The staff were excellent, super helpful and available 24/7. The beach club is also great and the water is beautiful. There were many water activities available. We used the hotel's bikes to get around which was very convenient. Would recommend this hotel!

A small hotel with very helpful staff. Menu got a bit tedious at the «\xa0beach\xa0» club (there is no beach but rather platforms out over the water). Also the club is open to non hotel guests so it is a bit of a competition to get a lounge chair as there are a limited number. However there are a few chairs at the private hotel pool so the one day I was unable to get a chair at the club I went to the little hotel pool and it was very pleasant.

This is a fantastic hotel. It has an amazing open air lobby with infinity pool that overlooks the ocean. Then you can go down to the restaurant right below it which has more pools and a fantastic area to sit and a long pee which you can snorkel off of.

Oceanfront property. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Average food in restaurant. No elevator and many steps. Noisy air conditioner and fan. Not close to downtown (north island) so an option is to take the city bus into downtown Isla Mujeres (costs 20 pesos) vs. a taxi.

What a wonderful 5 days. Staff was amazing, the views were spectacular and Kin-Ha breakfast and beach bar was some of the best on the island. Will be coming back again to stay!

We really liked the area and the unique access to the ocean with docks instead of beaches- it cuts down on the mess and is very enjoyable! We loved the volley ball in the ocean, the kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear! That was awesome to be able to do as part of our stay on a day to day basis. Carlos, one of the concierge’s was delightful and helped us plan a nice snorkeling excursion and gave good suggestions for restaurants and other things to consider. On a personal note we like having a little more autonomy with food so in the future will look for something with more of a kitchenette that allows better for left overs, snacks, etc. There was a mini fridge which was helpful at Casa Los Suenos. I think it’s a really lovely place to stay and has great amenities!

Our room was not the same as the photos on the site . There was no privacy as far as the bathroom - it was basically just a corner of the room had a glass wall with toilet and a shower . The room walls were also thin- we could hear every conversation our neighbors had through the walls . We had no hot water the first night - they fixed this but it happened two more times during our stay . There was no coffee pot or iron in the room and very few outlets. Also be aware you cannot flush toilet paper on the island - no reviews mentioned that That being said the staff was very friendly and the pool was beautiful . The area was very nice . Just have realistic expectations or you will be disappointed

This property is very outdated. The beds make a lot of squeaky noise. Very uncomfortable to try to sleep. No TVs in the room, and there no rails for the elderly or children. There’s way too many steps for anyone with difficulties or children. We had to carry the stroller back and forth throughout our whole stay.

The hotel was great! Beautiful views, clean facilities, friendly staff. Room was basic no coffee maker/ tv. We had a fridge and a safe. Gorgeous views from lobby and our balcony every day. Morning coffee in lobby appreciated. Access to Kinha easy, breakfast good every day. Snorkeling great off the dock. Surrounding area had walkable eateries, pharmacy. Transportation options - bus or taxi right at door step. Can book golf cart if needed. Can walk to Garrafon and Punta Sur if you are a walker.

We loved our stay as Casa de Los Suenos. We had an ocean view room and the sunsets were spectacular. It was our first time staying on the south side of the island and we found we much prefer it. We rented a golf cart for a couple of days to explore, and that was enough for us as we have stayed on the North side on prior visits and just wanted to hit a few favorites. We enjoyed Ulan across the street as well as Rancho Capricho, The Joint and Burracho Burro all within walking/biking distance. We even walked to our 9pm Samura reservations and felt safe walking back at 11pm. The hotel itself is beautiful and very charming, the concierges were extremely nice and helpful, and we loved the breakfast and hanging out at Kin Ha. We took advantage of the complementary hotel bicycles and the paddleboards at Kin Ha and loved snorkeling there too. Our room was not super large, but for our romantic kid free getaway. It was more than we needed. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the vibe of the room was wonderful. We also took full advantage of the hotel’s infinity pool and often had it to ourselves. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

This hotel has the most amazing view in Islas Mujeres! Hotel is anazing quiet, and romantic. We were the only guest. We stayed in the El Sol room, amazing view and from the balcony you can access the pool. The staff was amazing and prepared the best lobby coffee ever! Only bad thing was that we spent an entire day without water nor electricity due to improving the electricity in the island which is a good thing. We rented a Golf cart which is the best transportation option in the Island.

The place is beautiful but won’t be staying there again.Told the guy at the front desk that our main room light was not working, he said he would fix it and never did, we were there for 4 days we only had light in the kitchen area and restroom.We were told breakfast was included then at check out they charged us 50 USD for breakfast. I knew somethings weren’t included in the free breakfast but we would pay extra plus tip every time. We didn’t have time to find out why they were charging extra since our taxi was waiting for us outside to take us to the ferry. Disappointing

i would like to complement Carlos. He was the concierge that was at the hotel when we checked in. He was one of the highlights of our stay. He definitely made our stay enjoyable as he made sure we knew our way around places to eat. He even booked a dinner for us for one of the best seafood restaurants to eat in the area. I had some issues with the staff at the Kin-ha club and he made sure he made us feel heard and sent us a bottle of wine to make up for the shortcomings of the staff at Kin-ha, The Hotel was nice and small. Just what we were wanting. Room was clean and overlooking the water. We had plenty of ocean view and was very relaxed during our stay. We will come and stay at Casa de los Suenos again for sure.

He definitely made our stay enjoyable as he made sure we knew our way around places to eat. He even booked a dinner for us for one of the best seafood restaurants to eat in the area. I had some issues with the staff at the Kin-ha club and he made sure he made us feel heard and sent us a bottle of wine to make up for the shortcomings of the staff at Kin-ha, The Hotel was nice and small. Just what we were wanting. Room was clean and overlooking the water. We had plenty of ocean view and was very relaxed during our stay. We will come and stay at Casa de los Suenos again for sure.

Chris does a great job in running the grounds of the hotel. Don Carlos gives you the best recommendations for meals and places to go. Roberto is professional, kind, and does a great job and getting things you may need for your stay. This place is amazing and probably has the best staff we’ve encountered in Mexico.

Coming back to Suenos feels like home ! Carlos and Roger always take care of our family . You cannot beat the view from the lobby and pool . It’s quaint , quiet, clean, and beautiful!! Special shout out to Teo at Kin Ha . He took good care of us as well !

Its as pretty as it looks! We enjoyed our family vacation with older boys- ages 12 & 16. The staff is so helpful- Roger, Carlos, and Chris went out of their way to help book excursions or help with any need we had. Book a room with a view! The breakfast included is on the water and is order from a menu and not something small. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and tasted amazing each day. Find the adorable coffee spot walking distance from this hotel and walk to the beach on the other side to see the most amazing cliff views! We loved this hotel because it was smaller so it was calm and so personable. Rent a golf cart and explore the island. Book the fishing excursion! Thank you Roger & Chris!! Im so sad we aren't in paradise and home. Hopefully we can come again! - The views from the hotel lobby are beautiful!!

We loved our stay as Casa de Los Suenos. We had an ocean view room and the sunsets were spectacular. It was our first time staying on the south side of the island and we found we much prefer it. We rented a golf cart for a couple of days to explore, and that was enough for us as we have stayed on the North side on prior visits and just wanted to hit a few favorites. We enjoyed Ulan across the street as well as Rancho Capricho, The Joint and Burracho Burro all within walking/biking distance. We even walked to our 9pm Samura reservations and felt safe walking back at 11pm. The hotel itself is beautiful and very charming, the concierges were extremely nice and helpful, and we loved the breakfast and hanging out at Kin Ha. We took advantage of the complementary hotel bicycles and the paddleboards at Kin Ha and loved snorkeling there too. Our room was not super large, but for our romantic kid free getaway. It was more than we needed. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the vibe of the room was wonderful. We also took full advantage of the hotel’s infinity pool and often had it to ourselves. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Well..it wasn't like a holiday, more like being with family, thanks to Carlos, Roger, Chris & everyone there( not forgetting Marvin & Nina ( resident dogs) .i was made to feel welcome, the whole of my stay..including by luis ( taxi driver) muchas gracias amigos/ amigas. We enjoyed our stay at Casa de los Suenos. It wasn't as busy as larger hotels as there are 11 rooms, so we felt we had more personal attention to whatever we needed. The hotel was close to restaurants and activities which was perfect for us. Roger and Carlos are gracious hosts and very welcoming every time we saw them. The restaurant is close by and we had a delicious breakfast each morning. It was nice to have snorkeling, kayaks and paddle boards close by - included with our stay. Close to the beach for sunsets and not a long drive to Punta Sur for beautiful sunrises. If you're looking for a more personal stay on Isla, we recommend Casa de Los Suenos Boutique Hotel.

Second time we stayed here and loved it even morel. The staff is great, food in the restaurant excellent and very reasonable. Breakfast is included and very generous in portions and choices. Balcony rooms facing the water are roomy and nice. And the views stunning. The water and snorkling are great.

This is a fantastic hotel. It has an amazing open air lobby with infinity pool that overlooks the ocean. Then you can go down to the restaurant right below it which has more pools and a fantastic area to sit and a long pee which you can snorkel off of.

I had an excellent stay! Carlos & Francis were always there to help if I needed anything. The place had a great pool with an incredible view. Plus you get a free breakfast with two drinks (milk, pineapple juice, orange juice, etc.) The Joint and El Borracho Burro Cantina are both within walking distance. I can't wait to go back!

Casa de las Suenos was a lovely, small hotel at the top of a small hill. Our room was lovely with a beautiful ocean view. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in booking tours, taxis etc. and we really enjoyed talking with them. It is a bit older and has some things like older plumbing, non-filtered water etc. but we liked it enough to go back sometime. There is only one restaurant, but Udon across the street is absolutely delicious as well. We enjoyed our stay here!
