Un hotel grande, con mucho portenciañ,.pero descuidado. Pros: Tirolesa de aduktos ybde niños. 4 albercas, la principal cierra 10 pm. Playa luy agradable. Club de niños hasta la 1 am. Areas de oportunidad: poco personal, atebcion limitada y no muy agradable. Poca veriedad en alimentos. Instalaciones descuidadas.

El hotel bastante descuidado, las habitaciones súper confusas, las regaderas en las habitaciones llenas de moho, la comida no es ni buena ni variada, los camastros al rededor de las albercas no son suficientes, los snacks súper simples, el entrenamiento ni fu ni fa, las barras de bebida siempre tuvieron mil de fila, las canchas y el minigolf súper deteriorados.. realmente no le vi nada rescatable, no lo recomiendo y no volvería.

Muy buen servicio por parte de todo el personal, las habitaciones están limpias, pero huelen a humedad, había fugas de agua en regaderas e inodoros, algunos televisores no se veían bien. Hay varias albercas pero falta más limpieza en ellas. No hay mucha variedad en las comidas.

Terrible, el hotel deplorable y sucio, casi cayéndose, la habitación llena de animales y cacas de palomas, las camas con chinches, la atención pésima y la comida malísima, de los 3 días que pagué solo estuve 1 porque honestamente parecía película de terror.

Pictures on web site do match with the hotel. Check in was very slow. Key, tv remote and a/c was broken and put together with tape. Bathroom windows were broken in the shower area. Humidity kept going in the room so a/c hard to keep up Literally had to hang toilet paper on the window so, the rooms next to would not be able to see in as we shower. There were lizards insides our room. The out side of oit room had some type of bug build up on the wall it was huge. The hotel in general needs a lot of up keep. Buffet was very poor. Not many variety of food. Drinks poorly made in bar areas. Any question I asked for information I would be directed to the lobby whic was very very far from room and down hill. And every time i made it to the lobby theyy would tell me they didn't knkw and direct me somewhere else and sometimes it would be very very far up hill. Definitely this is not a hotel I would come back to. It needs a lot of work when it comes to the building it self and it doesn't seem like they are doing anything to improve it. I did take pictures of everything if needed.

El hotel es viejo y eso no es lo malo, porque pudiera ser viejo, pero cuidado. Este hotel está descuidado y pareciera que el personal ya se acostumbro a ver las cosas rotas, paredes sucias, con moho. El aire acondicionado dejo de funcionar a las 10 de la noche, a pesar de reportarlo no nos dieron opciones de solución, hasta que tuvimos que sugerir nosotros la solución del cambio de cuarto. A las habitaciones tanto interior como exterior les falta mucho mantenimiento. No hay WiFi en las habitaciones, solo en ciertos lugares como el comedor, alberca y recepción, e incluso ahí falla muy seguido. El personal es sumamente atentos y amables desde recepcionistas hasta los que hacen mantenimiento, camareras, meseras. La comida, como las cenas buffet son más o menos aceptables, los desayunos excelentes.

En el check in nos demoraron 3:30 horas en unas habitaciones y 4:00 para que nos dieran las lleves para entrar a la habitación, hubo personal con actitud no adecuada en ingreso, egreso y comedor. Las habitaciones hubo contratiempos, en el grupo, una se salió el agua de la regadera a la habitación, otras las coladeras de la regadera era lento al igual que lavamanos, falta mantenimiento, regadera pared con hongos, personal check out con pesima actitud, no nos brindaban información solicitada, excelente atención tirolesa, snacks, serbivio bebidas, diversiones.

En el check in nos demoraron 3:30 horas en unas habitaciones y 4:00 para que nos dieran las lleves para entrar a la habitación, hubo personal con actitud no adecuada en ingreso, egreso y comedor. Las habitaciones hubo contratiempos, en el grupo, una se salió el agua de la regadera a la habitación, otras las coladeras de la regadera era lento al igual que lavamanos, falta mantenimiento, regadera pared con hongos, personal check out con pesima actitud, no nos brindaban información solicitada, excelente atención tirolesa, snacks, serbivio bebidas, diversiones.

La experiencia fue buena en términos generales tomando en cuenta el costo del hotel. La comida aunque no es variada es buena, la habitación estaba limpia, eso sí, no había agua caliente en la regadera. Los meseros y trabajadores son amables, aunque se ven rebasados por la cantidad de gente, de tal forma que para un trago en el bar hay que hacer filas de entre 10 a 30 minutos, 40 minutos en el bar de la playa. El hotel no tiene acceso directo a la playa, hay que cruzar la carretera que afortunadamente está señalizada y por lo general los conductores son empáticos y te dejan pasar. El segmento de playa del hotel está parejo, desafortunadamente hay pocas sombrillas para uso de los clientes. Recomiendo el hotel si tú estancia es corta, no quieres desembolsar mucho dinero y no te importa hacer filas par las bebidas o comida.

Casi todo excelente como siempre, lo que no me gustó fue que no informaran a las plataformas de reservas o incluso en su página que no tienen playa por el momento por la construcción de un malecón.

El hotel no es apropiado para personas mayores, se tiene que caminar largas distancias, subir y bajar muchos escalones, incluso en plantas bajas. Para el pues no se puede pedir mucho, pero creo que si tienen mucho que mejorar.

Muy buen servicio por parte de todo el personal, las habitaciones están limpias, pero huelen a humedad, había fugas de agua en regaderas e inodoros, algunos televisores no se veían bien. Hay varias albercas pero falta más limpieza en ellas. No hay mucha variedad en las comidas.

Las instalaciones y comida excelente, muy rico el bufete tanto en horario de desayuno , comida o cena, las bebidas muy ricas y los snacks muy ricos en especial los que están en la playa, el personal muy amable. Me viera gustado más facilidad para reservar en el restaurante de comida a la carta, ya que solo está abierto lunes , miércoles y viernes y solo en horario de 7 a 11am se podía hacer reservación en el mismo restaurante, un día antes está complicado uno está de vacaciones, se levanta tarde y tener que ir personalmente hasta allá, creo con llamar por teléfono seria suficiente. Si lo recomiendo y claro que regreso 😃

Air conditioning in our area worked well, disliked the room conditions: smelled like mold, shower tile slippery, wall paint was cracking and falling off. Pre-checkin was at 12pm, & when we actually went to check in at 3pm our room numbers totally changed were given rooms they did not ensure enough space for all of our family members. We booked 3 seperate rooms, we requested help for an elderly adult that needed assistance becoming of stairs and they had no easy access. Gave us rooms too high up that did not accommodate. Food was okay, very limited, alot of repetitive foods from all day. Dry noodles for kids, & quesadillas.
