Overpriced, charged for parking with a sea of vacant parking around it, charging for internet, it's an older facility, etc, but having to book for a time in the pool was too much. They rent it out to others for swimming lessons, come on? Give the place a miss.

Ill start with the positive, this place looks nice and fairly clean. Service desk were nice and helped when I left my room key in the room. The king suite had plenty of room and the beds werent uncomfortable. Now onto the negatives, the pool is small, and a third is roped off for private laps and then the rest of the pool was also always fool of people swimming laps, no room for our kids to play or swim without constantly bumping into lap swimmers. You also have to register a slot to swim (which I thought would keep it from getting pull, but that was not our experience). The TVs are not smart TVs so you cannot log in to any streaming services and you only get around 30 basic cable channels unless you want to spend $15 per movie on their "On-demand" section. They also had a special fathers day buffet which was $30 per adult and $20 per kid and it was the exact same type of buffet I have gotten for free at a holiday Inn express. Overall, it just wasn't family friendly. We ended up leaving a day early because all 3 times we went to the pool there was no where for our kids to even play as its not a large pool anyways and there were always at least 6 or 7 people swimming laps taking up the whole pool. (even though you were supposed to reserve the lap lanes people were just doing laps everywhere)

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff. When we asked about EV charging, we were told that they only provide charging for Tesla vehicles. When we explained that we were driving a different EV, the staff showed little willingness to help. Worse, instead of offering a solution, we were asked why we didn’t arrive earlier — which felt quite unprofessional and dismissive. Overall, the attitude was not welcoming, and we expected a higher level of service.

Room was clean. Huge space and comfy bed. It seems like they are under maintenance as some areas were off limits. The staff were nice and friendly. One thing to note is that the facilities such as the gym and the pool is also utelized by the Unionville community, it's not exclusive to the guests. I'd stay here agaojn.

The Staff is horrible esp. The night staff and even Day staff is horrible. Rudest people they have hired. No customer service skills atall, fire them all and hire better people. And the housekeeping sucks too, the rooms and toilets are not clean when u arrive everything is dirty in the toilet, and then you have to ask them to clean n its a whole hassle switching suites again n again. Horrible experience noway this is 4 star, this should be a 2 star hotel. Only the restaurant guys are nice and courteous.

Our room was dirty with dust on the ceilings and food splattered on the wall and ceiling. Couch cushions had food stains on them. The bathroom fan didn't work and they were large chips out of cupboards. Staff on the phone said breakfast would be added to our room, it wasn't and they rufused upon arrival.

Rooms were very dirty, first room had clogged shower drain and after switching rooms, there was a lot of garbage under the couch and beds. As an example, under one bed was a crusted baby milk bottle and under the other bed was a bottle cap with tissues and trash. House keeping did not really clean either of the rooms we stayed in.

The staff is amazing—kind, welcoming, and attentive. Rooms are big but dated. The bathrooms need an upgrade. The shower is a stand-up, glass wall with no door. So it leaks everywhere, all over the floor. I had to use 3 towels to soak it all up. There's also no water pressure, and the water stopped coming out twice while showering. Everything else about the hotel is great!

The hotel appeared nice from the outside. The lobby area was nice as well but could definitely use signage to direct guests to registration. The staff member that checked us in was very personable. Our room was on the third floor and that was where the illusion of the hotel fell apart. We got off the elevator and were greeted with disturbingly dirty hallway carpeting that as fraying and buckling clear down the length of the hallway. As for our room, it was clean and had a nice sitting area. The bathroom was small. The shelving in the bathroom was worn and dated with scrapes and scratches throughout. The last issue was the configuration of the beds. We had an odd shaped room with an angled window beside the furthest bed. There was no room at the end of the bed to actually step between the bed and window so I could draw the drape. I had to crawl across the corner of the bed to be able to draw the drape across the window. In all fairness, we didn’t visit many areas of the hotel so maybe it was just our floor that looked so shabby,

The hotel needs a refresh. The carpets are stained, the curtains are wrinkled and the place just has an odd smell. The curtains were hanging off the rod so they wouldn't completely close. The bathroom door opened inward right on the toilet. It was just ok.

Loved it so much we booked another night. We had the corner suite which the bedroom is totally closed off from rest of the room. There was a party going on right outside our door but the bedroom part was completely quiet so that was a relief. Wonderful gym and staff

Stayed there for 4 nights with family. Not really worth it to be honest. Looks very nice from outside but rooms are old and outdated. Beds were small for four people and water pressure was very low in the bathroom. I don’t understand why they claim pool is included since every time you wanna use it you must book in advance and walk up and down to reach there. Breakfast was not worth it with limited options. I wouldn’t go back in the future

Staff were really nice. Room was large and clean. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was amazing. I had the risotto with prawns, best ever. Hotel checked in with me to make sure I was happy with my room and if i needed anything, thats why I would say excellent all around. I would highly recommend it. I traveled alone for a wedding at a nearby golf course.

Room have enough space for 4 adults and very clean. Pool and gym were big and nice to have. Too bad the they close at 7pm in the weekends.
