Great hotel, lobby, restaurant and bar are all really upscale. Pool was refreshing! Would stay here again.

The room door did not open, needed maintenance to come fix it. Late check in and early check out... could be better. Hotel needs some repairs. It was ok for the money

In general, the personel was very, very kind. The room was very clean as well. The restaurants are expensives and not have much variety comparing with Original Argentino Restaurant or Palermo Cucina restaurant. The swiming pool had the bridge broken. My husband got a lot of fleas bites on her back, arms and legs, after sitting on the chairs around the swiming poo for long periods of timel, the ones looking towards the K towel. The gym is kind of small and has only one yoga mat to use. I asked for two of those to have in the room, since my husband and I do yoga every morning, and we do not have enough space in the gym, but, the hotel doesnt have extra yoga mats. The SPA is extremelly expensive. We went to another place for half of the price at Plaza City towel
