My daughter's wedding was Saturday in downtown Charlotte, and this was the perfect spot for the family and out of towners to congregate. My 17 yr old fished non stop and caught several hefty blue catfish, kayak launch was a plus. Spotless and well maintained inside and out.

Great house. Very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. We were there for the month and the house is a short distance from family. We didn't use the kayaks or lake due to cool weather, although the deck and setting are beautiful and welcoming. Owner is very responsive and wonderful to work with (we easily adjusted our arrival when our plans changed and had a question during the stay, with an almost immediate response). A great venue to host our Charlotte holiday stay. We'll be back. Thanks.

This beautiful house was perfect for my family and my parents. There were four adults and four older kids, and the kids were able to sleep in the four beds downstairs and hangout. The kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking with and the beds were comfortable. We loved all the different areas to hang out with all the deck spaces too. Many hours were spent on the kayaks and swimming. The boat landing isn’t far to put in your boat and there is nice places to eat close as well. Overall, we loved our trip and the stay at the Cozy Cove.

Wonderful week! The house was well stocked.. Loved the kayaks and the dock....convenient to Carowinds, grocery and fun restaurants. So nice that the deck overlooking the lake had a gate so my 2 year old granddaughter could roam freely! And a bonus... beautiful flowers and beautiful weather all week! Thank you!

Spent last 7 days in Heaven on Earth. If you like the water and all it brings this is the vacation location for you. House is well stocked with everything you need. Dock on quiet cove off of Lake Wylie for all you motorized activities. Also equipped with kayaks for renters. Water was 88 degrees. Made so many great memories. This was our second consecutive year getting to Lake Wylie as a family, and we had a plan that we wanted to stay at the Cozy Cove for the second year. We rented a boat for the weekend, which makes it easy with our own dock. We fished off the dock, kayaked and ate dinner right off the lake. Always a pleasure getting the family together for a lake weekend.

The Cozy Cove at Lake Wiley was the perfect little place to stay and in the middle of all the family and friends we wanted to see in Charlotte, Rock Hill, and Gastonia. The house itself was so nice and clean, it had almost everything you could think of. The beds were very comfortable. We took the kayaks one morning for a quick little trip and had a lot of fun. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Family getaway for our daughter’s graduation to celebrate with family and friends. You need to enjoy this location if you are taking a vacation, it was amazing. We are local to this area but needed more space and this was perfect! Neighborhood is safe and somewhat isolated for a family on the lake. Neighbors were fantastic! Views were perfect and it’s a great location if you want to enjoy the lake. Owners were exceptional, some of the best we have booked with. There is plenty of space for a family here, so much you can do. You are close enough to anywhere you want to travel. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of space, great location.

The home is charming and quaint. It's settled into a wooded area on the lake. We enjoyed our walks each morning around the beautiful neighborhood. We also enjoyed how spacious the home is and the well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a traditional coffee pot (no Keurig) which I always like to know so I can plan accordingly. There was coffee available for our use in the freezer. We made use of the washer/dryer and appreciated that convenience. There is one tv in the home which is downstairs. My only suggestion is to invest in a smart tv as we weren't able to catch all of the football games for Thanksgiving. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to find a place for a large group to stay on Lake Wylie very last minute. Not only were the Robinson’s accommodating, but their home was even better than the place I had previously booked. 10/10 would recommend, the home has beautiful views, is in a great location, and comes with plenty of space for the whole group to enjoy a tranquil vacation.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to find a place for a large group to stay on Lake Wylie very last minute. We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cove Lake House while in Charlotte for our daughter's wedding. The location was excellent. Quiet area, lovely home and our host was so kind and quick to respond to any questions we had prior and during our trip. The house had everything we needed for our stay . We were so happy with the beautiful house! The owners were very helpful and messaged immediately with any questions we had. We celebrated my parents 50th anniversary with our entire family. Kiddos to adults had a wonderful experience! Would definitely book again!

We had a small family gathering to celebrate a graduation. Location was terrific as everything imaginable was close by. Had a lot of fun on the lake with the kayaks and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. Had a very specific request of the owner and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed another fantastic visit to the lake house. We stayed during a trip to South Carolina while we attended my nieces wedding. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the quietness of the cove area and kayaking on the water. We cooked out on Easter Sunday while we also celebrated my husband’s birthday. We love the memories that were made. Thank-you.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to find a place for a large group to stay on Lake Wylie very last minute. Not only were the Robinson’s accommodating, but their home was even better than the place I had previously booked. 10/10 would recommend, the home has beautiful views, is in a great location, and comes with plenty of space for the whole group to enjoy a tranquil vacation.

Great place on the lake with lots of room. House is well equipped with everything you would want. In a nice quiet neighborhood. Had a great time for a much need rest and relaxation with my sister

The home was perfect for our stay in great condition. This home was in a good location with excellent access to Lake Wylie. Very quiet location close to restaurants and shopping. The home was just as described and the hosts were excellent to deal with throughout this process.

The Cozy Cove at Lake Wiley was the perfect little place to stay and in the middle of all the family and friends we wanted to see in Charlotte, Rock Hill, and Gastonia. The house itself was so nice and clean, it had almost everything you could think of. The beds were very comfortable. We took the kayaks one morning for a quick little trip and had a lot of fun. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a small family gathering to celebrate a graduation. Location was terrific as everything imaginable was close by. Had a lot of fun on the lake with the kayaks and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. Had a very specific request of the owner and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend.
