Convenient location close to the airport, breakfast below average (at least to international travellers’ standards) One elevator was out of order and we had to wait more than 15min to get in. Everyone in the elevator was going up to be sure to get a place but intending to descend. Even with the two elevators it would not have been enough.

It was very nice but the shuttle service could be improved. It was ten minutes late and actually made a return trip to the hotel after two other nearby stops. The staff was very welcoming.

The room was clean and pretty. The food in the restaurant was excellent. And I loved having the opportunity to log into my Peloton account to get my workout in. Would definitely recommend.

Very very despondent about this hotel. On Expedia it says they have a shuttle !! Which is why we booked the hotel , but alas the shuttle is on strike and the five in our party ( 2 rooms ) had to get 2 cabs to and from the Airport which added a total of $112.00 in total. Upon arrival I voiced my concern and was given a bag with 3 cookies as a token. I implore with whoever reads this. Don’t expect a shuttle.

There was a disgusting substance inside the in-room coffee machine's water compartment. Looked like somene puked there. Other than that it is a mediocre hotel, nothing fancy. Paid parking... I didn't look at details when booked it, but didn't expect it from a supposably 4 star hotel. Next thing should be "towels available for a reasonable price". There are better places at a lower price.

The staff were always available which I appreciated. The cavu restaurant also had really great food. Not a huge menu, but the food was great. The breakfast buffet was not worth the money, in my opinion. I only ate there once. I was a bit disappointed in the fitness facilities. There is no hot tub, and minimal fitness equipment. There is about 8 cardio machines (including peloton - that was cool!) but for strength there is one collection of weights and some medicine balls, and only one bench. I was hoping for at least a cable machine or something along those lines. When I got to my room I moved the lamp out of the way to plug in my phone and there was a lot of dust in behind it. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels. The bed was comfy as well. I was expecting more since this was a Hilton, but felt like a really sub par experience compared to their other facilities and their downtown location. It was not a terrible stay, just not the standard I know of most Hilton hotels.

Pull out couch was awful to have family sleep on. Stayed here because the offer 5 adults to a room. We thought we were getting 2 queen beds, but they were doubles. Restaurant was great and staff were helpful.

Hotel room was nice, it needed more lamp or lights in the room. Bedroom was dark with only 1 lamp, and no wall mirror. We stayed in a suite, had family slept in the living area. We did not want to interrupt them by going in/out bathroom to use the mirror. Overall, hotel is located in a good location.

I asked for a crib when I booked the hotel with an agent of Expedia. And I also asked for the crib when I just checked in from the hotel. I asked three times in total. After waiting until 9:00PM, I still didn't get it. The last time I asked, I was told they didn't have any available. I mentioned several times that I had asked before. It was a tough night for our family.

Deal breaker: there is one Asian front desk staff seemed to be not happy with us for some reasons (I'm Asian too). While the other staff was super friendly and helpful assisting us with our booking issues. This guy showed an awkward attitude every time I asked him something. I was on vacation I didnt look for trouble and I didnt do anything to deserve such altitude. I will skip this property in the future just to avoid the chance of someone ruin my vacation mood.

Don\'t look any further... Hilton Vancouver Airport was a perfect stay for us: 1) Location was perfect (at Richmond and a stone\'s throw from the airport 2) Walking distance to the mall and Tim Horton\'s 3) The room we reserved had a wall to divide the beds (so it was essentially a two bedroom 4) The bathroom was updated and resort like. 5) There was a "backdoor" entrance (hotel key required) that allowed you to bypass the front of the hotel (it felt like a condo instead of a hotel 6) Parking was ample and easy to find an available spot 7) It felt safe and fellow travelers were pleasant to be around 8) workout facility was GREAT!! (treadmill machines and weights!) Do yourself a favor and book here.

The hotel shuttle to the airport was convenient. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious with a large comfortable bed. The staff was able to provide hypoallergenic pillows (instead of feather pillows) immediately. The restaurant was excellent, even during construction due to remodeling. Excellent

Standard airport hotel about a 5 minute walk from the Vancouver light rail, making transportation to & from the airport or downtown quite easy. Restaurant was surprisingly good; the breakfast a la carte menu is much better than the buffet fare and cheaper if breakfast isn't included with your stay. We've stayed here twice for airpoet layovers.
