Days Inn by Wyndham Penticton Conference Centre

This was a great clean property. Beautiful gated pool with patio chairs and grass area. Nice breakfast selection. Lots of walkable dining options. Bonus free EV charger! We will be back.

We have stayed there three times now. Always clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was kept very well and is in very good condition. The breakfast room didn’t have the waffle machine or two percent milk machine working. Our stay was great!

The courtyard by the pool is great for families and kids to hangout

All was great for the price point except for the hot tub. It was disgusting. Could use a stiff brush and a lot of bleach.

Great room and service. The gym is super small and the pool doesn’t open until 10am.

Loved the renovations. It was clean (except the hot tub, which looked like it needed a deep cleaning). Breakfast was not good, skip it if you can. None of us realized what the hash browns even were at first. They were white cubes sitting in a warming dish. Both pools were closed, and were the main reason we choose that particular hotel. Apparently they were shut down some time in May, but we did not receive an email to tell us this until 2 days before our stay in July.

Clean room. Outside area no attractive. Pools and hot tub clean. Restaurant on site

The park like setting around the outdoor pool, was wonderful and enclosed with rooms facing that area.

Close to beach. Used pool first night which was lovely but then it was closed for rest of our time there with no communication. One of the reasons we chose it was pool so very disappointed about that aspect,

The place was easy and convenient for what we needed for our stay. Both pools were open but no time to use the facilities. We just wasn’t able to get into the gym facilities tho. Was locked.

Room was dated and had a stale cigarette smell. The outdoor sitting space in the courtyard was unexpected bonus and was a lovely place to sit and have a glass of wine in the evening.

The rooms are always clean. The location is an easy walk to the beach, downtown or the casino.

Extremely dirty sticky spots with stains and dirt on floor. Curtains and bedding was stained. Tub drain full of hair on the side of the tub. Towels not stocked. Patio dirty with garbage on it. Absolutely filth. Beds be had a red blood stain and hairs all in it.

The front desk staff were indifferent to the fact that my key cards did not work. They did not respond to my phone or text message. In a large complex I was forced to retrace my steps to the front desk carrying all of my luggage. My check in was delayed by over 1/2 hour and the staff could not have cared less for my inconvenience. The bed linen had old blood stains on the sheets and other stains on the bed cover. The shower had accumulated grime in the corners. I will never recommend or stay at another DAYS INN property. They changed high end rates for sub- par accommodation.

Bathroom had a lot of ants. Room was a good size.

Very clean, quiet and modernized room

Rooms were clean and comfy. Lots of ants though. The entire hotel is on a slant. up and down. pool and hot tub are small but it is what it is. Breakfast wasnt bad. Potatoes were terrible though. Like they were not cooked. Eggs were good though. All in all, an ok stay i guess. Average at best. We wont stay again though

Hallways smelled from years of smoking. Toilet paper was cheapest you can get floors slanted from door.to window..Breakfast awful sausages and canned fruit cocktail will not stay at a Days Inn again Pictures on website do not reflect the actual look of the room. Tile grout in shower was filthy. No return stays.for us.

It was dirty. Shower curtain was pink at bottom. They did not clean our room second night. Food was horrible. White soft fries for hashbrown only one waffle machine which takes 3 minutes to make and half hour wait with the line up.no ice in out hallway ice machine . Kids up late and early running around above us. Will not be staying here again. The hallways were dirty and the white door headed to our room from hallway was black .

The rooms are big and beautiful and clean. We had a greqt stay, thankyou!

The room was clean, staff were friendly. The only issue was, the room was on the ground floor. The room above sounded like they were walking in cement shoes. You could hear every movement. You could even hear them talking. No sound proofing between floors. Good luck bing they didn’t stay up all night.

No elevator, Very difficult to carry luggage up the stairs. Also, no closet to hang up the cloths, only a couple of hooks which is vastly insufficient. We do not care for a sink in the bedroom area. The above means we will not be coming back to this facility.

The rooms were big and spacious. Weird the sink is outside the bathroom though. Bathroom was a little dirty

The room was clean and fridge worked well. Would like to see full size pillows for the bed/ these were very small and too soft. Large room was great.

King bed, nice sized room.

The bed was extremely hard and quite uncomfortable. We asked if there was anything available to help this situation but nothing was done. We stayed 3 nights so nights were rough for us.

Stayed in room 224 for 2 nights. Room was clean & large but the layout was awkward. The sink was about 6 feet away outside of the WC/shower. Also there was a handy suitcase “counter” near the doorway but the bed was placed across from it & the passage through spanned maybe two feet or so. The counter had 90 degree corners. Both my husband and I have scrapes and bruises on our legs from bumping into it. The room had a very large balcony overlooking the pool area. The bed sheets were soft & initially very comfortable but I suspect they were a microfiber blend & do not breathe as well as cotton sheets that I am accustomed to. I alternated being hot & cold all night. I appreciated that there were four towels since we booked the room for four people. The trend the last few years seems to be to only supply the room with two or three bath towels when the room is booked for four occupants. Additional towels needed to be requested. There were still fewer face towels & washcloths but four bath towels is progress! Breakfast ranks in the lower 50th percentile of US//Canada hotel breakfasts. Adequate but not noteworthy. Coffee was better than expected, however. Our bar was definitely raised by the hotel breakfasts we had in our European travels last year. Indoor & outdoor pools were closed during our stay. Received an email after booking alerting us to this situation with an opportunity to cancel. Extra points: Right across the street from the river tube launch!!

Older building no soundproofing. Hear the shower, toilet, fan and other units a/c. You hear the movements of people above and conversations beside you. We had to change rooms after 1st night due to a constant loud thumping noise. To their credit, the staff accomadated our request. Sheet and bedding very low quality and rough. Overall, a lower end budget hotel. Stay only if you are a spound sleeper.

Floor in room was slanted. Good thing we weren't drunk! Air conditioner was extremely loud which made it difficult to sleep. Room was oddly designed with the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom next to the entrance. However, room was clean and towels were changed daily. Indoor and outdoor pools were closed and the hottub was cloudy. Needless to say, our bathing suits stayed neatly packed.

The only bumpy part was the check-in. One person in our party had arrived earlier that the rest of us did and they were checked in and when we arrived, we were told, we had no reservation and couldn't check us in. The clerk was so confused and I had to refuse to leave before she would look further and "start over" to get us checked in and give us room keys. The other issue is that we really needed a main floor room and we were put in an upstairs room. Carrying the suitcases up the stairs was a problem for a couple of 90 year olds & a 70 year olds. The breakfast area was very well maintained and the person who looked after it maintained if well. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We also really like the location.

Check in super fast. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Special thanks to Marina. She made the room so clean Appreciated.

Everything was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was also well done with lots of choice. The pool was also not freezing (actually heated) and the hot tub was comfortable.

When I was at the Day’s inn I went for many walks. When I was walking by the Garbage can there were many plastic bags that had been opened and there garbage everywhere. Also, when I was staying at the Days inn I did not know that they didn’t come in a clean my room everyday. I was told when checking out that you had to call the front desk everyday you wanted the room to be cleaned. I went to the housekeepers to get towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, and coffee. The people last year that running the hotel were warm and friendly. This year no smiles even when I was checking in there no welcome. I’m very disappointed and I will look for a different motel to stay in next year.

Great value, good location, excellent service at check-in, clean room, breakfast was included. Refreshing not to be disappointed with something when you choose one of the lower priced options.

The staff were ALL wonderful and accommodating. Huge room perfect for yoga and packing stuff up!

Closed to the beach

So couple of things there are LOTS of families staying there and Unfortunately we were on the first floor and the family above us were having chair races and what sounded wrestling that ended at 11:00 PM and started back up at 6:30 AM... If your a single person or couple stay on the upper floor. As well the beach area and stores are north of the hotel and the the property is large and the only entrance (there's a a tall metal fence around the entire property) is on the far south side of the property so you must walk around the entire property each time to get to the front desk, which is halfway down the property. There is no gate for pedestrians and there is no sidewalk and you end up walking on the road, it would be really nice to have a gate for pedestrians in front of the main doors. We did see one girl go through a hole in the fence, but my wife and I were not doing that just something to think about if you've got little kids or your wife wear high heels.

This location is wonderful, close to both Okanagan Lake and the Channel. Walkable to so many great little restaurants, and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We'll be coming back.

Great hotel, easy walking to town and beach. Great facilities for kids, and families. Room was clean and decent size. Balcony overlooking pool was spacious, nice overall layout. Only negative, room didn’t offer enough storage space to unpack suitcases for longer stay.

Days Inn exceeded our expectations. Rooms were newly renovated. Spacious ,clean and quiet. We were on 2nd fl.facing pool area. Rm had fridge coffee maker and even a kettle. Location great. Walking distance to beach area . Breakfast can be busy and tables always full. Line up for waffle machine use. Breakfast was ok and no fresh fruit only like a fruit cocktail. Would stay at this location if ever in area again.

Very convenient to the fun places. Walking distance to the floating tunnel. Close to beach. Kids love it.

Clean property, comfortable beds and good options for breakfast.

Room was renovated and clean. Complimentary breakfast was not that great.

Overall it was pretty good. The breakfast was not so great.

It was fine ,,, the breakfast wasn’t very good ,, the egg were artificial, and the sausage was cold and white, not properly cooked. They need to have a better breakfast, real eggs and real bacon or sausage.

Overall good, only thing lacking is fresh fruit options /breakfast options

Good breakfast options, central location, outdoor pool was a good temperature, rooms are clean, beds are a bit too firm for my back but overall would recommend this hotel.

Sausages are unappealing and grey every time we stay there. Waffle machine broken. Much easier to have a pancake machine. I’m sure the cleaning is way easier.

Breakfast had no gluten free bread or muffins. Not happy with the breakfast.
