I had a wonderful stay at Quartz Hotel and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out for their friendliness and professionalism—they were always welcoming, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. The included breakfast was a great bonus, offering a solid variety of fresh and tasty options that made mornings easy and enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch and really elevated the experience, making it feel like more than just a place to sleep. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged for guest comfort. My room, in particular, was spotless—clean, fresh, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Overall, it was a comfortable, hassle-free stay with excellent service, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for top quality and convenience

This hotel is the best inTijuana ..quiet..clean..service is great.. food is good... we already planning to comeback in june for a longer stay.. their spa and pool is amazing

Great variety

The food was really good. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The gym has decent equipment, but 3 out the 4 treadmills were down the whole time I was there. I really like the place. I plan on booking another stay there again for my next visit.
