Clean hotel in a good location for an overnight stay. For EV owners, charging stations are available at 2.40/hour and share energy between two vehicles. 15$ for 30% of my battery. Too expensive, difficult to use (application required) and very slow. I don't recommend this hotel to EV owners.

Great staff, easy location off the highway. We were given a free room upgrade and no issues having a crib setup in advance. Overall A+ EV charging isn’t free, which isn’t a big deal, but worth knowing, you’ll need an app etc etc.

We had 6 in our family and this was a perfect spot. The room was large with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. Breakfast was fantastic!! The pool was shut down for maintenance but arrangements had been made with the hotel across the parking lot. We were pleased.

Had a peaceful stay. Room was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Only one concern was the tables were not wiped down for new guests to sit and eat. Tables were dirty throughout breakfast. Not sanitary in my view.

Great location kids loved the pool. Only 1 thig was our room had a used toothbrush in the air/heat machine which shows me not the cleanest cleaners cleaning the rooms.

Hallway is under renovation , somehow the dust just blew to the room from the door gap, room was always dusty, you will be surprised every time when you open your room door. Front desk service is horrible. The only good thing were the room and bathroom are quite big

May be the walls are too thin in this place. I was talking on the phone around 10:30pm and I got a call from the front desk saying they have a noise complaint. All I did was on the phone with the airline and I do not even have the TV on. Since then, I feel like I will get a complaint every time I turn up the TV volume or work in my room. I work remotely sometime, and I will not book this place again.

The room was very large and spacious. It didn't really feel like a room, more like a full apartment. the TV was large, the beds were comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant room. One complaint: On both the bedside stand and the desk, most if not all of the electric outlets do not work because they are too loose. i am reviewing this as a visitor who has been coming to the Hampton Inns and Suites for about a decade. I have stayed in all 4 of their 2 queen suites, and I can attest that this electrical outlet problem has never been fixed, and exists in all of these rooms. I just bring an extension cord that has multiple outlets and USB slots too. That solves the problem, but it's annoying that this one problem has never been fixed. The free parking is adequate, the staff is polite and helpful, and all in all, it's a nice stay for a 3 star hotel. Is it perfect? No. But it's not a bad place to call home for a week or so.

The bathroom is small with insufficient towel bars or hooks. What makes it worse is the absence of any ventilation fan in the bathroom. Also the shower curtain rod is installed in a funny way that makes the shower curtain ineffective in blocking the water from spraying outside the tub. And don't count on the fridge to keep any perishable food. It's barely working and the food I brought was spoiled in the fridge.

Pull out bed was terrible. The extra blanket left for pullout was not a comforter, but just a blanket. Advertised to sleep 5, it does not. Might sleep 4, with 2 smaller kids. Did not seem like queen size pullout as advertised. My boys had their one shoulder on the very edge, and were touching shoulders in the middle. Rest of room was good. Lots of room in the living area.

Asked for a glass or plastic cup, staff said they did not have any. After explaining why I needed a glass or plastic up (need to clean retainers with polydent acid), they gave me two very dirty wine cups, which I refused. They then took the wine cups to the back (presumably to wash them) and then came back with plastic ups. The staff seem to focus on doing as little as possible for the client until forced. The entire interaction took 7 minutes of back and forth when it should have taken 30 seconds.

There were school kids staying at the property and they played hokey in the corridors for three of the four nights I stayed there. The management were nonchalant about this even though I complained about it. They said ‘security’ will take care of it. They did not. It is not a Hilton standard property. Avoid if possible.

Great hotel. Excellent breakfast. The only downside is the hotel staff came into our room even with a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. We specifically asked for no room service, but they still come in anyway. We noticed that they delivered fresh towels only with the do not disturb sign on.

I know what to expect when I book with Hampton Inn by Hilton. the Hampton Inn at Markham, Toronto, did not disappoint. I would stay there again if I were to return to the Toronto area. The only thing I didn’t like was that access to the property was via a convoluted route way around the back and then through an adjoining hotel property. Fortunately I had my Waze GPS to guide me to the entrance.

Great location—very close to 404 and 407. Close to First Markham Place with its cornucopia of eateries. Beds were comfortable. Washroom was small and somewhat dark. Liquid hand soap rather than a bar soap was a plus. The completely breakfast was very good. Staff was wonderful.

Wonderful location, room and amenities were great. Staff friendly and courteous. The breakfast was very good and it was a nice having coffee and hot water available in the lobby. It was also a bonus to be able to visit friends in the lobby area with the sofa and chairs.
