I spent my first night at PentaHotel Belgium. It was a pretty nice hotel actually. Comfy beds, quiet. Rooms are smaller but has 2 twin beds. Nice bathroom. Nice decor. I was overall impressed with this hotel. Great bar, great drinks, I met and talked to many interesting people at the bar. Would stay there again.

Nette kamer, niet al te groot. Schone badkamer. Echter een slecht bed met kuil en beweegt als een waterbed. Als de een draait hoppelt de ander mee. Airco is niet zelf in te stellen. Duurde lang voor het koel was. Ligt op 8 minuten van P3 Zaventem (daarom ook geboekt). Buiten het hotel komrn taxichauffeurs bij bijelkaar. Het is er druk en onoverzichtelijk. Parkeren kost 18.00 voor 1 nacht.

Hotel cercano al aeropuerto. Buen gimnasio comparado con los hoteles de la zona, y posibilidad de cenar pizza a cualquier hora. Así que para una noche o estás de tránsito el hotel está bien. No tiene transfer al aeropuerto, pero un bus de línea te lleva en 15 minutos.

Old and tired hotel, in need of refurbishment. No shuttle from the airport, which makes the transport complicated... 1.5 km from the nearest bus station (by night, the path it seems being in the middle of nowhere) and 700 m from the train station. The shuttle dissapeared during the pandemic and the hotel never bothered to reintroduce it. An Uber/ Bolt from the airport cost 20 - 25 euros. The 4 stars are 3 and look like 2. The TV in the room has only a few channels available, a menu that will take you a while to understand and it takes its time to respond to the commands... if it ever responds. If you have a car, they will charge you 18 euros/ day. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and good breakfast.

Bon séjour. Plusieurs services gratuits (billard, dans ce sport). Même si on les a pas utilisé, c'est appréciable. Je regrette l'absence de bouilloir + dosettes de thé/café dans la chambre, dans ce type de standing, ça devrait être la base. Le lieu est très très mal indiqué sur Google maps par contre, attention. Goedd bedden in zeer kleine kamer. Inchecken moet je zelf doen terwijl het personeel toekijkt... Parkeren was 19 euro per nacht. Vind ik erg veel. In de omgeving staan veel taxis chauffeurs te pauzeren. Televisie werkte niet en had een reset nodig van iemand die met vakantie was.... Dicht bij de luchthaven is het grote voordeel. Geen waterkoker/koffieapparaat op de kamer.

Disgusting property. The toilet in my room hardly been cleaned and was absolutely disgusting. With a foul smell. Switched to another room wasn’t much better. The carpets are all stained. The comforter had blood stains on it. Horrible.

Staff is great. Price was very nice too compared with other hotels downtown. The carpet in the hall was very dirty and the room’s walls and items were also dirty. No soap in the shower. The remote control worked 1/2 the time and took several tries to turn on/off or adjust channels. We also ordered king size bed but the bed came with two small blankets which was very inconvenient for a couple.

Our room was very dirty, the non lobby areas were very shabby with trash and gross carpet, and there were a lot of issues with the bathroom. The floor was wet when we got there, the hair dryer didn’t work, the shower was small and slanted so everything fell off the rack, etc. Since there was no phone in the hotel room I tried to go to the desk but every time there was a huge line of people checking in, so there was no way for me to get help unless I stood there in my pajamas with wet hair. The rooms were also very tiny and they only gave you one pillow per person. I would not recommend this place

Spend the but extra and stay literally anywhere else. To start off, we did use an Expedia deal and some Expedia points on this booking so perhaps that could explain part of our experience. The room was a disaster. In terms of cleanliness there was none - half of the towels were dirty, there was garbage along a ledge in the room from a past guest, mold all over the ceiling, dust everywhere and the toilet wasn't clean. In terms of upkeep - the bed was noticeably sagging towards the middle (think elevated feet), the hand soap was only in the shower (near the sink was a container of watered down body wash?), the TV didn't work, and the shower didn't drain. Added on top of all that the window had been left open so there were some bug friends already in the room when we entered. To be fair, we were exhausted so we did not say anything to the staff (they didn't ask about our stay either), we just wanted to get some sleep and get the heck out of there. We do have to give credit to the staff, which were very helpful and friendly at check in, and despite having low expectations for the food, we did enjoy our drinks and (overpriced) pizzas. That said, I wish I had read the reviews and spent a bit more to stay somewhere else!

Hotel was situated close to the airport paid 15€ for a taxi from the airport room was small but it did us for the 2 nights that we were there for check in was easy and quick air con worked well could do with an extra pillow and blanket in the room more hangers as there was only 2 in the room think the light switches could do with having which light does works for which light The bathroom one of our bulbs weren’t working so it looked darker than what it prob is shower pressure was good and the water temp was good as well telly worked fine and plenty to choose from to watch however there aren’t any restaurants near by the hotel is like on a complex of offices and other hotels breakfast was lovely good choice of cold food cheeses bread croissants tea/coffee staff very friendly and helpfu the hotel is about 10-15 min walk to train station Diegem which will take u to Brussels central Would I stay again yes I would I would have liked to have a safe in the hotel room beds comfy

The Pentahotel was a 5 minute walk to the city bus that took us directly to and from the airport. It was convenient for our travels. The rooms are outdated, the walls are thin, and there are not a lot of options for food nearby. The bed could use more pillows. The staff were welcoming, and very helpful and even let us check in early. Overall, it was a decent stay for our layover.

En effet ; mon conjoint et moi avions commandé ( pas possible d’avoir le room service alors que ce dernier été indiqué sur la brochure). Lorsque que mon conjoint est aller chercher le repas ; il a attendu devant le comptoir alors que nos assiettes étaient prêtent . ce dernier a demandé à ce que nous payons en avance d’une manière très désagréable alors que sa collègue bienveillante lui a signifié qu’il fallait réchauffé nos assiettes .

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe des Flughafens. Mit dem Zug ist man in wenigen Minuten am Flughafen oder auch in der Stadt. Der Bahnhof ist nur 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein (ca. die Hälfte dessen was ich in anderen Penta Hotels gewöhnt bin. Aber alles sehr sauber und das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück ist mit 25 Euro pro Person überteuert. Es gibt Croissants, Waffeln und Aufbackenbrötchen. Keine Eier, keinen frischen Saft und auch die Auswahl ansonsten ist eher mager. Für 25 € kann man mehr erwarten. Da frühstückt man selbst am Flughafen besser und billiger. Das Doppelbett waren 2 Einzelbetten, die stets auseinander rutschten. Auch hier hätte ich etwas mehr Komfort erwartet.

The staff was great. The room was comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast. I originally paid to have breakfast for the two mornings I was there, but on that first morning there wasn’t much to eat so they did refund me. The disappointment came when I just wanted a cup of coffee and they would not allow me to have a cup of coffee and there is no coffee set up in the room so I walked next-door to the Holiday Inn and got coffee and had my meals there

Stayed at several hotels in the Airport area and this is not one we may come to again. Firstly when we entered the room the room smelt of a very old aftershave and took ages to clear. Rooms very small, glad we did not have a large suitcase. Breakfast was continental and no hot options so for 20.00 Euro which seems very expensive compared to the Novotel which is cheaper aand had hot options. evening food was okay bit not much choice

It is very nice and clean. Room looked better than I expected. I think their main photo on the listing doesn't do them justice. I was expecting something bit run down and it really isn't. It's quite modern and stylish. Food options were quite limited, especially for vegetarians.
