This property advertises a high speed wifi connection which is not at all what it offers. We asked the front desk to fix it, even showing her a speed test with the advertisement and she said she could not do anything about it. There was a dog barking non stop in our hallway and she did try to contact the owner, but could not reach them. Really, unhapoy about the false advertising.

Property is under renovation but is in sad shape. In a very industrial area. Needs to be closed down and completely renovated or rebuilt. There are three better hotels within two blocks. I would have gone somewhere else but it was beyond the cancellation time and we were only staying for one night.

There was no breakfast, at all, as advertised. Morning coffee was cold. No employee at the front desk in the morning. The air, outside the motel, stunk of asphalt from the nearby railroad tracks. The parking area was full of potholes. I would not stay there again.

The staff are very pleasant. The hotel is under renovation so there is a lot of plaster debris tracked around. The room was comfortable. AC/heating unit looked like it was on its last legs but it worked. Facility is conveniently located. Breakfast was adequate...waffle maker, cereals, fruit cups, granola bars, juice. No security locks on the door, lime scale build up in tub and on fixtures. Given that they are working on this stuff, it will look better in a year or so. Price was right for a 2 night stay.

The rooms lites did not work. Only the bathroom and the one by the door. Th building has very steep stairs to the second floor and the carpet was torn.wouls not recomend it

Poor breakfast. Really not worth even going to. General run down look of the property. Terrible TV; not cable, only antenna; only got 3 channels which appeared to be all religious. But staff was friendly, good location. Good price, but you get what you pay for. Will not be back.

All I can say is this place needs to be condemned. No secondary deadbolt or safety chain on the door. Two wires hanging down from the ceiling where the smoke detector should be. Black gunk in the bathtub tile and shower head I assume is mold. Outside door has no card reader it’s just open all the time. I found another place to stay it wasn’t safe.

After checking in we found our room was very dirty and one bed was stripped with a pile of bedding on the desk. The bathroom was not cleaned nor were the towels replaced. There were no other rooms available in town, so we found clean sheets and towels and stayed. However, breakfast was not available the next morning either. Our worst stay ever!

Unfortunately, this hotel is well past its prime with black mold around the window, shower walls that have not seen a cleaning in quite some time, an encrusted shower head that needed to be washed prior to using and non-working air-conditioner. The room smelled of cleaning products and mildew. While the person at check in was polite, he had little information to offer as he was from another hotel and was serving as a replacement for someone on vacation. There were no redeeming features. Not certain why this hotel is on the Expedia site.

Room was very quiet due to the cinder block walls and had updated furnishings in our room. The sink was in the bedroom area and was outdated as was the tub and tiles in the enclosed bathroom. We walked to McDonald's well after dark and felt safe doing so and had no concerns about our vehicle in the parking lot. For the price you have to expect some issues. The interior hallways could use new carpet and the building overall feels outdated. We arrived at breakfast about 30 mins before it closed and there was no pancake batter left or milk for cereal with one in sight to ask if it would be restocked. Had toast, yogurt and orange juice. I would stay at this location again but definitely go down for breakfast earlier.

Our room AC was out so they moved us to another room right away. The breakfast was good for this type of motel. Sink needs to be in the bathroom instead of across the entryway. Toilet seat has no lid to sit down when you get dressed.

They have last minute booking on but they dont have an employee between 10pm and 7am so you cant even check in And they set it to not refundable so you cant even cancel once you find out Ive been told this isnt the first time this has happened. 0/10 recommend Also it smells nasty in there

In all honesty, I gave all perfect scores because the young man working on 7/25/2025 was fast, respectful and caring when it came to getting my little girls into a room. He went and double checked the room before getting us keys to ensure it was ready for them to go lay down. He moved fast and efficient. Will return as long as he continues to be an employee for this establishment!

Didn’t like much, main issues were they double charged us! Expedia took my card when I booked, but when we got there she said we owed yet, my husband gave her his card and she charged the room again! I noticed that evening and contacted Expedia because there was no one around the desk. The next morning the same lady that checked us in was 1/2 hour late. There was no one again at the front desk when we checked out. When she finally showed up she was extremely rude and argued with us. She showed us the receipt from expedia( which she said didn’t pay the night before) I pulled out the receipt from the charge on my husbands acct that she had given us when we checked in. All she could say was “ I’ll see what I can do.” She was very snotty about it and basically said we didn’t get charge twice but I had the receipt. We think because she was so upset that we spotted it so soon that she was skimming off the hotel and got caught. Don’t stay here at all, lots of long term renters and lots of vagrants outside on the property! Rooms were old and not very clean, sheets were clean at least! Breakfast was a joke! Stay far away from here unless they redo all the rooms and get rid of the riff- raff( including that day clerk!)

Room smells like 40 years of smoke, I left for lunch and my room key won’t let me back in my room and nobody is here working the desk. Just a sign that says “Back at 3pm” It’s 4:30 and nobody is here. Phone is ringing, I rang the bell on the desk and a few people have come to try and check in but nobody is here.

This is the strangest motel. We are a group of guys who attend an annual shooting event in Rawlins every July. We booked five rooms last year because it was inexpensive. Since we didn't need anything except for a shower and a bed, we had no issue with the fact that the front desk is non-existent the majority of the day, nor the fact that they do not answer their phone. Our group booked six rooms this year via Expedia several weeks prior to this year's event. Halfway into our three our drive from our home to Rawlins, a hotel representative called my cell to inform me that they were extremely overbooked and could not honor any of our six reservations. This begs the question, does this place have a manager? Also, what would happen in the event of an emergency? Fortunately, we found a much nicer place to stay for just a little more money. With that, stay here if you want to, but be forewarned that this is one strange place.

If you’re interested in great value and accepting that good prices come with little ‘frills’ this little place is a fit. The staff (manager I assume) went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating- in my book that counts more than fancy experiences. Great!

The Inn is an old building in an industrial area. It’s a bit unsightly and needs updating. However, the room and linens were clean; the mattress comfy. It was quiet and the internet worked great. These are the 5 most important issues for me as a business traveler.

This is a nice place and a good value. Since I’m still here and it’s only 9:30 pm I don’t know how quiet it will be.. there is a railroad track out back! They claim there will be a be a breakfast with waffles, we’ll see!

Booked the cheapest room just to stay the night and be on my way in the morning. The hotel was incredibly quiet despite being so close to the train tracks thanks to the cinder block walls.
