We stayed two nights and they didn't clean our room no maid service at all. I went to complain at front desk lady said it was holiday and they only clean check out rooms. They charged me $250.00 a night for NO SERVICE.NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived about an hour before the scheduled check-in time, but they were kind enough to let us check in early without any issues. The room was generally clean, although the bath towels had some black marks on them, which was a little concerning and made us wonder if they had been properly washed. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was quite poor. The bathroom exhaust fan in the neighboring room was running all night and was surprisingly loud, making it very difficult for us to sleep. This was the biggest downside of our stay. Overall, the staff were great, but the noise issue and the cleanliness of the towels could definitely be improved.

Great location. Rooms are comfy. Bed was very comfortable. Bin4 is great for dinner. We wished there was a breakfast restaurant close by besides a McDonalds. We have stayed here before and will stay again.
