The pools were so nice, indoor and outdoor. The courtyard green space is so lovely. Slides and swings for children. Lush vegetation and willow trees. BBQ area. Amazing breakfast. This is probably my most favourite hotel and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels!

Hot tub and indoor pool plus outdoor pool was great. Open courtyard with slide and swings were perfect for little ones. The outdoor barbecues were a bonus. The variety of food at breakfast was quite amazing. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Staff were friendly. Only complaint was the shower curtain. Too short and magnets were not effective in keeping the curtain from blowing around.

Stay was decent. Promotes Hot Breakfast but ran out of almost all the baked goods at least an hour before end of breakfast timeline and was told everything was frozen so no more coming out. One lady working breakfast was rude and seemed like she had no time for questions. Rooms are good but on the smaller side, awkward fridge cabinet. Very weak showers. "Playground" was just 2 metals slides and one little swing set, hardly a "playground". Otherwise it was a basic hotel that served its purpose. Probably would look at different options if going back again.

The breakfast they served was good, but the condition of the room/bathroom was aweful. The bathtub would not drain during a shower and the liner of the tub was bubbling so bad it was dangerous standing in the shower. I almost fell multiple times. Burn holes in the curtains. Outdoor pool not working. It was not what we expected at all.

Ants in the bathroom, windows that did not have light blocking curtains on them which meant most of us were awake before 6 am. Questionable carpet, mould in the bathroom, and on the windows. Faucet in bathroom did not shut off and dripped the entire time. Would pay slightly more to stay somewhere less dated. Staff were all fantastic.

All the staff I encountered was amazing (shout out Stacey!). The rooms are dated but comfortable. My sheets and a towel had some staining but nothing crazy. My first room has a trap door to the attic that was not locked which freaked me out (room 211), but Stacey was kind and quickly transferred me to another room. Room 204 was great aside from the AC blew directly on you when in bed. Unfortunately there’s no “fan only” option so I’d wake up when AC kicked on and was freezing. I turned the temp up the next night but it would still kick on. I think the bed needs to be on the opposite wall (also not looking at the door in bed, then). Breakfast was excellent, hot breakfast with continental options.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful, rooms clean, bed was comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding. Our conversation with table mates was very interesting and pleasant. We throughly enjoyed our visit and stay.

The room we were in was in an odd location being under the kitchen/dining room with one window facing into the lobby area. Another faced the courtyard. We only had blinds - no curtains - so it was hard to block out all the lights around the place. We could hear the kitchen staff walking around at 6 am, so not ideal. Room was large and beds comfortable.

Very poor sound insulation between neighbouring units (on same floor or room above). Water pressure in shower was fantastic. But drainage form all plumbing is alarmingly slow. Room was actually quite nice. Also need to install better black-out curtains since the property keeps an amazing number of yard lights on all night. (Terrible light pollution.) Staff was really nice. Room was cleaned well.

We did like that there was two bedrooms and two bathrooms with this upstairs unit. We did not like that the largest bed was NOT in the room with the a/c and washroom. We took the largest bed as the adults but there was no a/c in that room. it seemed silly for a couple of reasons. A hotel room without adequate air conditioning - is reason enough to NOT return.

Great place for families with kids not so much for adults. Room needs up grades for there 4 star rating. Bathroom door would not fully ooen and close due getting stuck on floor. Main room door was not secure as it didn’t close compltely. No roim darkening blinds, roim was totally lit up from outside lights at night. Cost of stay was over priced and over rated.

I've been staying at this property for the last 3 years in a row. The rooms are showing their age and in need of a significant renovation - it didn't bother us much in the past but now for the price it's definitely not worth it, even a higher end resort costing more than double is looking like a bargain.

This is tough because a lot of the hotel is good. I was staying off season just for a night, and I wasn’t expecting to experience a lot of the amenities. Staff are nice, grounds are well kept. But I can’t get over how bad a sleep I had. The bed was hard, and the pillows were massive. I couldn’t use them they cranked my head up so much. The biggest issue was that this outdoor light was directly outside my window, right at the middle of the blinds. I tried for an hour to get those curtains to close properly but no matter what I did they were open just a slit. And usually that wouldn’t be such a big deal, but the bloody light was parked right there! Bright room all night, got maybe 2 hours of sleep. Recommendations: 1. Install a deflector to keep the light from shining in the window. 2. If you’re going to have 6 pillows on the bed, provide some with varying thickness. Again, staff were great, and I would even come back. But man that was the worst sleep in recent memory. Unit 123.

Overall the property was clean and what you would expect, pricing was fair, room was clean, and breakfast was better than the usual continental breakfast offered at other hotels, however the staff at the front fesk was very inaccomodating. Our room wasn’t ready at their check in time and we had an engagement that we needed to attend that required us checking in and freshening up. They did not care or try to offer any solution, we wait g in the parking lot for an hour, we shared our unpleasant experience with the manager whom didn’t even bother to reply to an email. This business is fortunate to have an ideal location, and they offer service based on this! I will say the lovey lady in the breakfast area deserves a shout out-

The hotel was in an excellent location, near everything I wanted to see. The front desk was very helpful and the check in process was easy and quick. The customer service could not have been better the entire time I was there, from the room service to the staff upstairs in the breakfast room. The room was very comfortable, parking was plentiful, and the WiFi was great. I would definitelt recommend this hotel amd I WILL be back!

Exceeded our expectations in every way. We interacted with many of staff members including the general manager, Kelly. Everyone was friendly and professional. The team has created a wonderful hotel. It was well maintained and very clean. Made 2 different reservations as plans changed and after the 1st night the staff made us check out the following day at 11am and wait until 4pm regular check in. Asked for early check in and they said they would try to accommodate…. At 3pm they still had not contacted us and I asked if we could use the shaded pool area as my wife and I had our 10 month old baby and it was 38C outside and they straight up said “NO”. Who does that? We had 2 nights booked and yeah I understand separate bookings but I mean come on… have some understanding. The following day we check into a different hotel and even though we were early and the room wasn’t ready, they still let us use the facilities like any normal hotel would. Very unfriendly front end staff

Wanted to love it here!! Reserved a room with two beds, got a bed and a hide a bed, which was fine because it was two adults and two kids, but the mattress on the hide a bed was so bad that the springs were painful. Asked for a solution at the front desk and was told there were no other rooms, but that housekeeping would bring a couple of duvets to put on the mattress. Seven hours later there were no duvets, and close to bedtime for the kids, so I went to the front desk again and asked for some duvets as promised earlier. This time I was told they are not allowed to give out extra blankets and she was sorry…..nothing she could do… We eventually got one blanket, but the mattress was still very painful to sleep on. The kids found prescription pills on one of the tables, and the dust was so thick that we wrote our names on the TV stand. The worst part was that the air conditioning was blowing warm air and would not blow cold. Maintenance came up and said we had the temp set too low, so we set it higher…still hot air, maintenance came up again and set it themselves, still hot air…. the customer service was terrible!! We felt like they just didn’t care in the slightest, and we just had to deal with it. None of us slept well, and my daughter was there for the triathlon, so that was pretty sad. This was supposed to be a fun trip for us to spend time together, and instead we paid almost $400/night for a $100/room…so disappointing

Excellent filling daily breakfast especially the make-it-yourself waffles with ample syrup, the hot scrambled eggs and either sausages, ham or bacon and sometimes all 3 along with usual cereals, yoghurt, bread,toast,muffins and fruit. The women there do a superb job of re-filling supplies and keeping tables clean for the next person - Kudos to you all!
