El hotel ya tiene sus años y se nota. Si bien está limpio y el personal es amable, hay detalles: por ejemplo en uno de nuestros cuartos no había agua caliente en la mañana, en el otro la presión de agua era bajísima. Luego, la foto de la piscina que se ve en la página web es engañosa. En la foto se ve una piscina amplia, en realidad es una piscina pequeña en la que el agua estuvo turbia los tres días que estuvimos en el hotel.

Te cobran el estacionamiento, es la primera ves que nos hospedamos en un hotel que tienes que pagar por el estacionamiento. Las bebidas muy malas , tienen hora feliz en el bar y su tequila es pésimo. Tienen una mesa de billar y te cobran por hora por el uso . Tienen piscina pero el jardín está infestado de moscos, estuvimos por 5 minutos y tuvimos que entrar al hotel porque estábamos todos picoteados.

Te cobran el estacionamiento, es la primera ves que nos hospedamos en un hotel que tienes que pagar por el estacionamiento. Las bebidas muy malas , tienen hora feliz en el bar y su tequila es pésimo. La verdad es una maravilloso el Hotel realmente bonito..Solamete el trato no me gusto al 100 ya que la habitación fueron muy cuadrados y hasta las 3 me la dieron...Se que asi es..Pero no es la primera vez que viajo y en otros hoteles si llegas a la 1 te la Dan...Pero bueno nada de gravedad lo que si NO LE GUSTO...Fue que.le cobraran el Estacionamiento...TACHEEEE....muy pero muy mal y nada barato $150 por noche...

En general estaba descuidado todas la áreas no se me hizo padre que cobraran estacionamiento por dejar tu coche en el hotel y la alberca tenía el agua muy muy sucia y fría cuando escogimos aquí por qué decía tener alberca climatizada. En general está bien situado en San Miguel de Allende. Pero estaba muy descuidado.

En general estaba descuidado todas la áreas no se me hizo padre que cobraran estacionamiento por dejar tu coche en el hotel y la alberca tenía el agua muy muy sucia y fría cuando escogimos aquí por qué decía tener alberca climatizada. En general está bien situado en San Miguel de Allende. Pero estaba muy descuidado.

The bathroom was extremely dirty, you can see, that they didn’t clean the toilet, for years The carpet was with a lot of stains, the two beds had different duvet cover, and they looked very odd, as the same as the towels They had a party in the garden of the hotel, and, you couldn’t sleep until, one in the morning It was not a pleasant stay at all

A pesar de que reservé con más de un mes de anticipación y reconfirmé dos días amtes, las habitaciones no estaban listas al hacer check in. Una habitación estaba sucia: sábanas con cabellos y sucias. El apagador de luz principal no funcionó. Puerta del baño no cerraba. Puerta de la regadera no cerraba, una de las jaladeras está oxidada y el agua de salió y escurrió hacia el lavabo pero no hacia la coladera dentro del baño. No había toallas. No hay extractor para la regadera e inodoro. Los “amenities” del baño son de cuarta categoría. Faltaba uno de los dispensadores del papel de baño faltaba, pero la tornillería si estaba. El otro dispensador tenía la tornillería expuesta. El espejo del baño viejo, hay evidencia alrededor del vidrio y n le falta uno de los soportes. El segundo día, a las 4:00 pm aún no habían limpiado la habitación.

Perfect location, but one of the staff members at the reception area was nasty. They charged us for the parking lot, which we thought was included - a bad surprise. The room's carpet didn't look clean enough, and the bathroom had a terrible odor due to the lack of strainer covers.

La alfombra de la habitación estaba más que sucia. Llegue al hotel cerca de las 10pm por lo que llegué a dormir, al día siguiente mis hijos estuvieron caminando descalzos en el cuarto y sus pies terminaron como si hubieran estado caminando en la tierra. Se reportó con la gerencia y nos ofrecieron amablemente desayuno de cortesía ya que solo estuvimos una noche. Sin embargo, es lamentable que no se aspiren las alfombras y se les dé un mantenimiento periódico. la tierra en los pies da a entender que no se han lavado ni aspirado en un buen tiempo.

Our experience at this hotel was mixed. While the room was spacious (we had a junior suite) and the location was near enough to the main city center, this is not a well run hotel. We struggled to get sheets and blankets despite asking multiple times (it never came). The room keys consistently didn’t work. The shower didn’t drain properly and almost flooded. The toilet clogged. There is a pool, but it’s ice cold and not cleaned. And the concierge desk was empty most of the time and the front desk was not helpful. WiFi was choppy and slow. I had to do a work call and it kept cutting in and out. As other reviews have previously suggested, the place needs a facelift to say the least and a change in Management. We loved our stay in San Miguel, a gorgeous city, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

La relación calidad / precio vale la pena solo si obtienes descuento. Es un buen hotel al que se siente que le empiezan a pesar los años. El personal es extremadamente atento y eso es muy bueno. Noe gusto que servicios como su mesa de billar deberían ser gratuitos para huéspedes dado que no hay muchas otras amenidades. Buffet extremadamente caro para lo que es.

Biggest issue were the paper thin doors. We got awaken several times due to noise. One time by people playing pool at 7:30 am and another because of karaoke night at 10pm. Plus people walking down the hallway. 2 times they did not leave enough towels. No fridge and no coffee on the room.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. I had a junior suite which had a bit of an odd configuration so I never ended up using the seating area. The furnishings were a bit old. The room was quite dark even with all the lights on. Two days in a row I had to ask for towels because even after cleaning they left none. The hotel is about an 18 minute walk from the main square. There are also buses that pass right in front of the hotel. The cost is 8 pesos.

Todo bien a excepción del check in, una persona de recepción muy gentil me dijo ya que había llegado antes de las 3pm que volviera a las 2 PM que ya estarían desocupaneo habitaciónes y estarían limpias, llegué a esa his y otra persona de recepción muy odioso me dijo que no, cuando yo vi que si salían varios huéspedes temprano de la habitación, no deberían hacer eso uno viene de lejos viajando, cansado

The staff were very attentive, on the last day I forgot my backpack which had a lot of valuables and they kept it for me until I was able to go get it. I truly appreciate that from them. I truly did love this hotel.

When our room wasn’t right Karina made it right. She has awesome customer service, moved us to a larger room that was on the first floor and suited our needs and helped us with anything we needed. The hotel is in a great location near an interesting part of San Miguel with many restaurants and shops steps away. Comfortable with restaurant within and next door yo a sports bar where we could watch our NFL team play . Staff all helpful and friendly. Nice pool and outdoor spaces.

Housekeeping was a little lacks. No soap in our room at check in & only one hand towel. They did supply them upon our request though. Room was very dim. Needed more light fixtures. Breakfast was a great option with full complement of items including made to order omelets. Location is very convenient for touring.

le hace falta remodelacion en los baños, los acabados son muy antiguos, y deben mejorar el servicio de meseros es lo que ha fallado desde hace tiempo, muy lento el servicio y les hace falta entrenamiento al personal, a uno de los capitanes va de un lado a otro sin concretar nada.

The room was clean and comfortable but outdated. The shower switched to colder and hotter by itself which was irritating. We ordered room service, and the soup was very good, but the tacos were terrible. The front desk service and concierge/bellboy's service were outstanding.

La comida del restaurante muy cara y muy mala. Te cobran estacionamiento diario considerando que eres huesped. Eso no dice cuando reservas. Remodelaron la fachada pero los cuartos se siguen viendo viejos. Un dia ni toallas dejaron tuvimos que ir a pedirlas. Nadie te pregunta como esta el servicio. Se escucha mucho el ruido de afuera en los cuartos. Lo unico bueno es la ubicación. No volveremos

I got an executive suite room for myself and my 5 year old son. I got a standard double bed room for my mom and younger brother (19). We were there for a week and found the location to be perfect. For the past decade, I had been staying at hotels steps away from the Jardin (town square) but found this location to be ideal in proximity to many restaurants, my family members homes, and easy to get taxis/on the bus. My son loved the pool and playground on the premise. It was raining throughout our week there (as it usually does in June) but found some sunny time to enjoy the pool. We loved that our room had more space than we usually get closer to the town square - we could bring back food and eat at our table if we wanted along with a mini fridge to keep some drinks stocked. Staff was very helpful in informing us about the amenities and anything we needed. I only used the gym once to squeeze a run in on the treadmill which was fine. Overall, we loved the hotel and our stay in SMA :)

Hotel was pretty nice except that during the breakfast buffet a huge cockroach was running under our table and got on my wife’s foot so ruin the whole breakfast. Staff just run to pick a broom and pan dust to pick it up.
