Amazing property. The rooms are nice, beds are comfy. The wellness centre is amazing!! Hot tub, cold plunge pool, swimming pool and yoga room were so nice we stayed an extra couple of nights so we could enjoy them. Resort vacation at a Ramada. Who knew! Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed one night in October. The hotel did not have very many guests (off-season) but all the amenities were still open so it felt like we had the whole hotel to ourselves. I swam in the heated pool and it was crystal clear. We stayed in the tower with a view of the golf course. You could see the highway but it wasn't loud on our patio or in the room. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Cute, simple, clean, and affordable sums up our trip. Our check in was easy and quick. The hotel has a resturant right on the grounds but is also located very close to other restaurants and is in walking distance to the South Okanagan Event Center where we were going to watch a concert so super convenient location. The rooms, pool, and parking are behind a gate which is unlocked by your room key providing a super safe atmosphere. The pool, hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna are in great condition, unfortunately we didnt get a chance to use them, but that was our fault. Checkout was fast and simple too. While its not right down town its still on one of the main roads. I would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness amazing! The staff friendly outgoing and polite. Looking forward to staying here again. Only downfall the pool bar/food was closed. Even though you could order from restaurant next to hotel (which staff and service was amazing too) Just more convenient if it was opened - you feel like you're on a resort! Great hotel! Cheers!

The rooms were very clean, and fresh, both in looks and scent. The staff were FABULOUS, and the hot tub was awesome! We loved the option to pre check in, which also gave us options to purchase an early check in (1pm) , or super early check in (11am) as well as late check out! We went for an event, and thankfully the event centre was basically right across the street- completely eliminating the need for us to find transportation! We loved this hotel, and will probably stay here everytime we are in Penticton!

I only requested one cleaning during our 3 nite stay and after the cleaning was done you could see the carpet wasn't vacummed and the shampoo was not checked and refilled. Unfortunately I was in the shower when I noticed there was NO shampoo. For such an expensive stay, it was very disappointing that everything was not top notch.

Property has nice pool area and new hot tub and cold plunge. Yoga and meditation space was closed to guests for the majority of the day which was disappointing since they touted it as a feature. Staff were nice enough. Housekeeping was terrible. Didn’t take away dirty glasses or replace with new, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no spare, but they did make the beds so that’s something.

The good: Clean and functional room, 2 large beds. Large bathroom. It is basically a large well kept motel. Easy to park. Not great: if you are allergic to pets, beware, while the room seemed clean my allergies acted up both nights and I suspect it was due to guests staying with animals, and dust mites in the bed covers.It is also overpriced for what it is.

The staff are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The property and room was amazing. Room looked newly renovated. Pool was nice, and warm. Large hot tub. I loved how the parking was behind a locked gate you had to use your key card to open. My biggest complaint is check in is very slow. I completed the pre check in forms and it still took 15 minutes to check in. People in front of me didnt fill in the forms took around 30 minutes.

Clean, comfortable rooms, good restaurant on-site with a patio, plenty of loungers at the pool, and even on a busy weekend we were always able to get a parking spot near our room. Walk across the street for Starbucks, liquor store. 10min walk to Okanagen Lake and all it's restaurants/activities.

We were assigned a room at the back of the complex, which had a security gate entrance for parking. Very quiet as it was the opposite side from the main road. Nice clean new rooms with a small balcony overlooking the pool it's the second time staying at this hotel, and we will plan to stay there again.

My husband, 7 year old daughter & I loved this hotel so much! The pool was large so there was lots of space to spread out. We loved that Local Eatery was located right inside the hotel property so we always had a place to sit down & grab a bite when we were hungry. There are also lots of quick grab & go places across the street, which was helpful when we didn't feel like eating at a restaurant. The room was so lovely! Very clean & the AC was quiet, which I always appreciate. The fridge was larger than a standard hotel mini fridge so I was able to stock it full of groceries. There's also a good size minibar sink & pantry so don't forget your basic kitchen supplies! Helps cut down on eating out. The staff are so friendly and they were always smiling & welcoming whenever we popped into the lobby to grab a drink! We can't wait to make this spot part of our yearly family trip to Penticton.

I stayed at the Balcomo Hotel in Penticton during a quick trip to look at business real estate and was really impressed. The amenities were excellent—an outdoor pool open late, plus a hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna that were amazing. Staff were friendly and attentive; when one dish at the restaurant missed the mark, the server took it off the bill without me asking. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

We stayed here in August for two nights, planning to do some biking and spending time at the beach after a week of back-country camping. We ended up spending almost our entire stay at the pool, it felt like staying at a luxury resort. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and modern, the pool area with hot tub and plunge pool were better than expected and we really appreciated i the poolside drinking and dining. Having stayed at a couple of different places in Penticton prior to our camping trip, we would definitely come back here again.
