This has a great breakfast with real utensils and plates. Greater variety of foods and well done. Recent ownership change has eliminated use of AMEX, staff cuts, and difficult to get in touch with general manager. They had a staff shortage already, and then some could not get into work due to wildfires. The staff on sight are good, but this has hallmarks of a corporate takeover just interest in getting money out of the business and not maintaining a good reputation. In fairness I cut my stay short because wildfires in the greater Penticton area made it not safe for me to stay.

Owners have no compassion, bathroom was dirty, absolutely no seating for so called free breakfast came two different times and couldn’t sit. For 400.00 a night in peak season I would expect more. Would never go back.

Great complex. Rooms and indoor pool area are dated and on old. Could use some updates but all in all a very nice complex with a lovely courtyard and pools. We were only there one night but it would be an excellent place for families to stay.

The room was clean. But when we did get service the plastic bags were not put in the garbage cans. Also, more staff is needed at breakfast time. During one morning of our stay, there was only one server and on another day there was only two and they were run off their feet. You need more staff.
