The hotel was adequate overall, but unfortunately, there were several areas that fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, there were no towels in our room, and we had to go request them not once but twice. The cleanliness of the room could also have been better, as there was visible dust in the bathroom, including around the mirror area. Another concern was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, which made it feel quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. The experience felt rushed, and some of the food particularly the eggs and beans, was cold. While our stay was manageable, greater attention to cleanliness, room amenities, and the overall breakfast experience would make a significant difference. I hope management takes these concerns into consideration, as improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

I've been here before, shortly after this location first opened, and I've always loved it. I really like the design, the overall layout, and the atmosphere. I hadn't been back in quite a while, so it was nice to return and see that it still looks great. The only observation I have is that some of the furnishings and finishes are beginning to show normal wear from regular use. That's understandable, but as items become worn over time, they should be refurbished or replaced to keep the property looking fresh and well maintained. Other than that, everything else looks excellent, and I think the property is being maintained very well.
