Amazing location and amenities but very mismanaged for my fourth stay having same issues. Breakfast in executive club VIP level runs out of food in buffet and not restocked. Same with appetizers at happy hour. Breakfast at pool level restaurant didn’t charge me correctly by not giving coffee included in entrees I ordered. Super slow service on getting table set with silverware and menus. Takes forever also at bar service to get a drink. Room charge credit account not given receipts when charged which isnt right so I can verify charges at checkout. The total was more than printout for itemized charges and had to be adjusted by hand written total. Food inconsistent and had piece of plastic in buffet line food tray nearly eaten by my girlfriend. I keep on going back because staff is nice and amenities are great. Hope they can get it together eventually.

This is my favorite hotel and I travel to TJ 3 times per month and I have stayed in many, many hotels. The only thing I believe should improve is that the front desk should provide information all of the available restaurants, bars, VIP lauge on the 32 floor, the rom service restaurants has more options and it a diffent restaurant than than the other two , that there are special buffets for dinner and brunch on weekends. This hotel has so much to offer but people dont know unless you are very talkative like me so other staff members tell you about these options.
