Very nice hotel. Nice restaurant and bar inside. But I didn't realize that their Airport Shuttle DOESN'T RUN from 10 AM to 5:30 PM. So only runs a little in the morning and a little in the evening. So it cost me 20 Euros to get from the airport to the hotel, even though it's only 3 Km away

This was advertised as breakfast included. It wasn’t. It was 25€ per person. When we checked in the attendant stayed at his desk and never offered help or acknowledgment. When we checked out the attendant was wonderful, and kind-helped us to find the shuttle schedule and was very pleasant. The restaurant was lovely, clean, well decorated. The room was very nice, however to AC unit made a high pitched squeal when it was running and it was not conducive to a restful environment.

The hotel is good for a hotel close to the airport. We have a situation about smell in our room and contacted Front Desk. They change our room to another floor and Hermes from the FD offer to us the dinner of that night complementary. That was a really nice gesture. The hotel is nice and have free transfer to the airport what is a good option for the clients.

Dies mal waren wir im Zimmer 507 nicht zufrieden , weil die Klima ständig Geräusche gemacht hat . Diese Erfahrung hatten wir beim letzt Besuch dort nicht gehabt . Trotz wir das dem Personal Service gesagt haben , wurde nichts unternommen . Wegen des Geräusch war es unmöglich zu schlafen schade . Unser Kind fühlt sich auch extrem gestört von und konnte auch nicht wirklich in Ruhe durch Schlafen .

Sehr sauber und schön renoviert. Geräumige Zimmer und angenehm eingerichtet. Empfang sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe, unfreundliche Bedienung, sehr lange Wartezeit auf das Essen, angenervtes Personal. Darum insgesamt einen Stern weniger.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel restaurant served excellent meals but the menu was very limited considering we were there for 14 days. The building is old but the recent renovation of the interior reveals a very modern hotel. The staff was excellent and attended to all of our needs. The hotel is close to the train station which is very nice but the walk from the train station is uphill to the hotel. We will stay there again when in Belgium.
