we expected better quality ....disappointed...we were in town for a family member declining health, we didnt have it in us to complain or be moved to another room ....

Front desk and reservations great. Inside was old but clean. Ice maker out of service on 4th floor. Bed was lumpy. Right side was worn. So I slept sideways. Bathrooms very clean Hotel floor needs updated. Breakfast was all sugar options. More health options needed. Coffee was good.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. We were most impressed with the front desk staff. They are so knowledgeable about the local area and were able to help us with all of our needs. I have stayed at this location multiple times over the past years. The breakfast is good and the property is well kept ans next to a Cracker Barrel. The employees are the same ones over time, but I especially like Brianna. Very good at front desk.

They suggested insurance for reservation. The rate was twice as much as motels of similar amenities. There was no sign on street- had to search behind businesses to find property. They refused to give me a paper receipt.

Hotel is right on the edge of showing it obvious age but as always Hamptons are clean ! Breakfast was disappointing and the staff was less than enthusiastic about restocking anything. To their credit there was a pack of kids in a travel ball team that destroyed the area and wasted a lot of food. Overall everything was fine.

Property was ok. Bed was comfortable but overall feeling was dirty. Chair at desk and sofa chair in room was stained up. Looked like a wet dog has been laying on it for a couple months. Newer carpet but floor felt dirty too. Check in guy Cullen at front desk said maybe 10 words total. Check out Rick guy was nice. The Breakfast was good but waffle maker didn't count time and saysage gravy was cold.

This was a nice room for a one night stay as we were passing through. We arrived at almost 9 pm and walked to the gas station near the hotel and it felt a little sketchy but the hotel property itself felt quite safe.

This was a great property located in a mall area off the interstate so lots of food options. I chose this location because of its central location between Nitro, Milton & Huntington. I was concerned about noise since we were on the 2nd floor above the entrance but I didn’t hear anything even as people were leaving the next morning.

Easy highway access, some local shopping (mall) and restaurants nearby. Oddly located behind a gas station and some stores, Cracker Barrel right nextdoor. Lots of construction crews stay here, so early breakfast is quite busy.

Property is clean enough but could use some sprucing up. Shower had black on the caulking. Room smelled of smoke which we reported to front desk. Do love the amenities in room i.e. shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers. We went to breakfast at 8:20 and they were out of omelets there was very little potatoes and sausage left as well. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

The room was well lit and the breakfast which included western omelettes was fantastic! The fact that a “travel bag” of a fruit, bagel and bottle of water was the icing on the cake!
