The room was tired, the hotel was run down. The breakfast room was lifeless, no atmosphere. Food was limited, eggs over cooked. Pancakes were undercooked. Could do with actual cutlery, plastic broke therefore to eat/cut food! Overall experience very poor. Travelled for 8days through BC/Alberta, most expensive hotel booked =worst experience overall.

The majority of the hotels in Golden are awful, and this one is no different. I don't know how Ramada lets them use the name. Hotels in Golden know they’ve got you if you’re transiting between provinces, cities. Be prepared to pay big prices, for so little.

There's no fan in the washroom, so it will be stinky if someone uses the washroom, the hotel facility is very old, it smells bad in the hallway. I did not find warm water, there's only a jar that you can get some cold water, not sure whether the water in the jar is from tap water, other hotels provides
