Love the adult pool with waterfall and the bartender. Did not like the staff telling us we could not get reservations or the room we wanted because they were full. The hotel was clearly 3/4 empty. Did not like the fact that the 2 best restaurants were closed during our stay.

This property is situated on a cliff side etching itself down to a beautiful beach. It has a great pool for relaxing in and the food was great. ( really good for all inclusive) the taco bar at the beach was our favourite. The rooms are very spacious, very clean with a great sitting deck and great city views over the water.

room was comfortable & clean, staff were excellent. The VIP was closed, had issues with reservations and they change the menu for 2 kids and made Quesadilla did not want to prepare the fish that they order, it was my birthday and it was a nightmare of dinner (Mediterranean), there's no entertainment. Only on Friday night they had music, kids activities were closed. They need more entertainment. The beach was nice, nice pool (pool was a little dirty) and there's a kids pool.

El elevador solo funcionó el primer día, todo el tiempo teníamos que subir y bajar por las escaleras, incluso el día de salida, mi mamá y yo bajamos nuestras maletas por las escaleras. Lots of walking required and multiple stairs. A huge sprawling complex. They do have golf cart transport for handicapped, but takes a lot of time place to place. It’s 50 years old and elegant, build without elevators. Nice pools and private beach. Food good but not really gourmet, even the speciality restaurants.

The all inclusive is very limited, they should call it not all inclusive. There is a lot of restaurants closed. There is only one pool availble and one adult one but it is off limits unless you pay extra. The food is not the best. The rooms are okay but way too far from lobby and restaurants. The beach is nice.

Too many stairs and no elevators. I seen the prior reviews and called a few daya before to see if in fact no elevator. I was told there is an elevator. Thia place is good for young families ok with walking alot of stairs. Its huge. There was a watwr issue in the room and my parents had to be moved to another room which was far away and inconvenient. The place does have beautiful view of the ocean and sunset but from the rooms. Ocean is not in walking diatance

I am so so glad that we booked this resort! We have been all over to the big resorts in the main areas of Mexico, so I wasn’t sure what to really expect! The reviews were great (except for a few, which always leaves me second guessing), but I could not have been happier with the entire experience! It beyond exceeded my expectations. The staff was so friendly and helpful and went out of their way for us. The rooms and entire resort was practically immaculate! The beds were heavenly! We went during the week and it was so relaxing and quiet. It did get busier on the weekend, but overall, we absolutely loved this resort and will definitely be back!

The hotel has amazing architecture so it is an older resort. Their cleanliness lacks a little and sometimes was difficult getting the first coffee at breakfast much less a second. But most employees were very friendly and just loved the attached marina. We went to adult pool that never was cleaned the 10 days we were there but other pools were daily.

The room was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The room didnt have hot water for 2 days. Was finally turned on after complaining about it twice. It really never got hot. Food was ok. The buffet was mediocre. We ate in the city most of the time.

Beautiful views from any location at the hotel. The room had a big terrace, table and 2 chairs, it would be nice if it had an umbrella. The bathroom needs a little more renovation. There is a coffee maker in the room but only 2 pods a day are included (1 decaf and 1 regular), we asked for both regular and next day we got it why not provide 2 decaf and 2 regular. There is a fair amount of stairs and walking required within the hotel. the grounds are beautiful and very well groomed.

Beautiful hotel with the interesting architecture. Ocean easy for swimming, no big waves. Air congitioning was noisy, could not be used at night. Bathroom needs some maintenance. Overall great stay.

I felt we got a less up to date room. It was a little run down. The balcony sliding door didn’t lock. Did smell little moldy. Did not have all inclusive, so food and drinks were expensive. Need more entertainment. Staff were friendly and service was good.

Our receptionist was awesome made our check in super fast and made us feel right at home. Also answered all of our questions super friendly and professional. This is my 3rd time coming back to las hadas. All of the employees are super nice and willing to help. Food was amazing tacos bar, los delfines fod was so delicious.

They gave me the farthest room almost literally from the office. The coffee maker didn't work and I asked every day for 4 days for it to be replaced but it never happened. There was no patio furniture on the patio. I asked every day for 5 days for it to be replaced. But that Never happened. I asked for ice in my room. Never happened. The water never gets hot. If you ask for any of these things to be remedied, you're going to get an Okie dokie answer. They're calling their partner right now to help you out. And no one will ever come.

Overall the property is average. The bed was comfortable, however our AC unit was not functioning and the temperature was uncomfortable. We tried many times (unsuccessfully) to communicate this to the front desk. We did manage to have a service guy come and "fix" it but it never reached 21C. Front desk staff do not speak English, which is strange because their bell staff and wait staff do. Even the service guy spoke more English than the front desk clerk. Check in process was also frustratingly long. Hotel food was good (above average) but several great options for food adjacent.

Excelente atención, desde la llegada, Natalia nos atendió super bien; Óscar, capitán de meseros y Ricardo en Legazpi, Maricruz en la playa, en fin, todo mundo muy cordial; muy limpio y la playa extraordinaria como siempre. El hotel ha vuelto a ser un gran destino de playa. Limpio, seguro, agradable, quieto, hermoso.

Nice architecture and some gardens well kept. Check-In takes over an hour and there was no words, comments, instructions or assistance about the property at all. Nothing that you had to make reservations for restaurants. No information about events going on. No information of how to get anywhere on the property it was.take your credit card and then they are done. If you don't ask any questions and you have no idea about the fact that you have to book restaurants at certain times of the day, you're only allowed to do certain areas of the property because I was told I wasn't allowed to use the adult pool because of the room I booked. When I checked out there was no words or discussion about the stay. They did not ask how it was. All they did was checked me out and said no words and that was the end of it. Of all the properties I have traveled in the world I've never had so little information and little service and assistance from staff at a hotel.

Property is pretty remote from restaurants or convinience stores …. Couldn’t find a place for coffee in the am besides the full Buffett… only one coffee pod in the room …room was not cleaned great … hair everywhere … trecking with your luggage from your room to check out was a challenge ..place was in a beautiful setting …beach was awesome. Drinks were good and reasonably priced

the ac unit must be really old because it was SUPER loud. Good thing that it wasn’t that hot so we were able to have it off while we slept. The dining options were okay as all inclusive, the location was beautiful though and the staff were really nice.

El hotel tiene varios años de operación, es muy grande y sus habitaciones amplias. En cuanto a limpieza 4/5, puede mejorar con atención al detalle. Mantenimiento 3.5/5, se ve que tiene mantenimiento constante pero al ser un hotel con varios años y el desgaste natural hay detalles muy visibles en tema de mantenimiento, hay humedad en las habitaciones que se traspasa del baño hacia la habitación continua provocando humedad en las paredes y que de caiga en aplanado. Enchufes que no funcionan, puertas que se están colgando. Atención 5/5, definitivamente la atención y servicio a es lo que resalta del hotel con personal muy amable. Alimentos y Bebidas 5/5, la comida es deliciosa y con muy buen sazón y variedad en los platillos. En cuanto a las bebidas bien preparadas y personal muy servicial.

Wouldn’t recommend. Rooms are very outdated and don’t really match the pictures. No hot water for showering. Adult pool area is only for people with suites not for adults. Food has very limited variety and poor preparation. The steakhouse only has steak for an extra charge and the pasta place doesn’t have pasta. Limited selections of alcohol and the only way you can get a consistent drink is with beer. Bartenders need some sort of course. “All inclusive” isn’t what you’d expect. Most liquor on the bar is an extra charge. The good food on the dinner menus is also an extra charge. Room service is an extra charge. Obviously don’t expect perfect English but the majority of the staff don’t speak any at all which makes communication quite difficult. For the price there are nicer places to stay. Nice beach though

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Most did not speak English, but key personal did. Any language barriers were dealt with a smile and mutual attempts to communicate. Grounds are lovely. Room was beautiful with a terrace (chrome cast worked well). All Inclusive limitations need to be explained better on their website and upon check in (ie restaurant access & booze selection). Even with the above issues, we had a wonderful time.

He llegado varias ocasiones al hotel, tienen buen servicio y la comida no está mal aunque muuuy limitada no cambia jamás el menú, el bufete y de los restaurantes! Otra cosa les URGE limpieza profunda a las habitaciones de vd es q la mugre sale por todos lados! El servicio es excelente

La comida buffet es buena, sin embargo el restaurante no tanto. Entraron a nuestra habitación 2 veces solo tocando y entrando sin pedir permiso. No respetaban el horario del bar y el personal no estaba capacitado para las bebidas, el snack no estuvo abierto.
