Amazingly well managed with professional staffing and modern vibe throughout the property. The sauna, pool area, and the laundry are a big plus to make us feel like home. The parking lot is clean and the parking space is well designed for seniors to walk a brief distance to the lobby area. The view is spectacular!! The only suggestion for consideration is to offer more variety of the breakfast choices. We stayed from 8/7-8/20 and grew a bit bored with the wraps at breakfast.

First time staying at the hotel! Great location, amenities fantastic and the staff were kind and very helpful. The pool and hot tub worked out great for the kids as we were I town for a youth baseball tournament. Close to Metrotown mall and plenty of restaurants, the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and only a 20 minute drive to downtown.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having an in-room fridge and freezer was especially convenient. The only downside was the underground parking garage, which is very tight, especially if you have a larger SUV. There was one spot left, which required my husband to climb theough the passenger side to get out. When we mentioned this to the front desk they said we can park in other marked spots, which would have been helpful to know when we checked in. The breakfast options were also fairly limited. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but for the money paid we won't stay here again.

The location is great and the hotel is well maintained in general. Love the lobby and the service. The breakfast is a bit disappointing and there's a lot of hair on the bathroom floor.
