In terms of the hotel in itself it’s an amazing stay but in terms of service I was disappointed. I booked this room just to take advantage of the shuttle to and from the airport. I emailed them prior to my arrival and gave them the flight number and time of arrival. They put a note to call to request a shuttle. We called many times they don’t pick up the phone. We were stranded for more than an hour and a half. Finally I spoke to a random driver and asked him to call he did for couple of times until finally they picked up the phone and came to pick us up. Very disappointed as we had planned to go to the city center in the evening and this made us waste all this time waiting to be picked up. Why ask people to call if you don’t answer the phone. We had to email them just to reach someone. Very disappointed.

The hotel is close to the train station and the shuttle to and from the airport is fantastic. The rooms are large and very wonderful, I would recommend having a foldable luggage rack in each room or available at the reception desk and water bottles in the rooms at checkin. The one elevator wasn’t functioning the whole time I was there but the other elevator was very quick.

The two elevators were out of service so we had to use the tiny staff elevator. Five large coach buses arrived. It took FORVER to get everyone upstairs. We left the hotel two hours earlier than necessary because I’m disabled and could not manage the stairs. We could’nt miss our flight. No accommodation was made.

We were surprised at the excellence of this hotel, having stayed in a city center ibis hotel two weeks earlier at a different level of lodging. (There are different "levels" of ibis hotels, we discovered.) This one is a very short walk from the Diegem Train Station, which is an 8-minute train ride from the Brussels-Nord train station. There is a shuttle to take you to the Airport. The amenities are exceptional with a spacious breakfast room, a large bar & restaurant area, a fitness center, and a spacious lobby. Hairdryer and separate sink/vanity/magnified wall makeup mirror were most helpful, though the lighting over the magnifying mirror could be brighter. Had shampoo, conditioner, and gel in shower. Our room had a separate toilet and fully-tiled walk-in shower room with both hand-held and stationary shower heads, behind a translucent glass door. Nice towels. Our bed was superb, with 4 pillows, and perfect-weight duvets. The room had an upholstered chair and a desk area, plus two bedside tables with independently-working reading lights. Kudos to the staff for cleanliness! We would stay here again, should we ever be in Brussels.

Despite the outdoor temperature beeing 13 centigrade the room was incredibly hot and turning down the ac i ly made it warmer. This in combination with not seeing able to open the window made my stay very uncomfortable. One of two elevators where out of order and both the sink and shower drain in my room flooded from even the lowest flow. The cleaning crew completely ignored the DND sign on the door and came in during an important meeting.

Clean, modern facility. Great room. Clean, very comfortable bed, excellent shower/bathroom. Well laid out. Restaurant was in a bit of disarray due to a labor strike. We were also stuck at the hotel for the day due to the strike, and it's in an industrial/office complex with nothing around it. The train station is just steps away from the front doors of the hotel, but due to the strike, they were running on a much reduced and inconsistent schedule. If they had been running on schedule, this hotel is a perfect spot to get in to Brussels for the day, yet close to the airport for early flights. Would definitely stay in an NH property again.

Everything at the hotel is as you would expect from NH - clean, great public areas / restaurants, good menu choice, large room, perfect heating / ventilation, lots of bathroom supplies, big choice at breakfast that would suit everyone etc. One aspect that the hotel did excel in was the staff - breakfast front of house is so welcoming, and the gentlemen in the restaurant / bar were brilliant.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are nice. The restaurant staff were not helpful at all. You had to ask them for services. They had no idea how much your bill was. You had to go to the register and tell them what you had in order to pay. I would give the restaurant a -1.

The rooms and building are nice. Then the problems started- found som other guests shirt sticking out under bed, toilets wouldn’t flush, cleaning man attempted to enter room twice while we had do not disturb sign. Then, we were stuck in the elevator for about an hour - we had to demand they call the fire department- they eventually did .. no management present, customer service horrendous . It is a really nice building and location though and food was amazing at restaurant

This hotel was a great find for an overnight stay prior to flying out of Brussels. The hotel is located right at the Diegem train stop for easy access from/to the city, and also offers a free shuttle service from the airport. The location is a 15 minute drive to the airport but is located far enough away to avoid airport noise. There were not many restaurants nearby, but the hotel restaurant was excellent. Best of all, it was a really good value! Would stay here again.....

For an airport area hotel it is excellent. There is no view but to be expected. Food is delicious and the burger was cooked outside on a large grille! yum! Very clean and spacious. Linens were great.
