Programe mi servicio al aeropuerto la noche anterior para las 6 am , dos veces pase a recepción durante la noche para confirmar, lo anotaron y en la mañana me dicen que de 6 a 7 am no tienen el servicio. Tuve que pagar un taxi y pagarlo de mi bolsa cuando yo por esa razón seleccione ese hotel por el servicio gratis al aeropuerto; si me hubieran dicho desde la noche que a esa hora no tienen servicio habría solicitado irme a las 5 am sin problema pero me confirmaron y después de su error debieron pagar el taxi o ofrecerme alguna solución

Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check out. The free breakfast was good and they also had buffet style breakfast for additional fee. Free transport to/from airport was a big plus.

Dirty pool

Very loud traffic noise and sirens. The hotel is located between two very loud streets near a hospital. The food was good. My breakfast was included and it was delicious and I appreciated having it available every morning. I notified the front desk on Tuesday that I would be checking out the following Friday instead of Saturday. I hoped they would refund the one night I was cancelling since I notified them early, but they did not refund me. I chose the hotel because of the airport shuttle; however, I waited at the airport for an hour and a half on a very windy, cold day. I would advise taking an Uber to avoid the hassle. The housekeeper was really sweet. I did not want her to clean every day, but she made sure to knock and check if I wanted water or fresh towels. Because of the road noise, I would request an inner room facing the pool.

Hotel has a great bar that is open Tuesday through Saturday. with Happy Hour 5-7pm. A nice and secure area to have drinks after a busy day. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Very at home feeling. Uber and Uber eats has a fast response time for service to this hotel. Thank you Palacio Hotel for Great service.

They only offer valet parking. No self parking.

El hotel está viejo pero cumple con necesidades El desayuno muy muy malo!! El “bufet” es muy pobre sin sabor y muy pocas cosas. Pedí a la carta después y tardaron más de 30 Min para un ommelet…. Solo había un mesero!!’ Ofrecen gimnasio y solo tienen 3 pares de pesas, los 3 aparatos que hay son súper antiguos las escaladoras no sirven y está sucio . No hay toallas ni agua !!! Mejor no ofrezcan ese servicio las fotos nada que ver con la realidad

Upon arrival, we were told the hotel had no running water, so we couldn’t shower or brush our teeth until late evening. Then the Wi-Fi in our room didn’t work. Despite several complaints, nothing changed, and even after being moved to another room, the Wi-Fi was still unusable. The only solution offered was to work or study in the lobby, and after insisting, we were finally allowed to use the business area. The parking situation was also inconvenient, valet only, meaning you must wait every time you need your car and tip each time. The included breakfast was just eggs and coffee and not appetizing. Overall, the hotel no longer reflects its former quality and feels more like an overpriced roadside motel. However, the staff remained polite and tried their best to help, and the valet attendants were always prompt and friendly despite the lack of management on duty.

This place is not clean!!! The bathrooms were super dirty! My family and I didn’t shower for the 2 nights that we stayed! Lots of noise at night!!! Just lots of noise around!! Every thing was just super super bad!! We stay in TJ almost every 3 months and we’ve never had a bad experiences like this one!! This isn’t a purposely bad review! It’s real talk! Think twice! Oh and front staff didn’t give my mom extra towels when she asked for some.

Check in was easy. They gave me a room on the 1st floor. Didn’t say there was construction so Saturday at 8am hammering and drills. The bath was discustingly dirty. Appliances were disconnected and the phone in the room didn’t even work.

They charged us the wrong amount and charges $6000 American money instead of pesos which flagged my bank and we had to call and the front desk denied but the bank told us that it was ran through for American money at $6000. Also check in took over an hour and then the keys did not work. The room that we were given was dirty there was hair everywhere. The water was brown limited towels definitely needs updating. And the room smelled like smoke. Also, the neighbor next to us was smoking cigarettes and all the smoke was coming under the joined door. Into our room.

The only downfall was that our room didn't have a fridge. Everything else was great! I will continue to stay at this location.

Mid room. Even for price its not worth it. No smart tv. Bad channel strength. Wifi is spotty. Shower is small and only works half the time. Staff is nice. Location is good.

Not my first stay. Had to be transferred to a different room because our door didn’t lock. Had to call customer service 5 times for this! Do NOT pay $25 for their buffet after 10am. Their pictures on website do NOT match what they serve you. We were HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Not only did they have few selections but the selections they did have were practically empty! Also, an employee told me there’s no difference in the early buffet/ the one that comes free with your reservation & the buffet they charge $25 for after 10am. I was told they’re 2 different kinds. Please do NOT waste your money! I did complain & whatever I wanted to eat at the buffet, they asked to cook to make it. I shouldn’t have to have that done but grateful they did that for my husband & I. Our room was clean but severely outdated. The beds are uncomfortable because they are so hard! They need to be replaced. We also had tiny pillows. If you pay for a Queen bed, prepare yourself for getting a Full size bed. Our bed was NOT a Queen sized bed at all. I would only stay here again if my go to hotel was booked. I pay a little bit more at the Grand Hotel but it’s worth it.

Its like they used paper for the exteriors walls. It was like i laid down on the sidewalk on a busy street. Wow, never heard street noise that loud ever. Seriously I even dreamed the road went through my room.

The hotel is currently undergoing a large renovation. It's very much needed and welcomed in order to keep up with today's current demands. The place got stuck in the 90's, to say it best. The location is ideal! Within walking distances of coffee shops, restaurants, quick eateries, and convenient stores. The location also sits within a few miles of nightlife activities, shops, and other ethic restaurants. The front desk staff could work on improving their customer relations, engagement, and interactions which would improve the stay of its guests. The onsite restaurant has good food with live music. The restaurant staff is their gem! Exceptional service and attentiveness to detail was quite refreshing after a long journey just to get there. Currently, in my humble opinion, the hotel is a 3 of 5 with lots of room to improve. Maybe the property's "facelift" will improve the morale and make guest's stays a lot more enjoyable.

I have stayed several times, the only issue I had this time was with the air conditioning where the controls weren’t work. I reported to the front desk twice and nothing was done. Phone wasn’t working but I was made aware of that when checking in.

As soon I check in the reception person was rude and she give me a card to go inside the room which doesn’t open because she mistake the room number I comback and let her know also the room was very small the clima doesn’t work at all the room was very cold we call to let them know and they bring a portable heater the doesn’t work , I grabe a tisue and the dispenser come out broken the only thing I like was the service at the buffets the people and the food was good and the vallet person we use the transportation to the airport was very nice person very professional.

Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. From the people at the valet parking, restaurant, and reception desk rudeness and bullying behavior towards my self and other guest. I will no be returning to this hotel in the future.

This property is very convenient, clean and very accommodating to your needs, they go beyond to make your stay comfortable.. and will even go get food if you arrive after hours.. I highly recommend this hotel, Omar was very very helpful to us Thank you for everything

La reserva traía desayuno incluido y cuando nos sentamos a desayunar, el mesero nos dice que si no teníamos cupón! No podíamos desayunar. Menos paramos de la mesa y fuimos a hacer checkout y le pregunté al chico de recepción q porque no nos habían dado los cupones de desayuno q se supone venían incluidos en la tarifa y me contestó que porque ya estábamos haciendo check out, a lo cual le tuve q responder que nos íbamos porque queríamos desayunar y fue muy incómodo cuando nos pidieron los cupones en el restaurante, a lo cual el recepcionista nos respondió en sus palabras: “ Q si le hubiéramos dicho antes nos los hubiera dado, pero como ya nos íbamos” le volví a decir que nos íbamos por esa razón a lo cual nos volvió a repetir la misma letanía, yo un poco frustrado le tuve que preguntar en específico q si nos podía dar los cupones para desayuno y así si nos quedamos en el restaurante, a lo cual el amablemente procedió a darnos los cupones. Una vez q estábamos sentados ya con el café y la comida, el mesero una vez más se acercó amable te a preguntarnos si nos habían explicado la dinámica del desayuno ? Le respondí q no y q si el me podía explicar, terminé pagando el desayuno después de que el gerente de AyB vino a explicarme cómo era el proceso del bufet y el desayuno americano. A ese punto ya estábamos súper molestos ya que ni nos dejaron desayunar y el desayuno se enfrió y encima tuvimos que pagar por el. Internet súper lento y habitación ya muy deteriorada.

Muy tardado check in

This hotel was not to my liking. When I booked the hotel for me and my son the room comes included with breakfast. So in the morning when we went down for breakfast the employees very rude saying that the room was just booked for one person and that the breakfast didn’t include everything in the bar, it only included an American breakfast. I just got up with my son and walked away. The room also comes with AC but the whole night they kept it hot, I kept putting the temperature down to cool down the room but it always kept going back to hot. I couldn’t sleep, I had to call them around 1:30 am so they can come and fix it, but it still didn’t do anything. Very disappointed in that hotel.

Great Service

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, pero el personal no es amable, los meseros en el restaurante desde el día 1 nos dieron mal servicio, como si nos hicieran un favor al atendernos, el desayuno incluído no es de su agrado atender, en recepción la señora mayor de cabello ondulado tardo 3 días en solucionarnos un tapón de baño y obviamente con malos gestos, solamente mejorar el trato al cliente porque el lugar está muy bien

I really like the location. There are a lot of coffee shops and stores at walking distance.

Lots to do in the area, heavy car traffic so not ideal for walking but we managed to get around on foot. Lots of good food and small shops

I had a great stay! Staff is always nice. I have an issue with my toilet. << I was fixed fast. The hotel was very clean. I started stay there a while back. I love the location. Many walkable locations. Safe.

Location near where I had to do business.

Rooms are bigger then most hotels rooms I've stayed in Tijuana. That being said rooms are dated but clean. Hotel location was great. Valet parking only sometimes it get a lil hectic coming and leaving.

I've stayed here several times and they always provide the best customer service. I recommended a thousand times. It is also close to downtown very convenient

We didn’t use the airport, shuttle, but as far as a breakfast, not organized, breakfast was cold. Choices for breakfast. Breakfast were pathetic.Waiter was not friendly. Waiter Did not explain anything.

All good but breakfast issue. The first day they asked us to pay for breakfast . They said because the one included in the hotel is American breakfast !!. That's so ridiculous.

Excellent customer service, the restaurant food is top quality with tables next to the pool. Overall was an excellent experience
