Great staff at the hotel lobby, like Robert, Oscar & Juan Carlos to name a few. Very clean property, parking lot security is very safe. Pablo, parking lot attendant is very helpful with the rest of the team for vehicles to be watched 24/7 while you stay at this awesome property. I’ll definitely continue to stay here when visiting, Tijuana.

Always great service, but almost always something in the room not working. This trip, it was the TV and the in room safe. When no one could get the safe to work, they very kindly moved me to a different (bigger) room. As often happens here, the bathrooms smell of sewer gas. At the latest price $150-$199 USD per night, it has become overpriced.

We we’re welcome at the door and they help with our luggage, check in was very fast. We needed a accessible room for my hubbies wheelchair and the room was incredibly big, bathroom was very spacious and clean.

The hotel and room had a musky smell. Also the air conditioning unit is capped off at a certain degree. So I was not able to get my room cool to sleep as I like it. Ran a little warm.

Heater won’t work room 509 ,coffee maker in the room won’t work TV fails out the bracket by itself. I called the front desk and they sent somebody in arranged all the TV rest everything cleaning it’s good service is good.

We arrived 2pm and asked if we could check in early. The front desk said yes and that they were getting a room ready for me. 3pm came and I asked if I could just check in regularly. They said it would be another 30 minutes before a room was available. I had my family with me and told them that we had been patiently waiting since 2pm and 30 minutes was far too long. They were able to get me a room around 3:20pm. They did apologize for the inconvenience but the fact that other people were checked in without a reservation before us really ruined the trust. Also the casino is a scam

Stafff is incredible , rooms so clean u can eat off the floors ! Reception very professional and nice day in and day out . Our u can’t speak Spanish ask for Oscar he the ambassador of the hotel that will do anything for you to make your stay a delight!!!!!

I am amazed by the level of courtesy I was welcomed with by the staff. I didn’t have to ask for my VIP option but the receptionist checking me in told me himself and did everything to find me the best room available. The room suites are incredible. They are very clean and the amenities are top tier. I will make this hotel an immediate favorite.

By far the best staff I've encountered here in Mexico. Oscar is such an amazing host as you walk in & everyone on shift makes eye contact with you - almost like they're searching for a way to help you & make sure you know that you're seen as a guest.

Only place I stay In Tijuana due to hotel cleanliness, friendly staff, and proximity to everything whether its being downtown or medical facilities and literally a 1 minute drive to hotel once you enter Mexico through San Ysidro... also has an excellent buffett.

Overall my stay was good. The rooms look a little aged, but the rest of the hotel looked very decent. We enjoyed everything and the staff was/is top notch. I will stay there again. We had brunch on Sunday and the young lady that was singing was exceptional. Her beautiful voice made my day. A big thank you for who ever hired her.
