The best hotel stay so far. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent Customer Service. Very Comfortable. Spacious and Clean. Love Love that they are pet friendly.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are very welcoming. Rooms seemed to be recently renovated, clean with nice amenities. The hotel has a private pool and hot tub in the back. Didn’t have a chance to use it but I look forward to coming back to use all the hotel’s amenities. Bar was under construction but looks promising. My family and I are definitely coming back to this hotel.

Great place. I wish the bar was still open. They close down the bar that was by the pool. Also, they could fix up their rooftop terrace a little. Such great views but had to enjoy with just three chairs. A little greenery wouldn’t hurt. An umbrella and a table would be nice to enjoy a drink out there.

The parking is awful at the hotel. The restaurant is not what it use to be, the food quality or service. I used my breakfast coupon for a free coffee & went & had breakfast at another place that opened earlier.

I always stay here and love the convenience of walking to the nearby businesses . The staff is always amazing and helpful . The courtesy breakfast at their restaurant El Rey sol is so delicious . I always enjoy it every time . Their pastries are extra though but so worth it . The only issue that I encountered during my stay was the elevator was out of order . I’m looking forward to book again this hotel in the spring .

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Located close to all tours areas. Hot water, clean towels and sheets. Will return.

The property is centrally located, clean room in general, great breakfast. However, the bathroom in our room, especially the shower, smelled like sewage. Very bad smell.

Ya nos hemos quedado aquí anteriormente, nos gusta por su ubicación, buen precio y comodidad. Nuestro cuarto se encontraba muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda. El baño limpio, con agua caliente siempre y buena presión de agua. Sólo recomendaría que pusieran más toallas. El personal da buen servicio y es muy amable, sólo que hicimos un par de solicitudes que no atendieron. Ahora si pudimos hacer uso de las instalaciones de la alberca, todo muy bien. Bonus que ofrecen desayuno gratis. Sin duda regresaríamos a hospedarnos aquí en el futuro.

We stayed for 2 nights for a kids birthday party nearby. We picked this spot due to price and proximity to party. The rooms are very small. The bathroom was very small, with a tiny shower that is very slick and a toilet seat that is also very small. Our heater didn't work. We dealt with it the 1st night and asked for help on the 2nd night. It wouldn't work and they did offer to move us to another room. We didn't want the hassle, so we bundled up again. The breakfast is wonderful! (We joked that it made the room better..) This place is OK for a night or 2. It is very conveniently located. It's on the edge of downtown and by the cruise ships so expect downtown noise. Especially on the weekend. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. I was initially overcharged, but they caught the error before I did and took care of it. Would I stay again? Maybe in a pinch. It is what it is.

As always we enjoyed our stay here. Our family enjoyed the delicious food at their restaurant. The service and food are impeccable. The only glitch we felt was the water pressure, or lack of, water pressure in the shower.

THE ONLY ISSUE IS THE WATER TEMPERATURE. WHEN TAKING A SHOWER, WATER COMES EITHER TOO HOT OR JUST WARM.

Hotel is beautiful, perfect location and the service is friendly. The biggest issue is the noise. Most rooms surround the parking lot which is an eco-chamber with every voice, car horn and door slam echoing right into your room all night long.

The room was clean and nice, but there was adiscrepancywith the bed size.we had booked a king size bed, but rceived a queen-size bed instead. Although we slept comfortably, it would have been better to receive what we paid for.

If you prefer location over comfort and amenities, this is OK. The bed was uncomfortable and linens & towels were very used needing replacement. There was constant noise and activity outside the rooms. If you need quiet, rest, and relaxation - this is NOT the place for you.

I’ve been staying in the same hotel 3 times per year since 2018. We checked in 3 night this past weekend. I was giving the most cheap room! It was room 102. The bed was broken on one side! The pillows were so hard and had a bad smell! The bathroom faucet was leaking! The shower door was broken! The shower was so small like a RV shower! There was no water pressure! In the shower! The next morning I went to reception to ask if I was able to move to a different room. I told her the reason why I wanted to move. The same lady that was there the night before when we checked in was there. She answered me NO! We don’t have any others rooms available on the first floor. She was only offering me a room in the third floor. I answered, I had made the reservation three months ago requesting the first floor. She really did not care what I was telling her!! She answered me so RUDE!!!! I told her we had paid $240 a night we were given the worst room!! and she answered we don’t have a room available on the first floor. There was a lady next to her and she answered, we could move you to room #110 it just needs to be cleaned. It should be ready by 12:00. The RUDE LADY WAS STILL SAYING THE ONLY ROOM THEY HAVE AVAILABLE WAS ON THE THIRD FLOOR. The nice lady did the move. I went back after 12:00. I made the switch to room #110. The room was extremely clean! The room was like night and day from room #102. At the end I was very happy!! Am so thankful to the nice lady! I should’ve taken her name.

All the Staff are super Friendly and Accessible when you ask for help. We went on a fishing trip and left super early and the had the Coffee ready at 4 am for us.

The area is very convenient. Everything within walking distance. The front desk was not friendly. We arrived 30 minutes early and wanted to charge me for the 30 minutes. We decided to wait in the foyer. Once we received the keys and were about to walk out the door, we were called back and told we would need to wait an extra 1/2 hour because our room was not ready. We were given another room and it had a double bed. We went downstairs to complain that we had reserved for a King size bed. Front desk said they had given us an upgrade, that incoming customers had priority over our reservation. It was basically a take it or leave it attitude. We were very uncomfortable on a smaller bed. The spa was dirty. There was a film around the spa and had floating dirty suds. On the other hand, breakfast options and service was wonderful.

Centrally located and OK facilities, they were doing work very early on Saturday day morning this it was very noisy and it woke us up, it was a bot annoying that 30 minutes prior to check out they calling, it felt like they were kicking you out.

Nunca funcionó el televisor, ni el wifi, ni la caja de seguridad. El personal de recepción se va y no hay quien pueda resolver temas con los huéspedes. Algunos días no ponen café o botellas de agua en la habitación y otros días si ponen.

Everyone at the front desk was very courteous and attentive.

The hotel was lovely no big frills we were just there for a night. Its location was perfect to shop and eat. The complimentary breakfast at their restaurant was great. The almond croissant was delicious! Would definitely stay again.

Loved the location! Easy access to everything I needed to do while visiting Ensenada. The hotel/posada was fine and pleasant. What was uncomfortable was the breakfast which was across the street. As soon as they saw the breakfast voucher the service quality diminished and it was minimal at best. When I asked for more hot water for my tea I just got warm water instead and never saw anyone again to assist me so I took that as cue to leave. Hotel 4 ****, restaurant 2 **
