Great hotel for families, very attentive staff, nice warm swimming pool and a great breakfast offering. One watch-out, the nearest offsite Parking is called "Estacionamiento Recreo", it\'s 1.5 blocks away. Do not park there. They robbed items from our car which we never got back. Note the Parking is not affiliated to the Hotel at all.

The Hacienda is in a great location just a short distance from almost all the places you might want to visit in San Miguel. There have valet parking for $350MX/night and a full breakfast is included. The courtyard is beauty and has ample seating both covered and for sun worshippers by the lovely pool. We had two rooms and both were large and quiet and had very nice bedding. The rooms and bathrooms are quite outdated, however, and our second floor room got pretty stuffy without air conditioning, although the two ceiling fans made a big difference and usually by an hour after sundown the temperatures are great. I do think the rooms could use a makeover, but overall we were happy with our stay.

El hotel está lindo, solo los colchones no son tan cómodos, están viejos y la base tmb . Lo del estacionamiento te tardan 15 a 20 minutos en traer tu carro. Si puedes caminar está perfecto porque todo está cerca, el desayuno incluido, solo atiende una persona. Y solo tienen dos opciones a elegir.

El lugar es limpio, muy bonito, el desayuno estaba bien. Es muy centrico, la piscina esta bien muy limpia. Subi a la azotea y tiene muy buena vista y perfecta para ver la puesta del sol. Muy amable la gente. Tienen un arreglo con un estacionamiento que se encargan de llevarse y traer el carro cuando lo necesites. Amplia la habitacion y muy bonita. Lo recomiendo

The hotel grounds were impeccable and so beautiful. The rooftop view was fantastic! The staff was great. The room needs an upgrade as it was so dated. The bed was great for us. We did have issues with having enough hot water for showers in unit 18.I did see other reviews make the same comment. We let the staff know ant checkout . Again it was just a minor inconvenience. I would stay here again.

The hotel has great charm and is just close enough to the main square of SMA. I don't know how old the hotel is but it's definitely from another era. And that does come with a slight trade off. You're not likely to find USB plugs in the wall outlets. And the water has to run for a while to get hot. But that's a trade off that I had no issue with to feel like I was being transported to another period in time. It's one of the more beautiful compounds I've stayed at. Small and well kept. Also, the beds are nice and firm without being like a board. All of my sleep was very restorative.

The first 2 nights, the water was great but it was barely lukewarm the last 2 days. I could never get anyone to get my bag, so after waiting 50 minutes, I tried to bring them down myself. One bag fell down the steps and is noy broken.

Hacienda de Las Flores is a beautiful hotel, centrally located, just two blocks from El Jardin. What I loved most was how quiet it was. Gael who works at the Front Desk has the sweetest personality and was very kind and helpful, as were the two women who also work at the Front Desk. Breakfast was very good. A nice option would be to have coffee available for guests, before breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m. The garden area is pretty and the rooftop views are spectacular. My only dissatisfaction / complaint is the mattress in the Basic Room absolutely needs to be replaced. It was uncomfortable to sleep on and completely sagged on one side. Also the lighting needs to be improved in the room...it was dark.

Beautiful hotel very well located. San Miguel de Allende is my favourite place in Mexico on a 7 week trip from the UK. Very comfortable room , helpful staff , lovely pool area. Close to some wonderful bars and restaurants but also very peaceful . Would definitely recommend

My room was large, comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed my stay immensely. I was there the first week in August and it’s hot out. Unfortunately, the pool water is quite warm too so a dip isn’t as refreshing as I’d like but hey, there was a pool right outside my room and it was lovely to look at and to sit by too.

This is a lovely property with beautiful gardens and a pool. We stayed 3 nights and loved having a standard suite with a kitchen. It was easy walking to the plaza and sites to see. Great places to eat close by. We will stay here again.

Great hotel for adults, not really for kids. Dining room didn’t feel like vacation or Mexico vibe. The dining room felt like you were in an office, very quiet and almost uncomfortable. Very unwelcoming. They also run out of options quickly for breakfast so make sure you get there early.

El desayuno no es bueno, se tardan mucho en atenderte y en servirte, además, las porciones son pequeñas. Yo había considerado este punto como determinante para hospedarme ya que el que un hotel incluya el desayuno es un punto de ventaja ante otros hoteles sobre todo en la zona de San Miguel Allende, pero falló en este aspecto. Otro aspecto importante a considerar es que no incluye estacionamiento.

This was a quaint and well located hotel and exactly what we needed. The pool is heated and there is a very lovely courtyard to relax in. We also really loved the breakfast on site.
