Bien ubicada, cerca del aeropuerto de TJ. Un poco difícil encontrar lugar de estacionamiento a cierta hora ya que se comparte con el centro comercial y tiene un costo extra, bastante económico, $100 MXN por 24 hrs. Muchas opciones para comer y hacer compras.

I arrived around 1:45pm and they told me to comeback at 3:00pm to check in, when I came back at 2:50pm there was a line of people trying to check in. It took us almost an hour to get to our SMALLEST room I ever seen, then I called the receptionist to ask for a hair dryer and they said they would bring it and no one came they also charge us for parking. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

It was very good, except if you're a light sleeper don't stay here! The place across the street is super loud with people singing karaoke! The rooms are small and the walls paper thin so you hear everything going on and they do have a washer and dryer which is amazing but there's only one for the entire 6 floors!! Not cool! We would stay there again though because the area is super safe and nice, everything you need is there and more, it's fun and pretty. Staff is friendly and the free breakfast is amazing!! Overall 4 stars!

The restroom was very filthy. To the point where we didn’t even shower because it looks gross. The beds were dirty and had to have them come switch the blankets. The location is very convenient because it’s walking distance to the plaza but unfortunately the hotel needs to work on cleanliness.

Habitación cómoda, ubicado dentro de la plaza comercial, con lo cual hay muchas opciones de comida y entretenimiento a la mano y con mucha seguridad. A mejorar: la ventana de la habitación no se puede abrir, y el área del servicio de comedor y de recepción es demasiado básica y poco agradable. Muy buena y accesible opción para una estancia práctica y cómoda.

Super convenient, easy check-in Breakfast was not all of that, but it was great to have something before everything else opened up Staff was amazing and kind, we do not encounter any issues at all The shopping center was great, we had so many options to eat and shop at a walking distance After needing to return to Tijuana, we absolutely came back for a second trip that lasted a week and we booked this hotel again

When I made the reservation, I wanted two bags when I came to check in the person in the front desk gave me one bedroom and they told me that that’s all they have and they were being so rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never come back again.

Its a best place to stay in Tijuana, its on the mall and happening place. Only drawback between Thu to Sat, there is loud noise from the bar opposite to the hotel. Apart from the we enjoyed the stay, staffs are very friendly and breakfast was awesome. if youre coming for consular appointment I will highly recommend this place.

El hotel parece que está hecho de cartón todo se siente y se escucha en tu habitación, escuchas a las demás habitaciones, cuando entran y salen de su habitación, cuando entran al baño, se siente cuando mueven la cama y la cabecera de la cama se movía cada que la cama de la otra habitación se movía, en verdad súper terrible experiencia, no pude descansar bien en mi estancia. El desayuno no fue nada increíble, la fruta toda pasada, frijoles quemado, huevos crudos. No regresaría

Slow Check-in, you have to pay for parking, breakfast is included but is really basic. Only drink provided is coffee. The rooms are too small for the price. There is no hand lotion, if you need the iron, you have to go to reception and leave your ID with them. No tissue.

rooms are very small, bathroom very small . I wouldn't recommend this room for bigger people. other things to consider is to book the room at least an hour in advance since it won't reflect the reservation in their system till an hour later other than that is an ok hotel for the price
