Es la primera vez que visito Mazatlán, y el Hotel está en una zona muy tranquila, con todos los servicos accesibles. Muy agusto la estancia en el Hotel, con la alberca climatizada. Muy agradable ya que tiene muchos arboles que te hacen sentir fresco y relajado.

This was the perfect place for my family to stay on our trip to see the eclipse. The hotel is great for families with younger children. They loved swimming at the pool every day, and the shallow pool was perfect for my youngest. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the workers made sure to accommodate my wife's allergies to pinto beans. The bed was the only bad thing about the place, it was very hard. But the location is great, just a short walk to the beach, and lots of great dining options. We had a wonderful stay.

El hotel esta viejo, nos salió MUCHO mas caro reservar por la aplicación, la televisión nunca sirvió, nos entregaron las habitaciones muy tarde y sin sábanas, el personal con muy mala atención, las dos noche que pasamos no pudimos descansar ya que había muchísima gente en la alberca y con música a muy alto volumen; intentamos cancelar nuestra reservación pero ni el hotel ni la aplicación nos lo permitieron. La ubicación del hotel es buena, incluye estacionamiento pero en lo general NO lo recomiend.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación. Justo a media cuadra del hotel sales a la playa por un callejón. Alrededor tienes muchas opciones para comer, desde tacos, hamburguesas, cafeterías, cadenas, es muy buena zona porque además es muy segura. El desayuno que ofrecen es americano, te sirven machaca, huevos, frijol, chilaquiles, jugo, café y una pieza de pan, para los niños es lo mismo pero sin chilaquiles. El hotel ya tiene sus años, le falta una renovación en los baños pero se encuentran súper limpios y amplios, el agua caliente sale rapidísimo. Los cuartos de la plata alta cuentan con balcón y son muy amplios. Si requieres secadora de cabello la debes solicitar. El personal siempre atento y amable. La alberca es pequeña pero está limpia y cuidada. Lo único que creo que deben mejorar urgentemente es la wifi. Por la noche se descansa bastante bien.

Las instalaciones bien, en cuanto a su precio, la recepción al llegar nada amable, todo lo contrario, casi una hora para ingresar porque según no le aparecía la reservación y en ese tiempo nos toco ver cómo se ponía a hablar de los huéspedes que llegaban, 0 ética en ese sentido, el baño estaba sucio, tenía papel sucio y mojado atrás de la puerta y el espejo también estaba sucio junto con el lavamanos, y tampoco tenían toallas para la alberca, que porque se les acabaron según, si volvería por el lugar en que está ubicado pero que pongan atención en esos detalles.

Room was really dirty, sheets dirty with food and blood stains on it, mold stains. Not good at all. I did not dare to eat the breakfast... I have stayed in many hotels, some 2 stars but that was the worst. We only tolerated it because we were there for the eclipse, but do not recommend

The only two things good about this property were the fact that the room was clean (the first night I was there) and that it was 200 feet from the beach. Other than that, hotel staff was not helpful when I said the phone was broken. There is no fridge or coffee pot in the room, power went out twice and water went out once. The room was fairly large with a balcony and that was nice and it's located right in the main tourist area. But they give you a bracelet to ID guests who have breakfast included or not. The bracelet to me is a risk factor since you have to leave it on during your stay and strangers will know where you are staying based on the bracelet you have to have on. I'd definitely recommend changing that. Bathroom wasn't cleaned after my first night staying. Room wasn't swept. Bed was made but not much else was done.

La recepción estuvo bien, solo que en la habitación se produjo un ruido que parecían venir de las tuberías, demasiado ruido por la noche. El personal de limpieza empezó a hacer mucho ruido desde las 6:30 de la mañana y hablaban muy alto sin respeto a los huéspedes.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación. Justo a media cuadra del hotel sales a la playa por un callejón. Alrededor tienes muchas opciones para comer, desde tacos, hamburguesas, cafeterías, cadenas, es muy buena zona porque además es muy segura. El desayuno que ofrecen es americano, te sirven machaca, huevos, frijol, chilaquiles, jugo, café y una pieza de pan, para los niños es lo mismo pero sin chilaquiles. El hotel ya tiene sus años, le falta una renovación en los baños pero se encuentran súper limpios y amplios, el agua caliente sale rapidísimo. Los cuartos de la plata alta cuentan con balcón y son muy amplios. Si requieres secadora de cabello la debes solicitar. El personal siempre atento y amable. La alberca es pequeña pero está limpia y cuidada. Lo único que creo que deben mejorar urgentemente es la wifi. Por la noche se descansa bastante bien.

Excelente servicio y amabilidad. Me hospedé a fin de observar el eclipse, y no esperaba que nos regalaran lentes, pero así lo hicieron. Desayuno bueno y personal muy amable.

Ofrecen spa y no tienen el desayuno no cuentan con restaurante te lo dan en la alberca y no es bufet es lo que hacen del día las instalaciones sucias con telarañas muy antiguas Moo en el baño desde el primer día nos queríamos ir no quisieron dar Debolucion me cobraron un servicio que no tenían que es externo la verdad el desayuno y el personal 10/10 el hotel y sus políticas es lo que no deja nada que desear y no está donde dice está lejísimos de las letras unos 2.5 km sinceramente todo una mentira lo que ofrece

Very cute, clean, authentic, local place to stay with excellent breakfast, great for family, nice patio/pool area without the extras at the larger hotels. Easy access to local beach front, and walkable to nearby restaurants and shopping.

Room was really dirty, sheets dirty with food and blood stains on it, mold stains. Not good at all. I did not dare to eat the breakfast... I have stayed in many hotels, some 2 stars but that was the worst. We only tolerated it because we were there for the eclipse, but do not recommend

The only two things good about this property were the fact that the room was clean (the first night I was there) and that it was 200 feet from the beach. Other than that, hotel staff was not helpful when I said the phone was broken. There is no fridge or coffee pot in the room, power went out twice and water went out once. The room was fairly large with a balcony and that was nice and it's located right in the main tourist area. But they give you a bracelet to ID guests who have breakfast included or not. The bracelet to me is a risk factor since you have to leave it on during your stay and strangers will know where you are staying based on the bracelet you have to have on. I'd definitely recommend changing that. Bathroom wasn't cleaned after my first night staying. Room wasn't swept. Bed was made but not much else was done.

This was the perfect place for my family to stay on our trip to see the eclipse. The hotel is great for families with younger children. They loved swimming at the pool every day, and the shallow pool was perfect for my youngest. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the workers made sure to accommodate my wife's allergies to pinto beans. The bed was the only bad thing about the place, it was very hard. But the location is great, just a short walk to the beach, and lots of great dining options. We had a wonderful stay.
