The hotel was really nice, and the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was much nicer than similar hotels you find in the US. For laundry, you have to buy tokens - 4 CAD $ for each washer/dryer load.No pool, but there is a fitness center, where you can watch live tv while on the treadmill. There is a supermarket in walking distance of the hotel if you need anything.

Hotel is a bit far from the airport, over 10km. Had to wait a bit for the shuttle and when it finally arrived, we waited at least 15 min for other passengers that never showed up. Room is very nice and clean.Breakfast is excellent.

Large suite, well apointed with king bed, 2 large tvs, microwave fridge etc. Try to avoid the top floor at each end of the corridor. There is a large air conditioner on the roof directly above which is very loud especially on startup. We were in room 801. The included buffet breakfast is really good and you are given 2 drinks vouchers for the bar which was a nice suprise.

We had an amazing stay. Although we checked in late at 11:00 PM, the staff were warm and welcoming and made the check-in process extremely smooth and efficient — no delays or fuss. Disappointing Stay – May 5–7, 2025 I stayed at the Embassy Suites Montreal Airport for two nights and was thoroughly disappointed. I arrived late after a long drive only to find the hotel doors locked. The sign said to press the buzzer, which I did for over 20 minutes with no response. I had to call the hotel twice before someone finally answered—sounding half-asleep. A staff member eventually let me in without any apology or sense of urgency. I asked where I could get food nearby, and the night clerk had no clue—something every hotel staff should know. I booked a corner room to accommodate three adults, expecting more comfort. While the room looked recently renovated, the quality was poor. The beds were lumpy and too soft, leaving all of us with back pain. The HVAC system blasted overly dry air, causing sore throats each morning. The shower water pressure was almost nonexistent. For the price and the Hilton name, this hotel seriously underdelivers. Poor service, uncomfortable rooms, and a general lack of professionalism made this stay a frustrating experience. I won’t return and can’t recommend it to others.
