Holiday Inn Express Golden-Kicking Horse by IHG

Room is clean and breakfast is fantastic. Staff is friendly and helpful

The hot buffet breakfast was a welcome touch.

The hotel stunk of stale cigarette smoke despite the no smoking signs posted everywhere. Our clothing wreaked of it afterwards. We paid with our VISA at check in at 3pm and everything had been approved. At 10pm my family (which included 2 young children) were woken up by the front desk. They said somehow the computer system deleted our VISA information and they needed us to go back to the front desk to pay again. I told them we were all in bed already and would prefer to just do it all in the morning at checkout. However, they were very firm that we go downstairs and pay again immediately. We were very unimpressed with the hotel- especially waking our family up to repay in the night and having all of our belongings stink of stale cigarette smoke. My husband’s CPAP machine even stunk the next day.

Unfortunately the pool was closed but otherwise it was great.

Everything we needed for a great sleep and breakfast in the morning. Good beds good shower and workout equipment. Breakfast was a wonderful full meal so we could get on our way.
