La alberca está muy chiquita, y para accesar al mar tienes que salir del hotel e irte hacia el lado izquierdo donde se encuentra el acceso, pero este no es parte del hotel, es independiente. La atención del personal fue muy buena, el desayuno estaba muy rico.

Me hospede con mi familia, hotel en buen lugar, limpio, instalación adecuadas, único Malo que no tiene playa y la alberca que tiene el agua está muy helada. Llevaba a mis 2 niños pequeños y no pusieron meterse. Debería tener caldera para tenerla a temperatura ambiente o a temperatura agradable para poder meterse. El desayuno, algo bien, les falta variedad y cantidad se les acaba muy pronto por la cantidad de personas hospedados y la máquina de café no funcionaba Para ser un hotel de prestigio deberían tener equipos funcionando. Gracias

Looks like its on the water when it has a vacant lot behind them. No beach access. Our first room had alot of mold on the ceilings. Also its not in a tourist area. We we were disappointed.

We were able to check in very early, which helped because I was having surgery at the hospital, so my partner was able to come back to the room to wait for me.The windows don't open, which is the same for many hotels, but I prefer being able to sleep with open windows.

The property is dated and could use some renovations but within walking distance of dining and shopping. No swimmable beach but a nice clean pool area. Staff was excellent even with our limited Spanish. Room and breakfast area were clean and comfortable. We had a car but could see that taxi and bus service was close by.

Informe a la recepción y la Gerente se limitó a que podían ser “llamadas de extorsionistas”, y que lo reportaría. Yo insistí en que esa información solo puso salí de su propio personal, y ella lo negó. Decidimos salirnos por obvias razones; el hotel rechazó dar reembolso por solo una de las otras cuatro noches que no ocupamos.

Room 209 was a terrible experience. The shower leaks, and water actually started seeping up through the floor. To make matters worse, we found a poodle in the room when we arrived. We informed the front desk, and a manager came to inspect the water, asking if we had spilled anything ourselves, clearly not the case. The room was dirty, smelled of mold, and the furniture was falling apart. They also overcharged my credit card $167 instead of the $107 I had paid through Expedia. Although they did issue a refund after I pointed it out, it felt dishonest and makes me wonder how often this happens. If you’re paying at the hotel, double-check your charges. I can’t recommend this place, and I truly don’t understand how it qualifies as a 3-star hotel.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba y hacia mas calor dentro del cuarto que fuera, quise llamar a recepción y el teléfono del cuarto tampoco funcionaba por lo que baje a recepción y no me dieron solución, pedí un ventilador y tuve que volver a bajar porque la chica en recepción no le importo y no lo mandaba, hasta se molesto porque lo pedí. En resumen, no vuelvo a hospedarme ahí.

Aber weder Salz noch Pfeffer? Leider funktionierte auch unsere Klimaanlage nicht. War das wirklich vorher nicht bekannt? Wir bekamen dann ein anderes Zimmer. Das Hotel wirbt damit umweltfreundlich zu sein. Zu dem überschaubaren Frühstück gibt es jedoch ausschließlich wegwerf Geschirr.

The mattresses are rock hard. The rooms could use a renovation. Daily there was a sewer smell in the bathroom/room. The breakfast wasn’t great. The coffee was good though.

El desayuno podría haber sido mejor, tienen aparatos para preparar café pero todo apagado. Solo san Nescafé, deberia por el precio ser un desayuno de mejor nivel.

Me hospede con mi familia, hotel en buen lugar, limpio, instalación adecuadas, único Malo que no tiene playa y la alberca que tiene el agua está muy helada. Llevaba a mis 2 niños pequeños y no pusieron meterse. Debería tener caldera para tenerla a temperatura ambiente o a temperatura agradable para poder meterse. El desayuno, algo bien, les falta variedad y cantidad se les acaba muy pronto por la cantidad de personas hospedados y la máquina de café no funcionaba Para ser un hotel de prestigio deberían tener equipos funcionando. Gracias

The only thing I did not like is that I made my reservation to pay at the property and they charged at my reservation card before Check in. I wanted to use a different card to pay (that is why I did my reservation to pay at the property) and they already made the decision without my authorization. I did not like it!

The person from the front desk was very rude and feels like the owner from the hotel, no want to give me another towel for my hair claiming that was one towel per person even though I stay in a bedroom for 4. Then when check in she didn’t gave us the keys activated and make us to go to the line like just new clients.
